Conventional molten metal temperature measuring and sampling devices utilize the construction technology of the so-called consumable immersion type thermocouple, which uses a paper tube with heat insulating properties as a protective material and holding cylinder, so it is possible to measure temperature inside the device. This type of device, which has both a means and a sample collection means, must have a multilayered structure of thick-walled paper tubes, which increases the cost of parts of the device, complicates its configuration, and makes assembly work complicated and difficult. At the same time, this was an obstacle to reducing the diameter of the device.

The present invention eliminates and solves the deficiencies of the prior art described above. The prior art and the present invention will be explained below based on the attached drawings. Figure 1 shows the configuration of a molten metal temperature measuring and sampling device. It is intended to provide an overview of the use of
The device includes thermocouples 1 and 2 as temperature measuring means, a sample inlet hole 4 as sample collecting means, an upper sampling tube 3 1 forming a sample inflow chamber, and a lower sampling tube 3 2 forming a sample sampling chamber. a detection end A, and a detection end A
and a support part B consisting of an electrical contact 6 for holding the lead wire 5 led out from the temperature measuring means, and a heat-resistant holding cylinder 7 for holding the detection end A while surrounding the electrical contact. ing. In use, a holder (not shown) containing an electrical contact at its tip to be electrically connected to the electrical contact 6 is inserted through the upper end of the support part B to complete the measurement circuit and is inserted through the support part B. After the detection end A is mechanically held and elevated, the detection end A is immersed in the molten steel in the furnace. Immediately after the molten steel is immersed, the sample inflow hole 4 opens, and the molten steel sample flows through the upper sampling pipe 31 and is collected into the lower sampling pipe 32 .
Thermocouple 1 generates an electric signal corresponding to the bath temperature, and thermocouple 2 generates an electric signal corresponding to the sample temperature, and the signal is transmitted to a recorder outside the apparatus through a lead wire 5, an electric contact 6, an electric contact in the holder, and a conductor. Complete measurements and sample collection. At this time, the temperature of the molten steel in which the device consisting of A and B is immersed is 1500 to 1750℃, and the immersion time is 3
~8 seconds, and in particular, the detection end A of the device is exposed to high temperatures from inside and outside due to the molten steel in the furnace surrounding the detection end A and the sampled molten steel that has flowed into the sample collection pipes 31 and 32 . Under these conditions, the ambient temperature of the lead wire 5 must be kept below 100°C. Therefore, the configuration of the detection end A has to be a multilayered structure of thick paper tubes in the conventional technique in which only thick paper tubes are used as a protective material.

First, the structural flaws are; 1. The sample diameter required for so-called Q-VAC analysis is approximately
30mm, and the wall thickness of the paper tube that covers and insulates the sampling tube for collecting this sample is at least 15 mm.
It is empirically known that mm or more is required. However, with the current tube manufacturing technology, paper tubes with a wall thickness of 15 mm or more must be made with at least two layers of paper tubes. This limits the finished outer diameter of the device to φ70 mm or more, making it impossible to reduce the diameter of the device.

2. In the conventional device in which the paper tubes have a multiple structure, it is necessary to drill or press an inlet hole in each of the multiple paper tubes that constitute the detection end A.
Therefore, the paper tube multiple structure of the conventional apparatus inevitably increases the cost of parts of the apparatus.

3 The gap between the sample collection tube and the paper tube, and between the paper tubes, is
In order to maintain the heat resistance of the paper tubes themselves and to protect the lead wires wired between the paper tubes from heat, they must be as small as possible so that they can be inserted into each other. This increases the cost of each paper tube, considering the current tube manufacturing technology that lacks accuracy in outer diameter.

Next, the flaws in the assembly work of the conventional device are as follows: 1. The gaps between the sample collection tube and the paper tube, and between the paper tubes, are minimized to the extent that they can be inserted. , it is necessary to align the inlet holes of the paper tubes and the paper tubes, and also to position them in the vertical direction. This operation would be extremely complicated and difficult using conventional techniques in which internal burrs at the paper tube punching/extraction portion and the cut surface are common.

2. Under the conditions of 1) above, the configuration in which multiple lead wires are installed and wired in the gap between paper tubes is as follows:
While this makes assembly work more difficult, it also tends to lead to lead wire breakage accidents.

The structure of the support member will be explained using one of the support members 16a shown in the lower part of FIG.
A thick support part 20a having the same length as the sample collection tubes 3 1 and 3 2 is formed, leaving a part 19a that receives the column part 12 of the housing 11 from the tip side, and the thickness of the presser member 9 is formed at the end of the support part. In a configuration in which a thick fixing portion 22a having an appropriate length is formed while leaving a holding member accommodating portion 21a corresponding to the width of the support member 16a,
16b has mutually symmetrical shapes, that is, when the cylindrical body is assembled by abutting the support members 16a and 16b, a columnar body receiving portion having an annular concavo-convex shape, a thick-walled support portion, and a holding member housing are formed on the side surface of the cylindrical body, respectively. In addition to the above-mentioned structure, one support member 16a has a lead wire 5 extending outward from the columnar part 12 of the housing 11. The groove 23 to be installed is placed in the appropriate position in the longitudinal direction, preferably in the support member 1.
6a, and in the other support member 16b, the sample inlet holes 4 1 of the sample collection tubes 3 1 , 3 2 in the thick-walled support portion are provided.
An inflow hole 44 is formed at a position corresponding to the abutting end surfaces 24a, 24a for forming a cylindrical body by abutting the support members 16a, 16b.
25a, 24b, 25b have a non-planar cross-sectional shape, for example, the abutting end surfaces 24a, 25a are formed into vertical grooves, and the abutting end surfaces 24b, 25b are formed into vertical grooves to fit into the grooves. Convex stripes are formed.
