Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the response speed, to stabilize the motion of a finger, to prolong the working life of a needle selector and to simplify the maintenance, by supporting both ends of a plate in a housing of a needle selector capable of holding the plate. CONSTITUTION:A plate 5 attached with a piezoelectric element 7 is supported at both ends, in place of cantilever supporting, with a plate-supporting member 2 in a housing. The bending motion is stabilized even by the application of high-cycle pulses to improve the response speed and prevent the breakage of the piezoelectric element. The exchange of the plate 5 or a finger 10, etc., can be carried out by removing the back cover of the side walls 3, 3 of the plate-supporting member 2 and sliding the plate 5 on a groove 4.

[Conventional technique II] and [its problems] In pattern knitting machines dedicated to pattern knitting circular knitting machines and pattern knitting flat knitting machines,
A needle selection device is used to transmit pattern knitting procedures stored in a storage device such as a binder drum, tape or floppy disk to the vertical movement of knitting needles. For example, in a pattern knitting circular knitting machine, FIG. As shown in the example, the main part of the needle selection device consists of multiple phases! fingers 50 arranged parallel to t
It is known that it consists of In this persimmon needle selection device, the jack 51 is brought into contact with the lower part of the knitting needle by sliding the finger 50 in response to a signal from the storage device.
is shifted toward the center of the forming cylinder 52, thereby raising the butt 5:3 of the raising cam 54 for the cam on the F side of the jack 51.
This allows the user to select engagement with the device. -・There is a demand for higher speed knitting machines for local patterns. In order to cope with higher speeds, the response of the needle selection device must also be faster. However, in the above-mentioned needle selection device configured to slide a finger, there is a limit to increasing the response speed, -r, that is, the sliding speed. In order to increase the speed of the knitting machine without increasing the response speed, it is sufficient to increase the number of V roots. However, if the temporary number of sheets is increased, the needle selection device r? This increases the size of the needle selection device, creating a space problem for installing the needle selection device. On the other hand, the same applicant as the present invention is Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 60-224845.
In a publication, we proposed a needle selection device with a plurality of swingable fingers under the name ``Needle selection device for circular knitting machines.'' This needle selection device with swingable fingers can achieve mechanically faster response speed than the sliding type fingers that have been widely used in the past, making it easier to respond to higher speed knitting machines. In addition, the needle selection device was made smaller, which also helped reduce power consumption. However, in the above-mentioned needle selection device having sliding type fingers and swinging type fingers, the sliding or swinging of the fingers is difficult. ! Applied using electromagnetic attraction or repulsion. That is, the fingers are slid or oscillated by applying current to both poles of the electromagnet in a positive and negative reverse manner. Therefore, when an electromagnet is used, there is a limit to increasing the response speed due to the function of the electromagnet itself, and the upper limit is about 80 cycles at most. On the other hand, electromagnets have a power consumption efficiency of only about 1% (the rest is dissipated by heat, etc.), so they suffer from the problem of high power consumption. 1) As mentioned above, the conventional needle selection device n for knitting machines using electromagnets has a limit to its speed increase and consumes a large amount of power. Therefore, in this supplementary needle selection device, the number of needles is 240, for example.
It is not possible to provide a needle selection device that can be used for circular knitting machines for pantyhose with rotations of 220r, p, and m. Therefore, the rotation of the relevant knitting machine must be adjusted to match the response speed of the current needle selection device. The reality is that the speed is compromised when knitting the pattern. Therefore, in place of the needle selection device for knitting machines using electromagnets, the applicant of the present invention developed a piezoelectric needle selection device that selects knitting needles by curving fingers with piezoelectric elements. (Special Patent No. 1, Publication No. 1988-28451). The fingers 21 in the needle selection device are shown in FIGS. 8 and 9.
Attachment portion 22 to the housing at its ~ end as shown in the figure.
A guide part 2 for guiding the knitting needle or jack's finger river butt is provided at the opposite end of the mounting part 22.
3 and a piezoelectric element 28.29 attached to one or both sides (both sides in the illustrated example) of the plate 24 and connected to a controller 27 by a conductor 25.26. There is. In the needle selection device according to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 13, the fingers 24 (a plurality of fingers 24; FIG. 13 shows an example in which 8 fingers are stacked) are attached to the housing of the needle selection device raA. The finger 21 is attached by supporting the attachment part 22 of the finger 21 on the rear wall 31 of the finger 30, and the finger 21 is made to move in a curved manner using the attachment part (=i part 22) as a support point. , 32 is the front wall of the housing 30, 33
34 indicates the upper wall of the housing 3, and 34 indicates the lower wall of the housing 3.
As shown in 141fi, the front wall 32 of No. 0 is provided with an opening 35 for protruding the guide portion 23 at the tip of the finger 21.
36 are provided, each having a width corresponding to the process of vertical movement. In Fig. 10, the guide portion 23 is shown in the front wall.
- Shows a perspective view of the fingers 21 and the manner in which the obesity 36 is slid, as shown in the figure. In addition, as shown in Figure 8, the guide part (guide element)
23 is formed in a 111 shape and is attached to the tip 24' of the plate 24 by adhesive. Next, the operation of the finger 21 is shown in FIGS. 11 and 12.
To explain with figures, FIG. 11 shows a state where no pulse is applied to the piezoelectric element of the finger 21, and FIG. 12 shows a state where a pulse is applied to the piezoelectric element of the finger 21 and the finger 21 is curved. In the state shown in FIG. 11, the finger river butt 56 of the jack 51 (or the knitting needle itself) comes into contact with the guide element 23 and pushes the jack 51 to the right nozzle. The knitting needle 53 cannot engage with the raising cam 54, and as a result, the jack 51, and therefore the knitting needle that abuts on the L side of the jack, does not move L9#.
As a result, no mesh is formed with these knitting needles. - In the state of the force cylinder 12, the finger 21 is curved so that the guide element 23 is connected to the jack butt 56 of the jack 51.
Since the jack 51 does not enter the movement trajectory, the jack 51 maintains the hand position, and as a result, the jack 51's barb cam butt 53 engages with the raising cam and pushes the jack 51 upward. Then, knitting operation is applied to the knitting needles that abut above the jack 51. As described above, according to the finger needle selection device using the piezoelectric element; 6, the piezoelectric element has a quick response speed, so it is possible to apply a pulse with a high cycle. For example, a pulse with a pulse of 240 cycles can be applied. This makes it possible to perform needle selection at three times the speed of conventional needle selection devices using electromagnets (usually 80 cycles). This allows the number of plates to be increased for knitting machines that knit the same pattern knitting structure. In addition, with a needle selection device having the same number of plates, it is possible to knit a pattern knitting structure that is three times more complex, that is, the product of the number of needles and the number of revolutions of the knitting cylinder (in the case of a circular knitting machine) is 2.
Pattern knitting can be performed for 3 times as much. In addition, since the fingers of the needle selection device Fl according to the present invention are composed of a thin plate and a piezoelectric element, the required height of each finger is smaller than that of conventional fingers using electromagnets.
[It can also be made smaller in the width direction. Therefore, even when using the same number of fingers, the size of the needle selection device itself can be further reduced. Since the needle selection device is small in size and has a fast response speed, conventionally it has been difficult to arrange the needle selection device for pattern knitting due to the space of the mechanism 1. It has become possible to add a pattern knitting function to a pantyhose knitting machine by using the needle selection device according to the present invention. However, as described above, in the present invention, the chevron-shaped guide portion 23 is provided at the tip 24' of the plate 24 of the finger 21.
Attach one R22 at the rear end of the finger 21.
is attached to the rear wall 31 of the housing 30, that is, the finger 21 is cantilevered and the finger 21 is moved in a curved manner as shown in FIG. If you apply high-cycle pulses to further increase the response speed, the engagement of the jack with the butt, etc. may not become stable, and the piezoelectric elements 28 and 29 may be made of ceramic material. Although ceramic material is naturally easy to chip, finger 21
is cantilevered, and the guide portion 2:3 is attached to the tip 2 of the plate 24.
4', the impact drop when the guide 23 collides with the bat is transmitted to the piezoelectric element 28, 29, causing distortion, damaging the piezoelectric element 28, 29, and shortening its lifespan. There was a risk of shortening the period. Therefore, the present invention provides a needle selection system for knitting machines using electromagnets; The purpose of the present invention is to provide an improved technique for the needle selection device while taking advantage of the advantages of the device. The above and other objects and novel features of the present invention include:
It will become clear from the description of this specification and the accompanying drawings. [Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention provides a method for controlling knitting needles of a knitting machine attached to a plate by attaching a piezoelectric element to one or both sides of a plate and applying a pulse to the piezoelectric element from a controller. Alternatively, by operating the finger that acts on the pad of the needle selection jack that comes into contact with the knitting needle, (1) the knitting needle of the knitting machine is selected by the operation of the finger, and the knitting of the fabric of the predetermined pattern knitting machine is performed. In the needle selection device for Tokeru knitting machine,
A needle selection device for knitting iso, characterized in that both ends of the plate described in 11ii are supported within a housing of the needle selection device capable of accommodating the plate: i'? ni H
do. Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the rear end portion of the finger is attached to the piezoelectric element of the plate via a flexible rubber member, and the finger is fixed near the plate, so that the identification 4: The finger is operated using iirj as a fulcrum for the operation of the finger. [Function] Next, the function of the present invention will be explained together with a preferred embodiment and in comparison with the piezoelectric needle selection device according to the previous invention. In the previous invention, as shown in FIG. 8, a mounting portion 22 is provided at one end of the plate 24 to which the piezoelectric element l'28, 29 is attached, and this mounting portion 22 is shown in FIG. As shown, the rear wall 31 of the housing 30 of the needle selection device FtΔ
The finger 2I is supported by the mounting part 22 as a fulcrum.
It is curved. That is, in the above invention, the finger 21 is supported in a cantilevered manner, and the finger 21 is caused to perform a curved movement in this cantilevered manner. On the other hand, in the present invention, the plate on which the piezoelectric element is attached is not in a cantilevered form (and its both ends i are supported in the housing of the needle selection device 6. When a pulse is applied to a piezoelectric element, a piezoelectric phenomenon occurs in the element, causing mechanical vibration in the plate due to mechanical strain, causing the plate to curve. On the other hand, the present invention is different in that the bending movement is performed in a form in which both ends are supported. Thus, in the previous invention, the bending movement is made in a cantilever form using the mounting portion 22 as a fulcrum, so that it is more If an attempt is made to further increase the response speed by applying a pulse with a high layer cycle, the stabilization of the bending motion may be lost, or if the piezoelectric element is made of a ceramic material, the piezoelectric element 28.2
9 is easy to break. In contrast, in the present invention, the plate on which the piezoelectric element is attached is not cantilevered, but has both ends supported within the housing, so the bending motion is stabilized even when high-cycle pulses are applied. . In addition, the piezoelectric element attached to the plate also becomes fragile, reducing its lifespan.
can be done. Thus, according to the present invention, an improvement over the previous invention can be achieved by supporting both ends of the plate to which n:'+h and A- are attached within the housing. In order to make further improvements, we did the following. That is, in the previous invention, the guide portion 23 that comes into contact with the knitting needle or the butt of the jack is attached to the tip 24' of the plate 24. In contrast, in the present invention, the fingers are attached not to the plate but to the piezoelectric element. This allows the mechanical vibrations of the plate to be well transmitted to the fingers. At this time, the rear end of the finger is attached to the piezoelectric element via a flexible rubber member. By using such a flexible rubber member, the movement of the plate is well transmitted to the fingers, and it also reduces the impact of droplets when the fingers come into contact with a bat such as a jack, and reduces external strain on the piezoelectric element. Can be buffered. Furthermore, it becomes easy to remove the finger from the plate and replace it with a new finger. Furthermore, in the previous invention, the attachment point 22 was used as the fulcrum for the bending movement of the finger 21, whereas in the present invention, the finger is identified near the plate, and the fixation 4? i ir
(1) was used as the fulcrum of the movement of the finger. -In other words, in the previous invention, the mounting portion 22 attached to the housing served as the fulcrum of the bending movement, whereas in the present invention, the Both ends of the supported plate serve as fulcrums for the fingers, and the fixed position ii' (where the fingers are fixed, away from the plate) serves as the fulcrum for the movement of the fingers. Therefore, the piezoelectric element on the plate When the interlocking movement is transmitted to the fulcrum point 1. through the rear end 1. attached to the piezoelectric element of the finger, it is necessary to amplify the movement, so the fingers are made longer than before. This longer configuration also has the effect that when the tip of the finger comes into contact with a bat such as a jack, the +V is alleviated in the middle of the finger. [Implementation] Example] Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. Fig. 1Δ is a perspective view showing a section of the needle selection device according to the embodiment of the present invention, and Fig. Top view, Figure 1C is a sectional view taken along line 1 B + -1, Figures 1 and D are Figure 1B II
-II line enlarged sectional view, Figure 1E is Figure 18 In-I
FIG. 2 is an enlarged cross-sectional view taken along line II. In addition, FIG. 1A shows a cross-section of the housing of the needle selection device, in addition to the plate and finger to which the piezoelectric element is attached. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the main structure of the housing. A plurality of lateral grooves 4 for supporting the plates are provided on the inner surfaces of both side walls 3.3 of the plate support portion 2 of the housing l, respectively, and both ends 6.3 of the plate 5 are provided in the grooves 4.
Insert 6. Piezoelectric elements 7.7 are attached to the upper and lower surfaces of the plate 5, respectively. There are cavities +m on the upper and lower surfaces of the plate 5 as shown in the figure.
(space part) is provided, and a piezoelectric element 7. is provided in this cavity part.
Paste 7. By providing the cavity portion in this way, it is possible to reduce the stacking of the plates 5.
The plate 5 becomes easier to curve, and the plate can be curved with a low voltage when applying pulses to the piezoelectric elements f7, 7. The piezoelectric element 7.7 can be attached to the plate 5, for example, using an adhesive such as an epoxy adhesive. When the piezoelectric element 7.7 is bonded to the plate 5 using the adhesive, the presence of the cavity portion allows reliable bonding. In the illustrated example, the cavity portion is provided on the upper and lower surfaces of the plate 5, but it may be provided on either one side. Any piezoelectric element can be used as the piezoelectric element 47 as long as it has an inverse piezoelectric effect. However, how can a piezoelectric element have stable quality in an industrial scale?
In order to supply t, it is preferable to use a ceramic piezoelectric element made of barium titanate. The thinner the piezoelectric element f7 is, the higher the electric field can be.Preferably, 100
A material having a diameter of about μ to 200 μ is used, and is formed long and thin in the longitudinal direction of the plate 5. A paste or the like is baked on both sides of the piezoelectric element 7 for electrodes 8.8.
A conducting wire 9.9 is attached to each of these conducting wires 9.9.
A controller is connected to the other end of 9. The piezoelectric element 7 is attached to both sides of the plate 5 using an adhesive as described in 111. Even if one piezoelectric element 7 is bonded to only one side, the plate 5 can be curved. However, it is more preferable to bond piezoelectric elements on both sides because the voltage applied to the piezoelectric elements can be increased. Note that it is necessary to bond the two piezoelectric elements with their ten poles and one pole facing in the same direction. Since the piezoelectric element 7 has a quick response speed, it is possible to apply high-cycle pulses. With the finger according to the above invention, for example, by applying a pulse of 240 cycles, the needle selection action could be performed at a speed three times that of a conventional needle selection device using an electromagnet (usually 80 cycles). This can increase the number of plates for knitting machines that knit the same pattern knitting structure. In addition, a needle selection device with the same number of plates can knit a pattern knitting structure that is 23 times more complex than a knitting machine with three times the number of needles and the number of rotations of the knitting cylinder (in the case of a circular knitting machine). In the present invention, the response speed can be further increased. In the present invention, the finger 10 is attached to the piezoelectric element 1'7. As shown in the illustrated example, the rear end portion 10 of the band-shaped finger 10 is attached to the center of the upper surface of the piezoelectric element 7 attached to the upper surface of the plate 5.
Install Δ. This band-shaped finger 10 is added to the plate 5 in a rigid angular direction. As shown in FIGS. 1c and 1D, one piece of the piezoelectric element T-7 and the back surface of the other end lOΔ of the finger 10 are joined via the rubber member 11. The rubber member 11 is preferably insulating and flexible; if it is hard, it is difficult to operate the finger 10 well when the piezoelectric element 7 performs a bending motion. Further, it is preferable to use an oil-resistant rubber part 11. As the 14 rubber member 11, rubber-based adhesive cutting etc. 1. Other materials may be used as long as they function in the same way, such as by applying the adhesive through a rubber member.Instead of a rubber member, it may be attached using screws or the like. The finger 10 is constructed as a thin plate in the shape of a horizontally long strip. Like the plate 5, the finger 10 is made of metal, for example. The finger lO follows the bending movement of the plate 5 caused by the piezoelectric element 7 and engages with the knitting needle or a pad (finger river pad) that falls on the needle selection jack disposed in contact with the lower end of the knitting needle. Can be formed or released. The tip portion 10B of the finger 10 on the opposite side to the side where the piezoelectric element 7 is attached comes into contact with the L pad. A finger fixing part 13 for fixing the finger 10 is provided upright adjacent to the plate support part 2 of the housing l. A hole is provided in the finger 10 in the width direction of the finger 10, and holes are also provided in the left and right side walls +3A and 13B of the finger fixing portion 13. Pass the shaft 14 through the hole of the finger 10 as shown in FIG. 1E,
Insert both ends 1 of the shaft 14 into the holes in the left and right side walls 13Δ, 13B, insert screws 15 and 16 from both ends of +th+4,
The bending motion fulcrum portion 10c of the finger 10 is fixed by the finger fixing portion 1: arm. The fixed position 130 serves as a fulcrum for the operation of the finger 10. In the housing 1, the edge of the bottom plate 12 has a large number of
11 wall parts 17 are provided with --shaped openings (!: through holes) 16, and the tips 1013 of the fingers 10 protrude from the IT passage holes 6. The n-passer 16 is configured to have a width, size, etc. corresponding to the stroke when the finger lO moves one degree. The finger 10 has a rear end +OA attached to the piezoelectric element 7 and a tip 1 that comes into contact with the butt of the knitting needle or needle selection jack.
013 and an operating fulcrum portion 10c, and further includes an amplifying portion +01) extending from the fulcrum and between the tip portion 1013 and amplifying the operation of the finger 10. However, the finger 10 is a rectangular band-shaped metal plate, and these parts 10Δ to IOD are integrally connected. It has been found that the length of the amplifying section 10D is preferably about 3 to 4 times the length between the edge of the rear end section 10A and the fulcrum +30. As for the number of the fingers 10 and plates 5, although they are shown as one in FIG. 1 and omitted from illustration, a plurality of fingers 10 and plates 5 are usually installed. The number of fingers 10 (plates 5) to be attached may be determined depending on the type of intended pattern knitting structure. Since the needle selection device according to the present invention is composed of a thin plate 5 of, for example, l m/m thickness and a piezoelectric element 7, the required height of each finger is smaller than that of conventional fingers using electromagnets, and It can also be made smaller in the width direction. Therefore, even when using the same number of fingers, the size of the needle selection device itself can be further reduced. Since the needle selection device is small and has a fast response speed, conventional needle selection devices that use electromagnets are required to arrange the needle selection device for pattern knitting due to the space available for various mechanisms on one knitting machine. By using the needle selection device of the present invention, it becomes easy to add a pattern knitting function to a knitting machine for pantyhose, which has been difficult to do so. Although the illustration of the housing 1 is omitted in FIG. The square wall is installed, and then the housing! A device is also attached to both side walls of the finger fixing portion 13. The present invention differs from the previous invention also in its housing configuration. When operating the finger lO, as shown in L, plate 5
After storing the piezoelectric element 7 in the housing, a pulse is applied to the piezoelectric element 7 from a controller electrically connected through a conductor tA9. The controller is patterned! This is a device that stores II m and applies pulses to a plurality of piezoelectric elements based on the stored organization 1 order. Since such a device:vt has a well-known structure, detailed explanation will be omitted. Based on the pulses applied from the controller in this way, the plate 5 is bent as shown in FIG. Seven F moves like this. In FIG. 1C, when no pulse is applied to the piezoelectric element 7 of the plate 5, the finger butt 56 of the jack 51 (which may be the knitting needle itself) comes into contact with the rear end 10B of the finger lO, and the jack 51 to the right in the illustration, as a result, the raising cam pad 53 at the lower end of the jack 51 cannot engage the raising cam 54, and as a result, the jack 51 and, therefore, the formation that abuts against the upper part of the jack 51. The needle cannot move upward ν, and as a result, this knitting needle does not perform the formation of knitting ``1''.On the other hand, as shown by the phantom line in FIG.
By curving O, the tip 10 of the finger IO
Since B does not enter the transport track of the jack pad 56 of the jack 51, the jack 51 maintains its vertical position, and as a result, the raising cam pad 53 of the jack 51 engages with the raising cam 54, pushing the jack 51 upward. . And this Jack 51! A knitting action is applied to the knitting needles that abut on one side. Thus, according to the present invention, both ends 6.6 of the plate 5 are inserted into and supported (Pd is not constant) by the two side walls of the plate support portion 2 of the housing l. , when a pulse is applied to the piezoelectric element 7 of the plate 5, the plate 5 curves with the two ends 6.6 as fulcrums, and its curving movement is faster than in the case of the cantilevered form according to the previous invention. was stabilized, and we were able to significantly improve response speed. The piezoelectric element 7 is also attached to the supported plate 5 at both ends 6.6, and the rear end +OA of the finger 1 () is attached to the piezoelectric element 7 via the flexible rubber member 11. furthermore, the finger 10 is attached to the finger fixing F
il t 3, even if the tip 1013 of the finger IO comes into contact with the jack 511, the impact will not reach the piezoelectric element 7, resulting in less damage and a shorter service life compared to the previous invention. It was possible to extend the lifespan by more than 2 layers. Furthermore, unlike the previous invention, the piezoelectric element 7 has fingers 10.
Since the rear end 1sIOA is attached, when a pulse is applied to the piezoelectric element 7 to curve the plate 5, the movement is easily transmitted to the finger IO, and the finger 10 is attached to the finger fixing part 13 as described above. The finger 10 attached to the piezoelectric element 7 operates using this fixed position as a fulcrum at l0c(+30).
When the motion of the plate 5 is transmitted to the finger 10 through the rear end +OA, the finger 10 amplifies the transmitted motion in order to make contact with and release from the jack 51. According to the present invention, the length of the amplifying section 101) is adjusted as described above so that these amplifications can be properly performed and can work well on the jack 51. Next, other embodiments of the present invention will be shown. The shape of the finger 10 shown in Fig. As shown, rubber members 1 are placed on both sides of the piezoelectric element 7.7 of the plate 5.
1.11. Note that Figure 3B is a diagram based on Figure 1C, and also
Figure C is a diagram based on Figure 11), and shows the main parts of each. By using such a finger lO, it is more
Layer response speed can be improved. In the device shown in FIG. 4, the finger 10 is identified to the finger fixing part 13 of the housing 1 as shown in FIG. However, an embodiment is shown in which the rubber or bearing 18 is pressed against the finger 10 by the screw 19 to apply a brake to the operation of the five-ring finger 10. By adjusting the pressing force of the screw 19, the movement of the finger 10 can be adjusted. In Fig. 5Δ, protrusions 100 are provided protrudingly on both sides near the tip 10B of the finger 10, so that the tip 10B of the finger 10 can be attached to the wall in the first embodiment shown in Fig. 1Δ. While it was in surface contact with the inner surface of the opening 16 of the portion 17,
As shown in Figure 5B, it becomes an iQ (or point) contact,
The resistance of the tip 1013 of the finger 10 to the inner surface of the opening 16 was reduced, and the response speed could be further improved. Further, as shown in FIG. 5A, when an appropriate number of holes 101 are made in the finger 10, the weight jrt of the finger 10 is reduced, and the response speed of the finger 10 can be further improved. The one shown in FIG. 6A has a hole +02 formed in the piezoelectric element 7, and as shown in FIG. An example is shown in which it is attached to the plate 5 via the rubber member 11 inside. This makes it possible to suppress "shaking" of the piezoelectric element 7 caused by attaching the plate 5 to the piezoelectric element 7. In FIG. 7A, the finger lO is L-shaped, and this is the first
Similar to what is shown in Fig. 13, take 11-1 to the main rope r7.
By forming the finger 10 into a hollow shape in this way, the length of the finger 10 can be shortened. Thereby, the needle selection device can be downsized. FIG. 70 shows an embodiment in which the length direction of the plate 5 and the length direction of the finger 10 are made to be the same when the finger 10 is attached to the piezoelectric element 7. This plate 5 is supported at both ends; (2) as in the previous embodiment. In the embodiments shown in FIGS. 7A and 7N, it is not necessary to support the side wall of the housing as long as both ends are supported. Further, it is not necessary to insert the plate 5 into a groove in which it slides. As shown in Figure 7B,
One end of the plate 5 may be supported by the support 103].The invention made by the present inventor has been specifically explained based on the examples. It goes without saying that there is no limit to this, and that it is a Shinsei-henshi-no-shi function within the scope of not deviating from the gist. The needle selection device according to the present invention can be applied to various knitting machines. In a circular knitting machine, the needle bed, that is, the knitting cylinder, rotates relative to the machine stand of the circular knitting machine, and the needle selection device is fixedly provided to the machine stand of the circular knitting machine. When the needle selection device according to the present invention is used in a circular knitting machine, when the individual fingers in the needle selection device fixed to one machine swing, the fingers of the knitting needles in the rotating knitting cylinder It is necessary to construct the machine so that the tip of the +IQ finger enters or leaves the movement path of the jack finger butt, which is placed in contact with the lower end of the knitting bat or the knitting needle. -6 The needle selection device according to the present invention can also be used in flat knitting machines. In a flat knitting machine, a needle bed is installed on the machine base of the flat knitting machine, and a patterned fabric is knitted by sliding a slider including a needle selection device and a yarn supply device along the needle bed. Therefore, when the slider slides, the tip of the finger of the needle selection device slides and hits the finger butt of the knitting needle in the fixed needle bed or the lower end of the knitting needle. It is necessary that the jack be configured to abut against the finger butt of the jack which is placed in contact with the jack. (Effects of the Invention) 1-According to the present invention, while taking advantage of the advantages of the piezoelectric needle selection device, it also improves the response speed, the orientation of the layers, ensures stable operation of the fingers, and extends the service life of the fingers. 1-
We were able to achieve this goal. Further, according to the present invention, maintenance thereof is extremely simple compared to the needle selection device of the previous invention. That is, in the present invention, the side wall of the plate support portion 2 of the housing l: 3. :Escape the 'A' at the back of 3. By sliding the plate 5 out of the holder 4, it was possible to easily replace the plate 5, fingers 10, etc., and also to quickly inspect them.
