This type of buried oil separation and removal tank is used by being buried underground, and the wastewater containing oil that flows into the tank from the inflow pipe of the buried oil separation and removal tank is temporarily stored in the tank. The wastewater is treated by suspending the oil, separating the oil from the water and removing it, and discharging the oil-free wastewater out of the tank through an outflow pipe. Furthermore, the buried locations of the inflow and outflow pipes provided in the oil separation and removal tank differ depending on each construction site, so the oil separation and removal tank needs to be buried at a predetermined location underground for each site. . Conventionally, when the oil separation and removal tank A was buried deep underground due to the above-mentioned necessity, a method as shown in FIG. 1 was adopted. That is, a flange 4 is provided on the periphery of the opening of the tank body 3 extending outward, and a flange 9 is provided on the upper end.
A raised member 6 formed with a connecting piece 10 extending outward from the lower end is disposed on the upper side of the tank body 3, and the flange 4 of the tank body 3 and the connecting piece 10 of the raised member 6 are connected with bolts. The oil separation and removal tank A is raised in height by fixing with a nut 11 or the like.
However, this method has the disadvantage that since the height of the raising member 6 is fixed, the vertical height cannot be easily adjusted.
The lid 12 is fitted into the upper opening of the oil separation and removal tank A so that the ground surface G/L and the top surface of the lid 12 are approximately flush with each other. If the upper part of the raising member 6 is cut off, the flange 9 will be lost and the lid 12 will be removed.
The drawback was that it interfered with installation.

The present invention has been developed in view of the above points, and it is possible to easily adjust the height of the tank body by changing the embedding depth of the tank body depending on the construction site, and also to easily adjust the height of the tank body with the raising member. Another object of the present invention is to provide a built-in oil separation and removal tank that does not cause any problems in installation.

An inflow pipe 1 and an outflow pipe 2 are attached to the upper part of the side wall 13 of. Further, a flange 4 is provided on the periphery of the opening of the tank body 3 and extends outward, and a hanging piece 5 is provided on the bottom surface of the tip of the flange 4 so as to extend downward over the entire circumference. In the figure, reference numeral 14 indicates an upper partition plate formed in a dogleg shape in cross section, and reference numeral 15 indicates a lower partition plate, both of which are disposed inside the tank body 3, and which allow the waste water W flowing into the tank body 3 from the inflow pipe 1 to flow through the tank body 3. The tank body 3 is made to meander between the upper and lower partition plates 14 and 15, and the plurality of partition plates 14, 14, and 15
The interior is divided and the oil in the waste water W is floated and separated within each section. Further, 16 is a floating matter removal basket disposed below the inflow pipe 1, and this floating matter removal basket 16 is buried in the drainage water W leaving an opening at its upper end, and the lower end of the upper partition plate 14 is floating. Object removal basket 1
It hangs down to a part closer to the bottom plate of the tank body 3 than the bottom of the tank 6. Reference numeral 17 is an oil drain pipe for extracting oil separated from water to the outside, and is located near the water surface WL. One oil drain pipe 17 is provided between the floating object removal basket 16 and the upper partition plate 14, and the other oil drain pipe 17 is provided near the outflow pipe 2 side between the upper partition plates 14. The waste water W from which oil has been removed by the oil drain pipe 17 is discharged to the outside of the tank body 3 through the outflow pipe 2. 部分に荷重がかからないようにするものである。 Since the tank body 3 is buried underground, and the embedding positions of the inflow pipe 1 and the outflow pipe 2 differ depending on the construction site, the embedding depth of the tank body 3 is determined accordingly. When the tank body 3 is buried shallowly, only the tank body 3 is buried underground without using the raising member 6, as shown in FIG. Here, the tank body 3 is buried underground so that its upper end surface is approximately flush with the ground surface.
By providing the flange 4 at the upper end of the tank body 3, the surface of the lid body 12 fitted to the flange 4 and attached to the opening of the tank body 3 can be made substantially flush with the ground surface G and L. It is possible. In addition, if the tank body 3 is deeply embedded, as shown in Fig. 5,
A raising member 6 is attached to the upper end of the tank body 3 and buried therein. That is, to show an example of construction, first, after burying the tank body 3 underground, the raising member 6 is arranged on the outside of the flange 4 of the tank body 3, and the raising member 6 is moved up and down to raise the upper end of the raising member 6. The installation position of the raising member 6 is determined at a position where the flanges 9 of the tank are at ground surface G and L, and then, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the raising member 6 and the tank body 3 are lowered using a drill 20 or the like. The raising member 6 is fixed to the tank body 3 by drilling a mounting hole 7 in the piece 5, passing a fixing member 8 such as a bolt through the mounting hole 7, and tightening it with a nut 21. At that time, by forming the raising member 6 with a transparent or semi-transparent material, the hanging piece 5 of the tank body 3 can be seen from the outside through the raising member 6, and the work of drilling the mounting hole 7 and passing the fixing tool 8 through is possible. This is extremely easy to do. In the figure, reference numeral 22 denotes a gasket, which may be interposed between the raising member 6 and the hanging piece 5. In addition, the raising member 6
Since the flange 9 is formed at the upper end, the flange 9 will always be formed at the upper end even if the raising member 6 is moved up and down, and the lid body 12 will not interfere with the flange 9 of the raising member 6. It can be fitted without any problem. After the raising member 6 is fixed to the tank body 3, a chestnut stone 23 is laid on the lower surface of the mounting piece 19 of the raising member 6 so that the load applied to the raising member 6 is supported by the chestnut stone 23, and the connection part with the tank body 3 is This prevents any load from being applied.

As described above, in the present invention, the raising member is arranged on the outside of the flange of the tank main body so as to be able to move up and down, and the raising member is attached to and detached from the tank main body by passing the fixing tool through the mounting hole made in the hanging piece of the raising member and the tank main body. Since it is fixed freely, the raising member can be attached to and removed from the tank body, or can be fixed in a vertically adjustable manner, and the height of the tank body can be easily raised with the raising member according to the depth of embedding of the tank body. In this case, in the present invention, a flange is provided on the periphery of the opening of the tank body to extend outward, and a hanging piece is hung downward from the bottom surface of the tip of the flange, and a cylindrical raising member is attached to the tank body. Since the raising member is attached to the tank body by placing it on the outside of the flange and fixing the raising member to the tank body by passing the fitting through the mounting hole drilled in the raising member and the hanging piece, the hanging piece is attached to the tank body so that the raising member can be fixed to the tank body. The mounting holes provided in the pieces are open on the outside of the tank body and do not open into the tank body, so even if water such as rainwater existing underground passes through these mounting holes, the water will not flow. There is no risk of water flowing into the tank body, and the raising member can be attached to the tank body without fear of rainwater or the like entering the tank body through the mounting hole. Furthermore, since this raising member is made of a transparent or semi-transparent member, when fixing the raising member to the hanging piece, it can be done while looking at the hanging piece from the outside, so the drilling and fixing work can be easily performed. Moreover, the raising member can be fixed at a proper position without making a mistake in the mounting position. In addition, since the pair of U-shaped halves are joined together to form a cylindrical raising member, the halves can be joined together with the cylindrical shape adjusted to fit the opening periphery of the tank body. The raising member can be formed by doing so, and the raising member can be attached to the tank body with the inner circumferential surface accurately brought into close contact with the opening periphery of the tank body. Furthermore, since a flange is formed at the upper end of the raising member, the lid can be attached to the opening of the tank body without any problem even if the raising of the tank body is adjusted up or down with the raising member, and the ground surface and the lid surface are always connected. It is possible to make the surface substantially flush.
