In addition, if the room temperature or humidity inside the sterilization chamber 4 becomes high and it is necessary to exchange the air inside the sterilization chamber 4 with outside air to some extent, the opening amount of the damper 26 (described later) is increased to supply a large amount of outside air to the heating chamber 3. was introduced into the sterilization room 4.
All you have to do is circulate it. This increases the air pressure in the chamber, and this air pressure opens the lid 16a of the exhaust window 16 of the rear door 17, and through this exhaust window 16, heat or excessive humidity is discharged through the exhaust window 16. Air can be released from the sterilization chamber 4 to the outside.
