Abstract

PURPOSE:To make improvement in designability as well a to uniformize density as a hole by forming a projection pattern on the decorative surface of a hard wall material in having it formed partially. CONSTITUTION:A projection pattern 2 is formed on a decorative surface 1 of a hard wall material A with an optional pattern in an optional range. This projection pattern 2 is made up of foaming only a surface layer of the decorative surface 1, that is, it is formed as the decorative surface 1 becomes protuberant by numerous bubbles inside. In this connection, the bubbles are in a state of an independent bubble structure, or a continuous bubble structure, otherwise both these structures being mixed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Field of Industrial Application) The present invention relates to a hard wall material used for the interior or exterior of buildings, structures, etc. It concerns wall materials.

However, each brick or tile is a small piece, which has the disadvantage of poor workability. Furthermore, since slurry is injected into a mold and removed from the mold after hardening, it is difficult to form an arbitrary uneven pattern on the surface of an ALC board or a PC board. Furthermore, in ceramic siding, after the raw material is extruded, an uneven pattern is added by embossing with an embossing roll or the like, but in this case, the embossing has the disadvantage of causing density unevenness throughout the thickness of the hard wall material. In addition, extrusion has disadvantages such as difficulty in maintaining the shape when adding an uneven pattern to a hollow wall material.

In order to eliminate such defects, the present invention is a hard wall material that has a convex pattern formed by foaming near the surface layer on the decorative surface, and not only improves the design but also has a substantially uniform density as a whole. We are proposing a hard wall material that maintains its properties.

The hard wall material according to the present invention will be explained in detail below using the drawings. FIG. 1 is a partially cutaway perspective view showing a typical example of the above-mentioned hard wall material A.
Extrusion molding, press molding,
It is formed by injection molding, or it is made by weaving various fibers in a cross or three-dimensional shape, impregnating it with cement, clay, etc. and forming it into a panel shape, then steam curing, firing, etc. . On the decorative surface I of this hard wall material, a convex pattern 2 is formed in an arbitrary range and in an arbitrary pattern.

To explain further, the convex pattern 2 is formed by foaming only the surface layer of the decorative surface 1, as shown in the enlarged cross section in FIG. It was formed by In other words, convex pattern 2
The convex pattern 2 is formed when the foaming pressure in the surface layer of the decorative surface 1 is directed toward the outside where there is a large degree of freedom. Therefore, the density of the hard wall material A as a whole is uniform and deformation is prevented. , it can be made into a hard wall material A without cracks. Note that the bubbles 3 are independent closed cells MJ,
HM, open cell structure, or a mixture of both structures.

What has been described above is only one embodiment of the hard wall material according to the present invention, and as shown in FIGS. Alternatively, hollow holes 6 may be provided to reduce the weight. Also, as shown in Fig. 4(a) to fc), a heat insulating material 8 such as a synthetic resin foam, a sheet-like material, a thin metal plate, etc. It is also possible to combine it with the backing material 8 to improve heat insulation and workability. Note that the convex pattern 2 is omitted in FIGS. 3(a) to tsl and FIGS. It is also possible to apply paint or glaze to the surface.

As described above, according to the hard wall material according to the present invention, the convex pattern is formed by foaming only the surface layer of the decorative surface, so the hard wall material has an overall uniform density and is free from deformation and cracking. Furthermore, the design is greatly improved by the convex pattern on the decorative surface. It has the following effects and characteristics.
