【考案の詳細な説明】
従来板金加工に於て、パンチ金型を交換するに
は、第1図より第3図に示す如く、金型プレスフ
レーム1の上部に昇降自在に取付けられたシリン
ダー2を設け、シリンダー2の下端にピストン3
を設け、側面コ字型のホルダー4に上端を復元ス
プリング5に支持されたパンチ(オス型)6を下
降せしめて、ホルダー4下辺に固定されたダイ
(メス型)7上に置かれた加工物8を加工し、加
工が終わるとピストン3は上昇せしめられ、パン
チ6はスプリング5によつて上昇し、次の加工に
備えるわけである。この加工は、ピストン3の上
下運動が大きいと時間がかかり、能率が悪く、危
険性も強くなる(間に手が入る。)ので、上下す
る距離は成る可く短かい方がよいのである。第4
図で示したのは加工のために必要な上下動の間隔
9と、パンチ抜き取りに必要な上下動の間隔10
とを示すものであるが、加工後ピストン3は間隔
9の部分だけ上がればよいのである。此所で一番
問題なのは金型の交換である。加工物は多種多様
であるから常に金型を迅速安全に交換しなければ

パンチ6を下げる。この不便をなくすには、ピス
トン3は第3図に示した状態で第2図で示す間隔
9の部分だけ作動させ、中間にピストン3と共に
上下し、しかも簡単に脱着出来るライナー(かい
もの、第4図中の10)を入れればよいことにな

た筒状部15の外側から微調整用捻子部17に向
けて固定金具19が螺入されている。尚第6図の
如くライナー14が筒状部15の上下に鍔部16
および当接部18はあるが、微調整用捻子17が
無い場合もあり、第7図の如くクランクプレスの
場合に用いるためピストン取付部11の中央より
ボス状の突出挿入部が設けられている場合もあ
る。また下方のロツド12′より上方のロツドに
ストツパー20およびボールキヤツチ21が突出
しており、上方のロツド12には凹穴22が穿た

4(鍔部、筒状部、微調整用捻子部およびその下
端の当接部を含む)が下行し、パンチ6を復元ス
プリング5に抗して下降せしめダイ7との間で加
工物8を加工することになる。加工が終つたらシ
リンダー2およびピストン3を9の部分の間隔だ
け上昇せしむると共に、この考案のロツド12′
を上部のロツド12下からピン13により旋回せ
しめてライナー14をピストン3下の位置から外
すとパンチ6は復元スプリング5により上昇し、
ホルダー4より抜き出し、他のパンチ6と取換え
ることが出来る。取換えが終つたらピン13によ
りロツド12′をロツド12の下の方に旋回させ
ピストン3のプレス取付部11の下にライナー1
4が来て、鍔部16がプレス取付部11の下に来
るようにして、筒状部15に螺着してある微調整
用捻子部17の下端当接部18が新しいパンチ6
の上に当るようになり再びシリンダー2を下降せ
