However, as the lanes are made of wood, they become uneven as they are used, so the wood is shaved again to make the lane surface smooth (Resurfacing), and then a transparent resin lacquer is applied.

However, not only is the construction of a new bowling lane expensive, but also the replacement work requires a great deal of time, so there is a problem that the bowling alley will be out of business for a very long time.

(Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 58-109563 @) Flexible epoxy resin is used for this, but when it is actually used for urling games, the sol may fall off! #The resin coating layer cracked on your palm? We proposed a bowling lane coated with polyurethane resin (Utility Application No. 119847/1983). This material satisfies all of transparency, oil resistance, weather resistance (yellowing resistance), impact resistance, and abrasion resistance, but polyurethane resin tends to foam, and the temperature and humidity of the bowling alley during construction In some cases, the lanes that were constructed became unsightly due to the foaming of the IJ urethane resin layer.

するものである。(Means for Solving the Problem) That is, the present invention forms an epoxy resin layer with excellent transparency and weather resistance (yellowing resistance) as a base treatment layer on a substrate, and then forms a transparent top layer on top of the epoxy resin layer. When forming a bowling lane made of a polyurethane resin layer with excellent properties such as durability, oil resistance, weather resistance (yellowing resistance), impact resistance, and abrasion resistance, especially when applying polyurethane resin, during resin manufacturing and A repair method characterized by preventing air bubbles from forming in the polyurethane resin layer by removing air bubbles generated when two liquids are mixed, etc. by a vacuum degassing treatment, and an incyanate group-containing urethane grebolimer and polyol. and a solvent, the solvent is less than 5% by weight, and the viscosity is 1000 to 300.
The present invention provides a bowling lane repair material characterized by being a two-component polyurethane resin of 0 centimeter size (25° C.).

A combination of a condensation reaction product of bisphenol A or bisphenol F and epichlorohydrin and a curing agent (for example, a polyamine and/or a modified product thereof) is used. These epoxy resins are made flexible using various methods described in the following specific examples, and generally the elongation at break of the cured product is JIS K-6.
Preferred are flexible epoxy resins that are 10% or more as measured by 301.

Furthermore, as the polyester polyol, lactone-based polyester polyols obtained by ring-opening polymerization of lactones such as ε-caprolactone can also be used. These lactone-based polyester podiols include those obtained by addition polymerizing one or more of ξ-caglolactone, δ-valerolactone, β-methyl-δ-valerolactone, etc. to the polyhydric alcohols mentioned above. Either can be used. The polyether polyol is a product obtained by addition-polymerizing one or more alkylene oxides such as ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, butylene oxide, and tetrahydrofuran to a compound having two or more active hydrogens, and is a product obtained by addition-polymerizing one or more alkylene oxides such as ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, butylene oxide, and tetrahydrofuran to a compound having two or more active hydrogens. Any known polyether polyol used in the production of resins can be used. In this case, examples of compounds having two or more active hydrogens include, in addition to the above-mentioned polyhydric alcohols and polybasic carboxylic acids, ethylenediamine,
Examples include amines such as hexamethylene diamine, alkanolamines such as ethanolamine and pronopronolamine, polyhydric phenols such as resorcinol and bisphenol, and mustard oil.

Aromatic polyisocyanate compounds such as naphthalene diisocyanate, triphenylmethane triisocyanate, bis(diisocyanatotolyl)phenylmethane, and polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate can also be used, but aliphatic or alicyclic polyisocyanate compounds are more preferably used. It is preferable to use a polyisocyanate compound from the viewpoint of preventing yellowing. Examples of aliphatic or alicyclic polyisocyanate compounds include inphorone diisocyanate, dicyclohexylmethanoisocyanate (hydrogenated diphenylmethane diisocyanate), hexamethylene diisocyanate, xylylene diisocyanate, hydrogenated tolylene diisocyanate, isopropylidene bis(cyclohexyl isocyanate) ) etc.

On the other hand, if there is a large excess of incyanate, there is no particular upper limit to the molar ratio, and in some cases, the polyisocyanate compound mentioned above as the incyanate component is not converted into a urethane prepolymer and its 'd! That is, one or more of the polyester polyols and polyether polyols described above can be used. Furthermore, a low molecular weight polyhydroxy compound such as the above-mentioned polyhydric alcohol can also be used in combination as a polyol component. Furthermore, the incyanate component or the polyol component may contain a curing catalyst (for example, a metal catalyst such as dibutyltin laurylate or lead octylate), a solvent (for example, xylene, toluene, or ethyl acetate), or an antifoaming agent (for example, a silicone antifoaming agent). agent) and various stabilizers (for example, ultraviolet absorbers, antioxidants) can be added preferably in an amount of 0.01 to 5 times and 11%. Since the solvent causes thinning after curing, it is preferable that the solvent be 3 times thicker or less.

Then, use a vacuum pump or the like to remove air bubbles from the resin. Of course, the resin may be defoamed at the time of manufacturing, but it is preferable to have it defoamed at the time of construction because it generates fewer bubbles. An example of a product used for this vacuum degassing is Mixter manufactured by Mixter Industries.

Moreover, since the polyurethane resin coating layer has little change in hardness due to changes in environmental temperature,
Even when the lanes are cold in the winter, the hardness does not become extremely high (hard and stiff) and properties such as impact resistance are maintained.

Because it does not become soft (softening), high physical properties are maintained. or,
Because there is little change in hardness due to changes in environmental temperature? - How is it rolling? -The sound produced when the metal falls does not change in winter or summer, and stable characteristics are exhibited in this aspect as well. This effect cannot be expected with only an epoxy resin coating layer or a coating layer made of other materials such as polycarbonate. An excellent bowling lane can only be obtained by coating an epoxy resin layer with a polyurethane resin layer as in the present invention.
