[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a cut-up kamaboko with a board that can be eaten immediately after being taken out of the packaging and is extremely convenient to handle, both for instant use and for portable use.

The kamaboko with a board currently on the market has a so-called kamaboko shape in which the wooden board and the kamaboko body are strongly adhered to one another.

Unlike bread, kamaboko is a food that is not suitable for being eaten by tearing it by hand, so it must be cut from the board with a knife or other cutlery before being eaten.
Because it is eaten by cutting it into appropriate thickness,
In the state currently distributed on the market, it is necessary to use a knife or the like when eating, and the convenience of being able to eat immediately cannot be satisfied as desired by consumers.

It is also possible to separate kamaboko with a board from the board, cut it crosswise like thinly sliced ham, and package it, but that method involves removing the board.
It is no longer possible to call it kamabo with a board, and the product value is completely reduced, and the texture is inevitably impaired. In addition, if the product is cut off from the board and cut across, then placed on the board again and packaged, it not only suffers from a decrease in product value as in the case described above, but also becomes separated from the board when the packaging is removed, falling and scattering. There is a risk that it will be dismissed.

In addition, if the kamaboko with a board is simply cut crosswise to the appropriate thickness while still attached to the board, the appearance of the kamaboko with a board can be maintained, but each piece is still attached to the board, so you do not need to use a knife to eat it. The only way to do this is to use a tool to separate it from the board, or force it off by hand.
It cannot be said that it is highly improvised and easy to handle.

The purpose of the present application is to provide a board that substantially maintains the shape of a kamaboko with a board and allows kamaboko of an appropriate thickness suitable for eating to be eaten at any time without the use of a knife or other cutlery. The idea is to provide kamaboko with a side dish.

A kamaboko with a board whose main body is cut across an appropriate thickness suitable for eating, for example, about 5 mm to about 25 mm, and which are in close contact with each other and where the space between the kamaboko main body and the board is located at both ends. This is a cut-out kamaboko with a board, which is formed by cutting off two or more kamaboko pieces, leaving a part of each of the kamaboko pieces, and sticking to each other to maintain the original shape.

Example 1 As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the kamaboko main body 1 of the kamaboko with a plate is cut to an appropriate thickness suitable for eating until reaching the plate 2 to obtain kamaboko pieces 1 1 to 1 o. Divided into n pieces, and then the part attached to the plate 2 of the kamaboko piece 1 located at one end, that is, the thickness that forms part of the part corresponding to the thickness AB.
AC part and kamaboko piece 1 o plate located at the other end 2
2. Place all of the kamaboko pieces 1 to 1 o along the board 2, keeping the original shape as much as possible, leaving a part of the thickness EF which is a part of the part corresponding to the thickness DE attached to the board. The parts C to F are separated from the plate 2, and then a slight force is applied to press the kamaboko pieces 1 1 to 1 o against each other and the plate 2 in close contact with each other to maintain the original shape.

Since the kamaboko main body 1 has a considerable amount of moisture, the kamaboko pieces 1 can be easily separated by pressing each other after cutting.
~1 o Thickness AC and EF that are in close contact with each other and the plate 2, and do not separate from the plate 2 of the kamaboko pieces 1 1 and 1 o at both ends.
Due to the presence of the portion, the kamaboko pieces 1 1 to 1 o can be kept in a state where they are not separated from each other and from the plate 2 during normal handling. Since the product is normally packaged in its entirety when being distributed as a product, its original shape can be sufficiently maintained during handling in the distribution channel.

If either of the kamaboko pieces 1 1 or 1 o at one end is tilted outward, the cut-off part corresponding to the thickness BC or thickness DF provided in advance between the plate 2 acts as a notch, and the cutout part corresponding to the thickness AC or thickness The attached portion to the plate 2 corresponding to EF can be easily cut and separated.
Since the other kamaboko pieces 1 2 to 1 o-1 are simply adhered to by moisture, they can be separated very easily.

Example 2 As in Example 1, as shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the kamaboko main body 1 was cut to an appropriate thickness until it reached the plate 2, and divided into n kamaboko pieces 1 1 to 1 o . After that, leave a part surrounded by the line GG to HH shown in FIG. 6 at the approximate center of the width of the kamaboko main body 1, for example, a part with a width of several mm, and make a kamaboko over all of the kamaboko pieces 1 to 1o . After the main body 1 and the plate 2 are separated, a slight force is applied to bring the kamaboko pieces 1 1 to 1 o into close contact with each other. The portion of the kamaboko main body surrounded by lines GG to HH is in a state of strong adhesion to the plate 2 over each of the kamaboko pieces 1 1 to 1 o , so that the original shape can be easily maintained.

It is sufficient that the width between the GG and HH lines is approximately 1 mm to 3 mm.

When eating, the kamaboko pieces 1 1 and 1 o at both ends are easily separated from the plate 2 by sticking a piece of fried egg or the like into one end of the width and pulling it up due to the notch effect of the part that has already been separated. At that time, it can be separated in the same way even if it is tilted outward.

その他は実施例1と同様である。 The rest is the same as in Example 1.

In addition to the embodiments described above, by changing the position and size of the portion between the kamaboko main body 1 and the plate 2 that remains unseparated, the embodiments and range of application thereof are extremely wide.

As mentioned above, the cut kamaboko with a board according to the invention of the present application has the appearance and form of the original kamaboko with a board, does not lose its value, and does not require a knife etc. to eat normally. You can easily eat the desired cut kamaboko immediately by simply taking it out of the packaging, and it is extremely easy to handle and can be used for both instant and portable purposes, without separating and scattering during normal handling even after taking it out of the packaging. This is a convenient cut-out kamaboko with a board.
