Conventionally, as waterproof sheets for tent sites, membrane materials for building structures, sheet materials for simple warehouses, track widths, waterproof clothing materials, etc., water-impermeable polymer thin films, such as polychloride, have been used on one or both sides of fiber fabrics. Non-water permeable sheet materials are used that are obtained by coating or laminating a vinyl resin coating layer, a stretched porous polytetrafluoroethylene coating layer, or the like. These materials have the problem of being easily soiled and difficult to remove, for example, due to the hydrophobic and lipophilic nature of the coating material itself, due to its own deterioration, or due to bleeding of additives such as plasticizers. be.

There are also sheets for construction work, such as sheets made of synthetic monofilament coarsely knitted, sheets covered with threads covered with a synthetic resin material and coarsely knitted with the threads, and sheets made of coarsely knitted threads coated with synthetic resin. Coated sheets also have the same staining problem as above.

In order to prevent staining of non-water permeable materials such as those mentioned above, there is a method of blending antifouling agents such as silicone compounds and fluorine-containing compounds into the coating polymer, or a method of adding antifouling agents such as silicone compounds and fluorine-containing compounds to the coating polymer, or a method of adding antifouling agents such as silicone compounds and fluorine-containing compounds to the coating polymer. Methods such as coating with a finishing agent or an antifouling polymer material, such as a polyacrylic resin or a fluorine-containing polymer resin, have been used. However, such products using antifouling agents or antifouling polymer materials have problems such as poor cold resistance, poor melt sutureability, poor adhesion, complicated processing, and/or high cost. There is a problem.

In addition, attempts have been made to wash and remove dirt on the surface of non-water permeable materials using ordinary detergents or organic solvents, but this method may cause deterioration of the material itself, decrease in waterproofness, and non-water permeable materials. This often causes practical problems such as penetration of dirt into the thin polymer film, and its effects are unsatisfactory.
It was difficult to recruit.

Although alkali metal silicate salts are generally used as cleaning agents, they have not been known to have a cleaning effect by themselves. However, the present inventors discovered for the first time that when it hydrates and absorbs water, it can absorb dirt on the surface of a non-water permeable material, thereby removing the dirt.

To form such a dry stain remover layer, an alkali metal silicate material is dissolved in an aqueous medium to prepare an aqueous solution, or an alkali metal silicate material is dissolved and used in combination with the alkali metal silicate material. It is sufficient to prepare an aqueous dispersion solution by dispersing the polymeric material, apply this aqueous solution or the aqueous dispersion solution onto the surface area of the non-water permeable material to be soiled, and dry this coated layer. This method allows the stain removal agent to be deposited uniformly on the desired material surface area.

An aqueous dispersion solution of the stain remover is prepared by adding the stain remover to an aqueous medium, dispersing and dissolving the agent, and thoroughly stirring the mixture to prevent the polymer material from becoming granular or gelling. The aqueous medium may consist only of water, but if the stain remover contains a polymeric material, it may be an aqueous solution containing water as a main component and a swelling regulator for the polymeric material.

Swelling regulators are generally volatile, water-soluble, such as ethyl alcohol, methyl alcohol, n-propyl alcohol, methyl alcohol, and isopropyl alcohol.
Preferably, those selected from polar organic solvents have a content of 20~'! It is preferable that it is about 00g/m2,
Generally, it is more preferable that it is about 50 to 700 g/m2. The swelling regulator suppresses and adjusts the degree of water absorption swelling of the polymer material in the aqueous dispersion solution, prevents gelation, and also appropriately adjusts the viscosity and coating properties of the aqueous dispersion solution. It is also possible to improve the compatibility of the solution with the non-water permeable material surface, thus increasing the adhesion strength of the stain remover.

This water supply agent may consist only of water, or may be an aqueous solution containing the above-mentioned surfactant and/or water-soluble organic solvent. By this operation, the alkali silicate or the alkali silicate and the water-insoluble, highly water-absorbent polymeric material in the stain remover layer are rapidly hydrated or swelled by water absorption, thereby absorbing and enclosing the stain. This hydration and water absorption treatment is preferably carried out at a temperature of 0°C to 100°C, more preferably carried out at a temperature of 10°C to 60°C. Moreover, it is preferable that the hydration and water absorption treatment be performed for 1 to 30 minutes as much as possible.
