粒体をを取り除くことが極めて困難であり、しかもフェ
ルト製のフィルタバッグは水洗することもできず、−旦

(発明の概要〉

通気板8が張られいてその下に熱風供給ダクト9が形成
されており、更にこれに過熱蒸気供給装置3が接続され
ていて通気板8から流動層室4に向けて乾燥用過熱蒸気
を吹き上げるようになっている。 また、フィルタ室5
の上端には排気口10が形成されていてここから乾燥排
ガス(過熱蒸気)を排出すると共に室内には金属フィル
タを用いて形成した捕集装置11が取り付けられていて
乾燥排ガスに浮遊して上昇する粉末状食品を濾別して捕
