If left for a long time, it will become established and cannot be easily removed. Moreover, this dirt not only impairs the shine of the spokes, but also leads to rust. Therefore, it is desirable to periodically clean the spokes, but in reality, it is a hassle and the spokes are often left unattended.

This sleeve is an annular cylinder with an end and a cut 2 in the axial direction, and a cleaning brush portion 3 is provided on the inner peripheral surface. The cleaning brush part 3 can be made by applying adhesive to the inner circumferential surface of the sleeve 1 and spraying short plastic fibers (flock) onto it, or by pasting cloth or felt with flocked flock (not shown). It is formed by This sleeve 1 is fitted into the spoke 7 using the cut 2. The shape of the cut 2 is preferably a butt joint type that divides the sleeve 1 vertically. Further, the cross-sectional shape of the cuts 2 is used as an angle joint to form arrowhead-shaped engaging portions 6 that engage with each other, and by engaging these engaging portions 6, there is no gap between the cuts and there is no possibility of them falling off during running. It is also possible.
In this case, the sleeve 1 is compressed in the circumferential direction to disengage the engagement portion 6 and open the cut 2, and then the sleeve 1 is fitted onto the spoke 7 or removed from the spoke 7. Also, there is always a gap at cut 2.
In the case of a joint type, attachment to and detachment from the spokes 7 is achieved by elastic deformation near the cut 2. In the case of this embodiment, the sleeve 1 is molded from plastic, and there is a gap S between the sleeve 1 and the spokes 7.
In order to be able to slide on the spokes 7, the inner diameter is slightly larger than the diameter of the spokes 7 to which the spokes 7 are to be attached. Also, in sleeve 1,
A wedge needle 4 is provided to be inserted into the gap S between the sleeve 1 and the spoke 7 to fix the sleeve 1 at an arbitrary position on the spoke 7. The wedge needle 4 is press-fitted between the sleeve 1 and the spoke 7, so that the sleeve 1 and the spoke 7 are held together by frictional force.
and fix it. Further, this wedge needle 4 is attached to the sleeve 1 with a thread or the like, and is usually housed in a holder 5 attached to the outer peripheral surface of the sleeve 1.
When it is desired to fix the sleeve 1, it is taken out from the holder 5 and used. The sleeve 1 and the receiving tube 5 are either integrally molded from plastic, or are integrally formed by separately molding them and gluing them together. The sleeve 1 is fixed on the spokes 7 when a rotating pattern is created on the rotating spokes 7 to enhance the decorative effect.
In addition, when the sleeve 1 is molded from plastic, it is easy to use bright colors to enhance the decorative effect, and there is no fear of rust.

め、任意の色若しくは色模様が着色されている。 As another example, as shown in FIG. 4, an adhesive is applied to one surface of the aluminum plate 8, and short fibers (floc) 9 of synthetic resin are implanted by static electricity or spraying to form the cleaning brush part. It may also be formed by In this case, by rolling the aluminum plate 8 so as to wrap it around the spokes 7 with the cleaning brush portion 3 inward, the sleeve 1 that can slide along the spokes 7 is formed. Note that the aluminum plate sleeve is colored with an arbitrary color or color pattern for a decorative effect.

のスポークを彩ることができる。 As described above, the sleeve of the present invention has a cleaning brush part formed on the inner peripheral surface, is removably fitted into the spokes, and is slidable in the radial direction of the spoked wheel, so it is protected against centrifugal force or gravity drop. The spokes can thus be polished by the cleaning brush on the inner surface while the sleeve slides along the spokes between the rim and the boss. In other words, while driving, the sleeve, which is pressed against the rim by centrifugal force, falls along the spokes due to its own weight and slides on the spokes as soon as the sleeve comes to a stop or as the speed decreases, so the spokes slide on the inner circumference of the sleeve. The surface is constantly polished by a cleaning brush. Furthermore, by coloring the sleeve in a desired color or color pattern, the spokes that are running can be decorated.
