い。(Prior Art) A device shown in FIG. 12 has been known as a device for bending a wire into a continuous wave shape.
This device has two pins 42 planted at a predetermined interval in a disc 41, a wire 5 is passed between the pins 42 in a Z shape, and the wire 5 is waved by moving the disc 41 forward and backward. It is designed to bend into a shape. However, with this device, it is difficult to feed the wire, and the wave shape tends to be uneven.

It is. Furthermore, FIG. 14 shows a device in which wave-forming teeth 45 are continuously provided on endless running bodies 46 that run opposite each other, and the wire is bent into a wave shape by biting the wire between the running bodies 46. . However, these devices have the problem that when the wire after being formed into a wave shape is sent out from the rear of the rotating body or running body, the waves may be deformed or crushed by hitting the wave-forming teeth, and the wire rod may be damaged by the adjacent waves. It is difficult to form waves whose sides are orthogonal.

する。 When bending down into continuous rectangular waves,
As shown in the drawing, it is desirable to extend the wire 5 from a hoop shape, rotate the first folded body 1 and the second folded body 2 alternately, and apply the backing plate 3 to them.
That is, when the wire 5 reaches the first bent body 1 as shown in FIG. 3, the contact plate 3 is moved upward as shown in FIG. 4, and the first bent body 1 is moved in the direction of the arrow. As a result, the contact plate 3 and the first bending body 1 press the wire 5 to form a bent portion 6 in the wire 5 at a right angle. Once the bent portion 6 is formed in this way, the contact plate 3 is lowered and the first bent body 1 is rotated back as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. Then, the wire rod 5 is advanced one pitch to the position shown in FIG. When the wire rod 5 has advanced to the position shown in FIG.
is moved upward to fit the contact plate 3 into the rectangular frame-shaped bent part A of the wire 5, and in this state, as shown in FIG. 5, move the second bent body 2 in the direction of the arrow as shown by the solid line. By rotating the wire rod 5, the second bending body 2 and the contact plate 3 press the wire rod 5, thereby causing the wire rod 5 to have the bent portions 7 and 8.
form a right angle. Once the folded portions 7 and 8 are formed in this manner, the second folded body 2 is rotated back while lowering the contact plate 3 in the same manner as described above, and in this state, it is fed one pitch by the transfer means. , the wire 5 is advanced to the position shown in FIG. When the wire rod 5 has advanced to the position shown in FIG. 6, the cover plate 3 is moved upward in the same manner as described above, and the cover plate 3 is fitted into the rectangular frame-shaped bent portion B of the wire rod 5. As shown in FIG. 6, the first folding body 1 is rotated in the direction of the arrow, and thereby the first folding body 1 and the contact plate 3 press the wire rod 5 again, thereby making the wire rod 5, a bent portion is formed at a right angle.
