(See Publication No.-119846, Publication No. 53-120246, etc.)
However, in this type of aroma volatilization container, since the core material is directly immersed in the aroma liquid, the fragrance that volatilizes easily is volatilized first, and the aroma odor becomes extremely weak after 1 to 2 weeks, and it will last for a long time. There was a problem that it was not possible to emit a constant aroma for a certain period of time.

We have devised a volatilization container that can effectively supply the solution and have filed a separate application for it, but the present invention also allows for the replenishment and volatilization of solution automatically and reliably by simply attaching an impregnated piece to the container. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a volatilization container that is provided with a liquid return mechanism and completely eliminates the fear of solution overflowing to the outside of the system, especially in the final stage of volatilization.

Then, while sliding the outer circumferential ring 14 of the packing 12 on the inner circumference of the protrusion part 4 of the container 1, the impregnated piece support stand 7 is
is attached, the space inside the container 1 is compressed by the gasket 12, and the solution 2 is thereby supplied to the supply pipe 19.
It rises through the supply pipe 19 and drips into the bottom of the cylindrical chamber 20 from the U-shaped (or linear) end opening of the supply pipe 19.
The solution dropped onto the bottom of the cylindrical chamber 20 is absorbed by the impregnated piece 17 in the liquid passage hole 10 portion, and together with the liquid passage hole 10.
is in a sealed state by the solution film of the impregnated piece 17 in that part, and the cylindrical chamber 20 is kept in a slightly reduced pressure state by the volume absorbed by the impregnated piece 17. When the impregnated piece support 7 is completely attached to the container 1, the space inside the container 1 is formed by the notch 15 of the packing 12,
Since the air hole 6 at the upper end of the container outlet 4 and the gap between the protrusions 5 on the container neck 3 communicate with the outside air, the pressure becomes the same as atmospheric pressure, and therefore, the pressure is automatically adjusted by the siphon principle. Then, the solution is sucked up, dropped, and absorbed into the impregnated piece 17, and the solution is volatilized into the outside air while being diffused over the entire area of the impregnated piece 17. Note that the amount of solution volatilization depends on the exposed area of the impregnated piece 17, but can be adjusted by using a volatilization control lid as shown in FIG. can. supply pipe 19
If the inner diameter of the cylinder is too large, capillarity and cylindrical chamber 2
The siphon principle may not work depending on the degree of decompression in zero space, so the inner diameter of the supply pipe is usually 0.3~
5 mm, and the internal volume within the cylindrical body 9 is preferably selected within the range of 5 to 30 cm3 .

に対して負圧状態となつている。 Once the above operation is performed, the siphon principle allows the solution to be sucked up, dripped, absorbed into the impregnated piece 17, and evaporated due to the relationship between the atmospheric pressure above the solution 2 and the negative pressure inside the cylindrical chamber 20. done automatically. Even if most of the solution is consumed and there is no solution 2 in the container 1, the inside of the cylinder 9, the impregnated piece 17, the retention parts 21, 21' of the impregnated piece support 7, and the supply pipe 1 will remain for a while.
Since the solution remains in the supply pipe 9, volatilization continues, and the solution in the supply pipe 19 is sucked into the cylindrical chamber 20 and drips. As the solution continues to volatilize, the supply pipe 19
As long as the solution remains within the cylindrical chamber 20, the interior of the cylindrical chamber 20 remains under negative pressure relative to the outside pressure.

At this time, the solution remaining on the impregnated piece 17 including the inside of the cylinder 9 is not subjected to supply control by the siphon system, so if the liquid return hole 8 is not provided in the impregnated piece support 7, the solution inside the cylinder 9 Only a certain amount of liquid overflows from the impregnated piece support base 7 and falls onto the desk surface or table on which the container is placed, resulting in staining. This is because the impregnated piece 17 is already saturated with the solution.

It is housed within the ring 14. At this time, the notch 15 provided in the outer ring 14 is filled with the overflowing solution. Therefore, even if there is no solution in the container 1 and in the supply pipe 19, as the solution is volatilized from the impregnated piece 17, the container 1
The entire inside and the inside of the cylindrical chamber 20 become under negative pressure, and the solution inside the packing 12 is sucked under negative pressure.
2 and the supply pipe 19 to be accommodated in the container 1. In this case, the supply pipe 19 is attached to the bottom of the container 1.
If a slope is provided so that the tip of the gasket 12 is located or facing the lowest part, or if a recess 23 is provided as shown in the figure, all the solution in the packing 12 can be contained in the container 1, especially in the recess 23. to seal the lower end opening of the supply pipe 19, and the gasket 12
When the notch 15 is in communication with the atmosphere, the solution in the recess 23 is transferred to the impregnated piece 1 again by the siphon principle.

When using the packing shown in Fig. 4, the space inside the container 1 is in communication with the outside air even while the impregnated piece support 7 is being attached to the container 1, so a single attachment operation can only cover the required amount. The solution passes through the supply pipe 19 and enters the cylindrical chamber 2.
Since it is difficult to rise to within 0, it is necessary to repeat the mounting operation 2 to 3 times. Alternatively, the cylindrical body 9 may be pressed with a finger to aspirate and raise the solution. Note that if the diameter of the small hole 24 is large, no internal pressure will be applied to the inside of the container 1, and the rise of the solution cannot be expected.
It is preferable that the diameter of No. 4 is 0.5 mm or less.

This embodiment differs greatly from the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 described above in that a volatilization control lid is provided and an inner stopper is provided to prevent liquid leakage in the event of a fall. That is, an arbitrary number of openings 25 are formed at appropriate locations on the relatively high outer peripheral wall 18a of the impregnated piece support 7a.
On the other hand, an opening 27 of a predetermined shape corresponding to the opening 25 is provided at an appropriate location on the outer peripheral wall of the dome-shaped volatilization adjustment lid 26, or an opening with an appropriate opening area is further provided in the ceiling of the volatilization adjustment lid 26. 28 may also be provided. With this configuration, the volatilization adjustment lid 26 is placed on the impregnated piece support 7a, and the opening area is adjusted by rotating, so that the volatilization of the solution absorbed by the impregnated piece can be arbitrarily controlled. It becomes possible to adjust. Further, a fixed amount of volatilization is always performed through the opening 28 in the ceiling of the volatilization adjustment lid 26, and when a larger amount of volatilization is required, such as when the room where volatilization is required is large, volatilization adjustment is performed. Adjustment is possible by rotating the lid 26.

a and the center through-hole of the packing 12a. A thread is provided on the outer periphery of the opening 4a of the container 1, and an inner stopper 30 having a shape capable of accommodating the elastic tube 29 is screwed into the thread. By using such an inner stopper, there is no need for the solution to spill even if the container falls over before use, and the elastic tube can be protected during transportation. In addition, the lower support tube 16
A locking protrusion 31 is provided on the inner surface of the lower end of the container 1, and locking grooves 32 and 33 are provided on the outer surface of the upper and lower ends of the neck 3a of the container 1. By fitting, the container 1 and the impregnated piece support base 7a are joined. In use, after removing the inner plug 30, the impregnated piece support 7a is attached to the container 1 (at this point, the locking protrusion 31 of the lower support tube 16a fits into the locking groove 33).

may be provided. In FIG. 6, liquid return holes 8 are provided at two locations, and in place of the liquid passage hole 10 shown in FIG. By inserting a fiber bundle 39 of a water-absorbent material such as cotton or synthetic fiber into the bottom, the solution permeates and transfers smoothly from the cylindrical chamber 20 to the impregnated piece 17a. Also,
A reinforcing rib 35 is provided at the cylindrical body fitting portion.

In FIG. 8, the lower reservoir part as shown in FIGS. 1 and 5 is not provided, and the entire inner wall of the return liquid hole 8a is sloped, or as shown in the figure, the inner wall of the liquid return hole 8a is sloped, especially from the outside toward the center. It has a gentle slope. This has the advantage that excess solution can be collected more smoothly into the return liquid hole 8a. In addition, since a liquid film is relatively easily formed in the liquid return hole 8a, it is preferable to provide an introduction rib 22 so that the solution can flow down smoothly.

ずれの場合も導入リブは不要である。 In FIG. 9, a plastic rod or the like 36 is attached to the inner surface of the liquid return hole 8, and its lower end is arranged so as to reach the bottom surface of the outer ring 14b of the packing 12b. The solution flows down the rod 36.
In this case, no lead-in rib is required. In FIG. 10, a short plastic tube 37 is fitted into the lower part of the liquid return hole 8 in a curved manner. A portion of the lower end of the tube 37 is cut away in the length direction to provide an opening. This allows the solution to flow down smoothly, and since the opening is provided at the bottom end, there is no need for air to remain in the middle of the tube and prevent the solution from flowing down. 1st
In Figure 1, a fiber bundle 38 made of cotton or glass wool is passed through the liquid return hole 8, the upper end of the fiber bundle 38 is pressed by the impregnated piece 17a, and the lower end is pressed down to the bottom surface of the outer ring 14b of the packing 12b. The fiber bundle 38 is stretched so that the solution flows down along the fiber bundle 38. In both cases of FIG. 10 and FIG. 11, no lead-in rib is required.

When attaching a, 7b to the containers 1, 1a, the packings 12, 12a, 12b are configured to slide inside the protruding openings 4, 4a of the containers 1, 1a to compress the internal space of the containers, The solution is supplied into the cylindrical chamber by simply attaching the impregnated piece support to the container, and then the siphon principle automatically replenishes the solution, absorbs it into the impregnated piece, and volatilizes it from the impregnated piece. In addition to the basic effect of being extremely simple, one or more liquid return holes 8, 8a are provided at the upper part of the packing of the impregnated piece support.
Since this is provided, this constitutes an excess liquid return mechanism, and it is possible to obtain the effect that overflow of the solution to the outside of the system can be prevented, especially in the final stage of volatilization.

In addition, because the siphon principle allows fresh solution to be constantly replenished in the container, it is possible to continuously supply a constant amount of components at all times, and the amount of volatile components decreases over time unlike traditional aromatic volatilization containers. There's no need to worry about it changing.
Furthermore, if the amount of volatilization of the solution is adjusted by rotating the volatilization adjustment lid, there is an advantage that the components can be volatilized efficiently and easily.
