最近提案されている。 In order to eliminate this inconvenience, a fuel derivative is installed near the plug, in which refractory wires are bundled together in the combustion chamber so that the fuel passes through the gaps between the refractory wires, and the heat of the plug is used to fuel the fuel. Recently, a combustion type heater for automobiles has been proposed that vaporizes and ignites.

There was a problem in that the fuel did not reach the tip of the refractory wire.

The tip of the fuel derivative 1 is bent into an L-shape.
The vicinity of the leading edge of 5 is fixed with a binding tool 20 made of a noncombustible material such as metal. Further, the combustor main body 1
A box-shaped supporter 17 is attached to the upper inner wall of the combustion chamber 2, and a fuel supply pipe 18 for supplying fuel to the supporter 17 from above the combustor main body 12 is provided. And the fuel derivative 15

5b protrudes from below a rectangular opening 17a formed at the bottom of the supporter 17 into a fuel receiving chamber 17b formed inside the supporter 17, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. The fuel guide 15 is press-fitted into the supporter 17, and the steel wire 15a at the starting end 15b is pushed outward toward the tip. Here, the fuel derivative 15 is inserted into the plug 14 from the upper surface of the combustor main body 12, and the plug 14
4 and the tip of the fuel guide 15 are fixed to the upper surface of the combustor main body 12 so as to maintain a predetermined distance from each other. An air supply pipe 19 is attached to the combustor body 12 for supplying combustion air to the fuel guide 15 within the combustion chamber 12a.

At the same time, the fuel descends through the gap between the steel wires 15a formed in the fuel guide 15, and the fuel reaches the tip of the fuel guide 15.
Since the fuel derivative 15 is heated by the plug 14, the falling fuel is vaporized and ignited by the plug 14, so that the fuel burns continuously. Further, the plug 14 stops heating after igniting the fuel. Thereafter, the fuel is vaporized by the combustion heat of the fuel itself.

By feeding air from the air supply pipe 19 into the combustor main body 12 while maintaining combustion,
Heat the whole thing. Then, by exchanging heat between the hot air flowing through the combustor main body 12 and the hot water passing through the heat exchanger 13, the heat of this hot water is used to supply hot air into the vehicle interior with a fan. This hot water is, for example, a portion of engine cooling water introduced into a heat exchanger.

Fig. 3 shows another embodiment of the fuel cell 5b, in which the steel wire 15a of the starting end 15b is made into an arc shape, and the entire starting end 15b is expanded into a fan shape to improve fuel supply. In FIG. 4, the tip of the steel wire 15a at the starting end 15b in FIG. 3 is directed upward to improve fuel supply. 効果を有する。(Effects of the invention) As explained above, this invention attaches a supporter having a fuel receiving chamber communicating with a fuel supply pipe to the combustor main body, and bundles a large number of refractory wires. The starting end of the fuel guide, which is formed by providing a fuel guiding gap therebetween, is made to protrude into the fuel receiving chamber, and the refractory wire at the starting end is pushed outward toward the tip and attached to the support. By installing the fuel guide and arranging the fuel guide near the plug, the fuel flows well in the fuel guide, so that the fuel reaches the tip of the refractory wire and the amount of fuel heated by the plug is reduced. This increase improves vaporization performance, which also improves ignitability. In addition, as more fuel flows inside the fuel guide, less fuel flows on the surface of the fuel guide, so there is no leakage of fuel from the combustor body to the outside, which is an excellent effect.
