Some unnecessary transformers (C, T) for current needles are attached to the back side. Additionally, there is a tendency to use the back side of the unit frame for wiring so that the front side of the unit frame is not congested by the wiring. On the other hand, in a unit frame with such a structure, the terminal connection part that connects the load-side lead-in wire in the wiring duct is located on the side of the unit frame inside the closed switchboard from the viewpoint of workability on the customer side. It is convenient to provide it on the side of the unit frame so that wiring work can be done from the front of the wiring duct. However, from the manufacturer's perspective, the main circuit wiring derived from transformers and other control equipment is thick and difficult to bend depending on its rating, making it difficult to make the wiring compact. This is inconvenient from the standpoint of downsizing the shutoff switchboard, both on the front side and the rear side of the unit frame.

A wire connector is required to be inserted between the two.

Therefore, the connection direction of the terminal connection part on the transformer and other control equipment side and the connection direction of the terminal connection part of the load side electric wire will inevitably form a predetermined angle, and the working direction (- Naturally, the axial direction of the terminal tightening bolt will also be different.

As the fixing means, a mounting hole is usually formed in the conductive member, and a fastening member such as a bolt, a nut, a stud, etc. is attached to the mounting hole. - For tightening, a nut is inserted into the latching hole, and a bolt, etc. is inserted from the outside and tightened, but the bolt head is inserted into the latching hole, and the wire terminal and washer are attached to the threaded part of the bolt that protrudes outside. You can also attach something like this and tighten it with a nut. In that case, the bolt relief hole for the locking hole can be omitted.

The protrusion height of 5 is set to a height that allows the conductive plate 2 to fit into the insertion hole 15 somewhat tightly when inserted into the insertion hole 15. Note that conductive plates 2 with different thicknesses are used depending on each rated capacity, but since the engagement thickness, which is the sum of the plate thickness and the protrusion height of the engagement protrusion 25, is constant, it is possible to use conductive plates 2 with different thicknesses. However, they can be inserted into the same insertion hole 15, and the terminal block 1 can be shared.

As a result, each conductive plate 2 is slightly fixed to the conductive member accommodating portion 11 of the terminal block 1, and the nut 32 is also held down by the insertion portion 21 and the hooking portion 22 of the conductive plate 2, so that it does not come off from the nut seat portion 161,171. Then, the bolt 31 is inserted into the mounting hole 23 via the spring washer 33 and the washer 34, and is screwed into the nut 32 of the locking hole 16 to form a connection portion. As a result, the conductive plate 2 is fixed to the wire connection member 3, and due to the fitting contact between the wire connection member 3 and the locking hole 16, it cannot move in the insertion direction and cannot be pulled out from the insertion hole 15. Similarly, the bolt 31 is inserted into the mounting hole 24 via the spring washer 33 and the washer 34, and the bolt 31 is inserted into the mounting hole 17.
It is screwed onto the nut 32 to form a connection part. In this way, the conductive plate 2 is fixed to the terminal block 1 by contacting the portion of the conductive plate 2 provided with the engaging protrusion 25 with the inner wall of the insertion hole 15 and the connection between the wiring member 3 and the latching hole 16. This is done by contacting the electrically conductive plate in the insertion direction, and no force is used to tighten bolts, nuts, etc. of the connection part, and force is used only for connection of the electric wires.

Also, since there is no need to worry about this, there is the advantage that the tightening force can be increased when connecting wires.

Since a common one can be used, only the conductive plate 2 needs to be replaced, and there is no need to replace the terminal block 1 as in the conventional case. By using the terminal block 1 as a component in this way, the cost can be reduced, inventory management can be made easier, and the entire electric wire connector can be made cheaper.

In addition, it is possible to provide an electric wire connector in which the electric wires are connected at opposite sides to each other, thereby facilitating connection work from different sides of the attachment rod of the electric wire connector. Therefore, by attaching it to a unit frame such as a power distribution board that has a terminal connection part for the load side terminal on the side of the unit frame, it is possible to easily and compactly connect the electric wires from the control equipment side on the back side of the unit frame during manufacturing. When connecting the load side electric wires, the wiring work can be easily done from the front side of the wiring duct.
