法が一般的である。
Conventional straight-grain pattern artificial wood-grain decorative veneers are produced by simply peeling off the laminated adhesive surface of uniform raw material veneers as shown in Figure 1 to produce straight-grain decorative veneers, or by manufacturing straight-grain decorative veneers as shown in Figure 2. As shown in the figure, the fritsch is obtained by press-bonding the raw material veneers using a template with a slightly curved surface. The adhesive surface of the fritsch is peeled off at a desired angle to make the width of the straight-grained pattern vary or to create a curve. The manufacturing method of veneer is common.

However, according to the method of manufacturing decorative veneers as shown in Figure 1, the thickness of the raw veneers that have been treated with dyeing etc. becomes the straight grain pattern, so by devising the arrangement of the raw veneers, Although it is possible to create a straight-grain pattern that resembles the soft color changes characteristic of natural precious wood, the pattern is straight through, giving it an unnatural appearance. In the manufacturing method of decorative veneer as shown in Figure 2, it is possible to vary the width of the straight-grained pattern and to express the bending characteristic of natural precious wood, but the cross-sectional area of the raw material veneer that appears on the surface of the decorative veneer is Because the width is several times the thickness of the raw material veneers, the boundary surface when combining raw material veneers with different tones due to dyeing etc. becomes too clear, making it difficult to see the gradual and subtle color changes characteristic of natural precious wood. It was hot.

Therefore, in the present invention, as a result of studies to solve the above problems, we found that the straight grain at the ends of the decorative veneer as shown in Figure 3 is straight, and the straight grain pattern in the center is straight, similar to the straight grain pattern decorative veneer of natural precious wood. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for producing artificial wood grain decorative veneer with slightly changed characteristics.

In other words, the method of the present invention provides a method in which there is no or almost no wood grain pattern between a pair of templates having complementary male and female curved concavities and convexities in the longitudinal direction, or between templates where one is flat and the other template is flat and the other has curved convexities and convexities in the longitudinal direction. An inconspicuous veneer is dyed or undyed and used as a raw material veneer, laminated and pressed together using an adhesive to form the first fritches 3, and then bonded again onto the curved uneven surface of the first fritches 3. A sufficient number of raw material veneers are stacked to absorb the curved uneven shape of the primary fritch 3 through an agent, and are bonded by pressure using a pair of flat templates to obtain a rectangular secondary fritch 5. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a straight-grain patterned artificial wood grain decorative veneer, which is characterized by removing the laminated surface of the next fritsch 5.

Here, the complementary relationship between male and female curved unevenness refers to curved unevenness that can fit perfectly, such as the upper and lower curved unevenness when a quadrilateral is bisected by a curve parallel to its sides. A template whose vertical cross section exhibits curved concavities and convexities having such a relationship is defined as a template having complementary male and female curved concavities and convexities.

In addition, the number of veneers that can absorb the curved uneven shape is the one in which when the number of veneers on the uneven surface are overlapped and crimped from above and below, the outermost veneer does not show an uneven shape and becomes flat. Refers to the number of veneers.

1 is a template, which uses a commonly used mold or wooden mold. Template 1
The shape of the curved concave-convex shape is arbitrary depending on the desired straight-grained pattern, but a delicate curved concave-convex shape is preferable because it approximates natural precious wood and prevents poor adhesion of the raw material veneer when creating the second fritsch 5. Raw material veneer 2 is a veneer with a thickness of about 0.3 to 1.0 mm made of South Sea wood such as agathis, lauan, and ramin, or temperate wood such as china or sen, which has no or almost inconspicuous wood grain pattern and is dyed in teak or rose color. or use without dyeing. As the adhesive, synthetic resin adhesives such as urea resin, melamine resin, vinyl acetate emulsion, synthetic rubber latex, and urethane resin, which are room temperature curing wood adhesives, are used as they are, or with the addition of a coloring agent as appropriate.

Then, the curved uneven mold board 1 was removed, and the raw material veneer 2 was again superimposed on the curved uneven surface of the primary fritch 3 via adhesive, as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B. , a flat mold plate 4 is used to press and bond, and a rectangular secondary frit 5 is formed as a whole as shown in FIG.

When manufacturing the secondary flitch 5, it is necessary to absorb the curved uneven shape of the surface of the primary flitch 3 and make the entire rectangular flitch. It is necessary to stack as many raw material veneers 2 as used. Note that the pressing conditions, the adhesive, the amount of application, etc. may be substantially the same as the manufacturing conditions of the first fritch 3.

Next, the laminated surface of the second frit 5 is scraped using a slicer or the like to obtain an artificial wood grain decorative veneer having a thickness of about 0.3 to 0.8 mm as shown in FIG. 3.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to create a bend near the center of the fritchi and reproduce the curvature peculiar to natural precious wood, and since both sides are flat, it is possible to create a bend near the center of the fritchi and to Therefore, the curvature of the straight-grain pattern changes gradually and becomes straight near both sides, so there is no monotony, and at the same time, when the decorative veneers are bonded to a base material such as plywood, the boundaries between the decorative veneers are not noticeable. , it has the effect of maintaining a sense of beauty.
