本考案は、車両用、家具用等のシート、特に自
動二輪車用シートの吊込用紐材の取付構造に関す

通すようにしてもよい。このように紐材15を取
り付けたワデイングカバー13を、該ワデイング
カバー13と同形状に裁断したフオーム材11
(第4図c)と表皮材12(第4図d)に第5図
に示すように重ねてこれをウエルダ型21上に置
き、紐材15を挿通した位置においてウエルダ加
工を施す。このウエルダ加工によりウエルダ加工
部のフオーム材11は溶断され、ワデイングカバ
ー13と表皮材12との間に挿通された紐材15
は該ワデイングカバー13と表皮材12との間に
溶着される。しかる後に各紐材15の両端を結ぶ
ことにより、第1図に示す裏打材を使用せずに直
接吊込用紐材が取付けられた表皮部材10を得る
