It has a flat, double-bottomed surface for concealment and easy loading of cargo. Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 2a and 2b, some hatchpacks are provided with an upper partition plate 1b that hides the luggage loaded in the luggage space and separates the interior of the vehicle from the luggage space. This upper partition plate 1b
is usually opened and closed in conjunction with the glass hatch 3, making it easy to take luggage in and out. When the glass hatch 1b is closed, the partition plate 1b forms a flat surface on the back of the seat 4, concealing luggage and You can put your belongings on the top.

ある。 In view of the above circumstances, the present invention provides a synthetic resin automobile partition plate that has high bending strength and impact strength, is lightweight, does not damage loaded objects, is inexpensive, and has excellent aesthetics. The gist of this is that the main body is a hollow plate formed by air blowing a synthetic resin parison, and a part of the parison is formed integrally with the top and bottom plates inside the main body, and is provided at the required position. Consists of the required number of reinforcing plates,
The reinforcing plate is a synthetic resin automobile partition plate characterized in that it has a cutout that allows communication between all the insides of the main body, and a synthetic resin parison is inserted into a blow mold and clamped, and the blow mold Using the required number of sliding plates provided at the required positions on one or both sides of the mold, the side walls of the parison are partially crimped so that the inside of the mold-clamped parison is all in communication, and then air blowing is performed. The product is made of synthetic resin, characterized in that, at the same time, the crimped portion is molded into a plate shape, and a required number of reinforcing plates made of part of the parison are formed at required positions inside the main body. This is a method for manufacturing a partition plate for an automobile.

きる特徴を有する。 These reinforcing plates 10 and 11 are formed using a part of the synthetic resin parison when the main body is formed by air blowing, and are shown in the partially cutaway perspective view of FIG. 4 (portion A in FIG. 3). The upper plate 5 and the lower plate 6 are supported at regular intervals to prevent deformation of the plate surfaces, and each of the reinforcing plates 10 and 11 has a cutout that connects the sections formed by these plates. Removal parts 10a and 11a are formed. Further, the reinforcing plates 10 and 11 do not appear on the outer surface of the main body, and no depressions or the like that would reduce the moment of inertia of the area are formed on the surfaces of the upper plate 5 and the lower plate 6. Therefore, in the synthetic resin automobile partition plate of the present invention, the top plate 5 and the bottom plate 6 are firmly fixed by the peripheral side wall 7 and the internal reinforcing plates 10 and 11, so that the plate surface does not change during bending deformation. Since there is no opening phenomenon as seen in the concave ribs, the moment of inertia of area is large in both vertical and horizontal directions, and there is no need to increase the wall thickness, making it possible to reduce weight. have

A molten parison 27 is extruded into the center of the molten parison 27. Next, as shown in FIG. 5b, after closing the blow mold 21 and pinching off the parison 27, the hydraulic means 26
The sliding plates 24 and 25 on both sides are pushed out into the mold, and both walls of the parison 27 are partially sandwiched and crimped. Note that it is also possible to pinch off the parison 27 by closing the blow mold 21 with the sliding plates 24 and 25 pushed out.

Although a depression is created by the external pressure caused by 25, the both side walls come into contact with each other and welded parts 28 and 29 are formed. Once the parison 27 has been crimped, the hydraulic means 26 returns the sliding plates 24 and 25 to a position where their tips are flush with the mold surface, and fixes them so that they do not pull in due to internal pressure. Blow with air. Due to this air blow, the parison 27 expands to its full cavity as shown in FIG.

At the welded parts 28 and 29 after removing the welded parts 25, the side walls around the welded parts 28 and 29 are also stretched in the direction of the mold surface by the air blow, and due to the stretching force,
Welded part 2 is thicker and has a larger heat retention capacity than the side wall part
8 and 29 are pulled in the direction of the mold surface and finally become reinforcing plates 10 and 11. At this time, sliding plate 2
4, a portion close to the sliding plate 25 is missing. Therefore, the part of the welding part 28 close to the welding part 29 is not welded, and since both ends of the sliding plate 25 are missing, both ends of the welding part 29 are not welded, and when air blowing, These unwelded parts serve as air passages, and the mold-clamped parison 27 expands to its full cavity, and the unwelded parts become the missing parts of the reinforcing plate.

Since it can be changed in any way depending on the shape of the main body, it has strong bending strength and light weight even if it is thin, and if necessary, the type of synthetic resin, color, or surface pattern can be freely selected to improve the aesthetic appearance. Since an excellent product can be obtained, it can be suitably used as partition plates in various parts of an automobile.
