The recessed portion of the cushion material is formed into a predetermined shape due to necessity or design. The skin is made of fabric such as fabritta fabric, knit fabric, moquette fabric, etc.
Synthetic resin sheets, leather sheets, etc. are used. As the highly fluid adhesive, a water-soluble adhesive or a solvent-based low-viscosity adhesive is used. The pressing die has a pressing surface shaped to bring the skin into close contact with the surface and recesses of the cushioning material. Both electrode plates of the high frequency application means are sized to accommodate the adhesive surface of the epidermis.

That is, a cushion material 1 having a predetermined shape having a recessed portion 2 such as a seat cushion, in this example, a polyurethane foam cushioning material 1 having a groove portion on the upper side is prepared. Next, a highly fluid adhesive 3 is applied to the upper surface 1A of the cushion material 1 and the inner surface 2A of the recess 2. The adhesive 3 in this example was a solvent-based adhesive with low viscosity. Then, an outer skin 4 made of fabritta fabric, with the fabric 4A facing inward and the nap 4B facing outward, is placed so as to cover the adhesive 3 applied surface of the cushioning material 1. A pressing die 5 that presses against the surface 1A and the recess 2 of 1
are placed (see Figure 2). The pressing die 5 is made of metal and includes a flat portion 5A that presses the surface 1A of the cushioning material 1, and a convex portion 5B that presses the inside of the recess 2 of the cushioning material 1.

仕上りのものとなる。(Effects of the Invention) Since the present invention is a means for solving the problems described above, the skin is adhered to the cushioning material along the shape of the recess, and a processed product with good quality can be obtained. That is, since the present invention uses a highly fluid adhesive, the skin has good slipperiness when pressing the skin against the cushioning material, and the skin can be fully inserted to the lower part of the recess. In the present invention, the skin is pressed with a pressing mold to contact the cushioning material surface and the recessed surface, and high frequency is applied to the pressing mold and the cushioning material to heat the adhesive, thereby adhering the skin. Since the adhesive is cured, the adhesive hardens while the skin is in contact with the surface of the cushioning material and the surface of the recess, and the skin is adhered to the cushioning material. Therefore, the processed product according to the present invention has a beautiful finish in which the skin is adhered along the surface of the cushion material and the surface of the recess.
