In the conventional pin forming method, as shown in Fig. 3, the entire workpiece C is crushed using a punch d, which is a component of the mold, and a die b, which has a hole, and the hole is filled with the workpiece. , is performing pinning. a is an ejector pin.

However, with the above-mentioned conventional technology, the entire workpiece is crushed, causing work hardening of the workpiece, resulting in wear of the punch and die of the mold during press punching in the subsequent process. In most cases, the life of the mold will be shortened. Furthermore, since the entire workpiece must be crushed, there is a problem in that a very large processing load is required.

The present invention is intended to solve these problems, and its purpose is to provide a pin forming method that does not cause work hardening of the entire workpiece and requires less processing load. .

Part 2 (a) is a plan view of Mandarin Duck, which is a plate part for a watch made according to the present invention, and Part 2 (b) is a side view thereof. The first part shows the pin forming method of the present invention, where C is a workpiece that is a plate part for a watch as shown in Fig. 2, d is a punch, b is a goo, and 1 is inserted into a hole on the goo side. This is the ejector pin. The workpiece is a plastically deformable metal such as steel or brass, and when the punch d protrudes from the bottom of the housing corresponding to the pin p and the die b descends from above the workpiece, it reaches the ejector pin/a of the die b. It is formed by pushing up the pin p.

As explained above, the present invention can almost eliminate work hardening by crushing the necessary parts rather than crushing the entire workpiece, dramatically extending the life of the press cutting die in the subsequent process. Because it requires less stretching and processing load, the conventional two-step pressing process can be completed in one process.
