Abstract

PURPOSE:To push the floating of the laminated plates of a laminated iron core, to prevent the generation of beat sound and to improve magnetic characteristics, by bringing the bottom part of a terminal cover into contact with the upper surface of the laminated iron core in the laminating direction. CONSTITUTION:A terminal cover 16 is placed on a terminal 15 from the front side. A pushing protruding part 37 of the bottom part of the cover is pushed and slidden on the upper surface of a laminated iron core 14 and inserted. Engaging steps 34 on both sides of the cover 16 are engaged with pawls 25 of a coil bobbin 12 and the cover is attached to the bobbin 12. When the pushing protruding part 37 of the terminal cover 16 is pushed on the upper surface of the iron core 14, contact resistance is small in comparison with the case wherein an entire bottom surface 36 of the cover 16 is pushed on the upper surface of the core 14. Since the pushing protruding part 37 is provided in a tapered shape in the inserting direction, the pushing protruding part 37 can be readily inserted even if the part is pushed on the upper surface of the core 14. The bottom surface of an electromagnetic-equipment body 11 is covered with a bottom plate 61. The upper surface and both side surfaces are covered with a case 62 as a unit. Both side-edge parts of a side-leg iron core 42 of the laminated iron core 14 between the bottom plate 61 and the case 62 are covered with the case 62. The both side-edge parts are held from the laminating direction. Under this state, the lower end parts on both sides of the case 62 are connected to both side edge parts of the bottom plate 61 by caulking.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) By the way, the laminated core 3 is divided into two parts, such as an El core, an I-shaped core, and a pair of E-shaped cores, in order to fit the coil 1 into the central leg within the shell. It is constructed by laminating laminate plates 3a having these shapes, and the laminate plates 3a are held by caulking the bottom plate 4 and the case 5 without fixing the laminate plates 3a,
Outside of the butt part of the two cores (laminated surface covered by case 5)
The laminated plate 3a is held and fixed by welding, etc. However, the laminated portion of the laminated core 3 located outside the flange portion of the coil bobbin 2, that is, the laminated portion on both end faces of the laminated core 3, is held between the laminated plates 38. In many cases, it is not clamped by a case or fixed by welding, etc.

As shown in FIG. 5, the laminated core 14 has a structure in which it is separated into a central leg core 41 around which the coil 13 is wound and a side leg core 42 having a rectangular annular shape. This central leg core 4
1, a predetermined number of laminated plates 41a are laminated, each having a central leg joint surface 43 formed of a punched surface with the side leg core 42 on both end surfaces, and a pass portion 44 approximately in the middle of both sides. The laminated plate 4 is secured by caulking portions 45 provided at two locations.
1a are interconnected to form a layered structure. Further, the side leg core 42 has a rectangular opening 46 on the inside, and the laminated plate 4 of the center leg core 41 has a rectangular opening 46 on the inside of the yoke part 47.
Rectangular annular laminated plates 42a each having a side leg joint surface 48 constituted by a stamped surface obtained by punching 1a are laminated in correspondence to the number of laminated layers of the central leg core 41, and caulked portions 49 are provided near the four corners. The laminated plates 42a are interconnected to form a laminated structure. As shown in FIG. 6, the caulking portions 45, 49 are formed by caulking approximately V-shaped caulking pieces 51 of the upper laminated plates 41a, 42a into caulking holes 50 provided in the lower laminated plates 41a, 42a. It is supposed to be done.

Next, the terminal cover 16 is placed over the terminal 15 from the front, and the holding protrusion 37 at the bottom is pressed against the top surface of the laminated iron core 14 and inserted while sliding, and the locking steps 34 on both sides of the terminal cover 16 are engaged with the coil bobbin 12. It is attached to the coil bobbin 12 by being engaged with the retaining claw 25. At this time, terminal cover 1
By press-contacting the presser protrusion 37 of No. 6 to the upper surface of the laminated core 14, the contact resistance is lower than when the bottom surface 36 of the terminal cover 16 is entirely press-contacted to the upper surface of the laminated core 14. Since the portion 31 is provided in a tapered shape in the insertion direction, even if the presser protrusion 37 comes into pressure contact with the upper surface of the laminated iron core 14, it can be easily inserted. In the attached state of the terminal cover 16, the horizontal position of the terminal cover 16 in the front, rear, left and right directions is determined by the locking claws 25, and the cover portion 33 of the terminal cover 16 is joined onto the flange portion 22, and the regulating protrusion 35 is joined to the lower surface of the locking pawl 25, thereby determining the vertical position of the terminal cover 16. Therefore, the terminal cover 16 is positioned and fixed with respect to the coil bobbin 16, and the pressing protrusion 37 is pressed against the upper surface of the laminated core 14. Power is maintained.

By caulking the bottom plate 61 and the case 62 to the electromagnetic II main body 11, the central part of the laminated plate 42a on the outside in the lamination direction at both end faces of the laminated core 14, that is, the yoke portion 47 of the side leg core 42, tends to float up. However, coil bobbin 1
Since the holding protrusion 37 of the terminal cover 16 attached to the terminal cover 2 is pressed against the upper surface of the upper laminated plate 42a,
It is possible to reliably prevent the wi layer plate 42a from floating up.

Note that the terminal cover 16 may be attached to the coil bobbin 12 after the bottom plate 61 and the case 62 are attached. In this case, the upper @ layer plate 42a may float up due to the attachment of the bottom plate 61 and the case 62. Even though

Further, the terminal cover 16 has a presser protrusion 37 protruding from the bottom surface 36 that contacts the upper surface of the laminated iron core 14, and the electromagnetic device main body 1
1, there is a gap 63 between the bottom surface 36 and the top surface of the 8IiW4 core 14, so even if the heat generated by the coil 13 is transmitted and the temperature of the laminated core 14 increases when the coil 13 is energized, the temperature of the laminated core 14 increases. The heat from the laminated core 14 is less likely to be transmitted to the terminal cover 16 than when the bottom surface 36 is brought into contact with the entire top surface of the laminated core 14.
The terminal 15 housed inside the terminal 6 can be prevented from being oxidized, and the contact resistance between the terminal 15 and the lead wire connected to the terminal 15 can be reduced.

Further, the shape of the presser protrusion 31 of the terminal cover 16 may be a plurality of protrusions, in addition to the band shape as in the above embodiment.
In those cases, it is desirable to have a tapered surface or an arcuate surface in the direction of insertion into the coil bobbin 12 in order to facilitate insertion.

According to the present invention, the bottom part of the terminal cover comes into contact with the upper surface of the laminated core in the lamination direction, so that the end face of the laminated core when the bottom plate and the case are caulked and attached to the laminated core while covering the periphery of the electromagnetic device main body. It is possible to suppress the floating of the laminated plate in the magnetic field, prevent the generation of humming noise, and improve the magnetic properties.
