状態で厚さ方向から挾持して一定経路に沿って搬送可能
で、かつ、搬送方向に適宜間隔を隔てた複数箇所夫々に
薄板状体受入部(3)・・を備えた挾持搬送機構(2)
を設けてある薄板状体搬送装置であって、前記挟持搬送
機構(2)を構成するに、薄板状体(a)を搬送方向に
沿った姿勢に位置させる状態で厚さ方向から挾持して前
記受入部(3)・・の並置間隔に相当する距離をもって
搬送可能な搬送ユニット(2A)の複数を、隣接する搬
送ユニット(2A)、(2A)間で薄板状体(a)を受
渡し可能な状態で搬送方向に並設するとともに、前記各
搬送ユニット(2 A)・・夫々の搬送方向中間部に前記受 入部(3)・・を設けてある薄板状体搬送装置。 2、前記各搬送ユニット(2A)が、駆動ベルトとこれ
