【発明の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本発明は虫歯、歯根炎、歯槽膿漏等の歯科的疾
患の治療あるいは予防に有用な歯磨き剤に関する
ものである。

従来から活性カルシウムイオンを含有する水は
医薬あるいは保健薬的な作用効果を有することが
知られている。このような活性カルシウムイオン
を含有する水はカルシウム含有水を電気分解する
ことによつて得られる。

する水は長期にわたる持続的効果がなく、例えば
化粧品や塗布薬のような長期保存を必要とする製
品には配合することが出来ない。

本発明は上記従来の問題点を解決する手段とし
て、200〜1600℃の温度範囲で１〜50時間加熱処
理した真珠粉末を配合した歯磨き剤を提供するも
のである。

本発明に用いられる真珠粉末は加熱処理され
る。加熱処理は200〜1600℃の広範囲にわたる温
度で１〜50時間程度行われるが、該処理温度によ
つて該真珠粉末の効果は若干相違し、該真珠粉末
の効果が最とも顕著になるのは700〜900℃程度の
温度範囲の加熱処理である。

該真珠粉末には更に陶土、貝殻粉末、サンゴ粉
末、石灰石粉末、炭酸カルシウム、セラミツク粉
末等の増量剤が混合されてもよい。該増量剤は加
熱処理の前後で混合され得るが、望ましくは加熱
処理前に混合される。

本発明の歯磨き剤は通常ペースト、水性ゲル、
パウダー等の歯肉に塗布するに適当な形状とされ
る。そして該真珠粉末は上記歯磨き剤に対して望
ましくは20重量％以上、更に望ましくは30重量％
以上添加される。

本発明の歯磨き剤には更に増粘剤、ゲル化剤、
鎮痛剤、消炎剤、研磨剤、界面活性剤、湿潤剤、
清涼剤、香料等の通常の歯磨き剤に添加される材
料が添加されてもよい。本発明の真珠粉末はこれ
ら他の成分の効力を妨げず、またこれら他の成分
によつて効力を妨げられない。例えば本発明の歯
磨き剤がペーストや水性ゲルの場合は、本発明の
真珠粉末を水に分散させるとともに増粘剤または
ゲル化剤を添加し、所望なれば更に界面活性剤、
湿潤剤、研磨剤等を添加する。また本発明の歯磨
き剤がパウダーの場合は本発明の真珠粉末のみに
て歯磨き剤を構成してもよいが、所望なれば増量
剤、研磨剤、界面活性剤等を添加する。

ンキオリン蛋白質含有炭酸カルシウム中のカルシ
ウムが活性化すると思われる。このような活性化
されたカルシウムを含有する真珠粉末は塗布剤中
で長期にわたり徐々に活性カルシウムイオンを放
出し、持続的効果を示すものと思われる。

上記歯磨きペーストを用いて歯槽膿漏患者に対
して朝晩食後２回の歯磨きを実施させたところ、
２〜３日で口臭および血膿の滲出がなくなり、３
週間後には全治した。

- １ 200〜1600℃の温度範囲で１〜50時間加熱処
理した真珠粉末を配合したことを特徴とする歯磨
き剤。
