Abstract

上材を敷設して使用される。これらの床仕上材としては
カーペットタイルなどが使用されているが、カーペット
タイルは高価であること、清掃が困難でダニの発生など
衛生上好ましくないという欠点がある。したがって、か
かる観点からは合成樹脂系の床タイルの使用が望まれる

ような方法によって製造してもよいが、っぎのような方
法によるのが有利である。すなわち、床タイルの平面形
状と一致する底面と、底面の辺端がら上方に傾斜するテ
ーパ面を有する仕切部とからなる型の底面に床タイルを
好ましくは表面を下にして載置し、床タイルの側端面と
前記テーパ面とで形成された空間に液状の緩衝体用組成
物を充填し、該組成物を硬化せしめると同時に床タイル
と一体化させることにより暖房床用床仕上材を製造する
のが便利である。
