なつて発生し不良品となる。この表皮材3側に融
着痕を発生しないように超音波融着するには樹脂
基材5の厚味を相当厚いものとするか、樹脂基材
5の厚味のバラツキを極力少なくするか、あるい
はハニカム形状にするか、又は超音波融着条件の
中で例えば超音波発信時間を短かくしたり、パー
を弱くする等の方法しかないが、前者の場合には
樹脂基材5のコスト高となり、また内装トリム1
自体の厚さや重量が増大し、後者の場合にはリテ
ーナ6の結合力が低下して脱落する不具合を有す
る。
