課題を解決するための手段
バルブ形状に加工代並びに成形時の圧縮代を加えた寸法

に収め、前記穴にセラミック系粉末材を充填し、ステム
側開口部を閉口し、油圧力によって乾式のラバープレス
で成形し、成形バルブ体の素側の基準凹部を規準として
加工機に取付け、外径、ステム端部等を生加工し、次い
で焼成して、少なくともステム、バルブフェイスを研磨
