Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は虫歯、歯根炎、歯槽Ｂ漏等の歯科的疾患の治療
あるいけ予防に有用な歯磨き剤に関するものである。
〔従来の技術〕
従来から活性力ｙシウムイオンを含有する水は医薬ある
いは保健薬的な作用効果を有することが知られている。
このような活性カルシウムイオンを含有する水はカルシ
ウム含有水を電気分解することによって得られる。
〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕
しかしながら上記活性カルシウムイオンを含有する水は
長期にわたる持続的効果がなく、例えば化粧品や塗布薬
のような長期保存を必要とする製品には配合することが
出来ない。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
本発明は上記従来の問題点を解決する手段として、加熱
処理した真珠粉末を配合した歯磨き剤を提供するもので
ある。
本発明に用いられる真珠粉末は加熱処理される。
加熱処理は２００〜１６００℃の広範囲にわたる温度で
１〜５０時間程度行われるが、該処理温度によって該真
珠粉末の効果は若干相違し、該真珠粉末の効果が最とも
顕著になるのけ７００〜９００℃程度の温度範囲の加熱
処理である。
該真珠粉末には更に陶土、貝殻粉末、サンゴ粉末１五灰
石粉末、？フミック粉末等の増量剤が混合されてもよい
。該増量剤は加熱処理の前後で混合され得るが、望まし
くは加熱処理前に混合される。
本発明の歯磨き剤は通常ペースト、水性ゲル。
パウダー等の歯肉に塗布するに適当な形状とされる。そ
して該真珠粉末は上記歯磨き剤に対して望ましくけ２０
重量％以上、更に望ましくは８０重量％以上添加される
。
本発明の歯磨き剤には更に鎮痛剤、消炎剤、研磨剤、界
面活性剤、湿潤剤、清涼剤、香料等が添加されてもよい
。本発明の真珠粉末はこれら他の成分の効力を妨げず、
またこれら他の成分によって効力を妨げられない。
〔作　用〕
真珠粉末を加熱すると該真珠粉末に含まれるコンキオリ
シ蛋白質含有燐酸カルシウム中のカルシウムが活性化す
ると思わｈる。このような活性化されたカルシウムを含
有する真珠粉末は塗布ｎｊ中で長期にわたり徐々に活性
カルシウムイオンを放出し、持続的効果を示すものと思
われる。
〔発明の効果〕
したがって本発明の塗布剤は持続的な活性カルシウム効
果を示し保存性が極めてよい。
〔実施例〕
下記の配合を混合して歯磨きペーストを調製する。
プロピレングリコ−１ｖ　　　　　　　１０ｇ水　　　
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　２０ｇホリエチＶン
グリーールモノステアレート　　　　　　　２ｇカーポ
ポーＮ９８４Ｃ２重景％水溶液）、　　　　　１５ｇ炭
酸カルシウム　　　　　　　　　　２５ｇ加熱処理真珠
扮末粉末　　　　　　２５ｇチ儒ウジつ　　　　　　　
　　　　　　０．１ｇ該真珠粉末は７５０℃、６時間の
加熱処理を行ったものである。
上記歯磨きペース）ｆ用いて歯槽膿漏患者に対して朝晩
食後２回の歯磨きを実施させたところ、２〜８日で口臭
および血膿の滲出がなくなり、８週間後には全治した。
