4、[Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for forming a stick-shaped cosmetic product such as a lipstick into a predetermined shape and assembling it into a desired dispenser container. The product is molded into a fixed shape using a metal mold that can be used repeatedly, without using an ogive, which is a synthetic resin mold. The present invention relates to a technique for assembling cosmetics into a dispensing container. [Prior Art] Bar-shaped cosmetics such as lipsticks are assembled into the tray of a dispensing container, and are moved up and down together with the tray by operating the dispensing container for use. Assembling can be roughly divided into two methods: one method involves molding a bar-shaped cosmetic product and assembling the cosmetic product onto a tray at the same time, and the other method involves molding the cosmetic product into a certain shape and then assembling it onto the tray. The former method of assembling cosmetics onto a saucer at the same time as molding involves assembling a consumable synthetic resin ooze, which is a cosmetic mold body, onto a saucer in advance, and adjusting the trend of the combination of this ooze and the saucer. After injecting and filling the cosmetic material in a molten state, the cosmetic material is cooled and hardened, thereby achieving molding of the cosmetic product and assembly into the tray at the same time. On the other hand, the latter method, in which cosmetics are molded into a certain shape and then assembled into a tray, uses a metal mold body to mold the cosmetics into a certain shape by cooling and hardening, and the molded cosmetics are The material is removed from the formwork, or inserted into the tray while still attached to the formwork. Compared to the latter method, the former method allows cosmetics to be molded and assembled onto a tray at the same time, making it easier to handle cosmetics whose surfaces are easily scratched due to their softness. It has the important advantage of being easy to
Currently, most of the former method is used to form bar-shaped cosmetics and assemble them into dispensing containers. [Problem to be solved by the invention] It is true that the former method has an advantage over the latter method in that molded cosmetics can be handled safely, but the method uses Ogebe, which is a consumable item. As a result, the unit price of cosmetics becomes higher due to the cost required for oozing, and when molding cosmetics by cooling and hardening, contradictory heat control such as cooling → reheating → cooling is required to obtain a good hardening form. However, since cosmetic materials are currently being used in combination with synthetic resin ovens and saucers, this controlled heat from the outside is blocked by the synthetic resin product parts with poor heat transfer coefficients, resulting in reduced efficiency. The heat transfer was not good, and as a result, the molding of cosmetics itself required a long heat control time. This means that when manufacturing one cosmetic product,
This means that it requires a long time, a large amount of heat energy, and a large-scale molding equipment, which has been a major obstacle to reducing the price of bar-shaped cosmetics. Therefore, the present invention has been devised to solve the above-mentioned problems in the prior art. By combining methods to achieve the above, it is possible to mold bar-shaped cosmetics with high thermal efficiency, and 1. to easily and safely assemble the molded cosmetics into a saucer. [Means for Solving the Problems] The means of the molding and assembly method according to the present invention that achieves the above objects are as follows: ° A mold made of thin metal plate in the shape of a cylinder with a bottom, which forms the mold surface of the main body portion of a bar-shaped cosmetic product. The main body of the cosmetic product extends upward from the upper opening of the body. The cosmetic product is assembled by protruding the parts as one body, molding the cosmetic product by cooling and curing, and then assembling the cosmetic product by rolling it out onto the part. With the trays of the containers aligned with each other, the dispensed container was assembled on the upper end of the form body, and the cosmetics were assembled by fitting the parts into the tray; The purpose of this process is to extract the cosmetics from the formwork and to remove the feeding container from the upper end of the formwork. To assemble the cosmetics that have been molded into a certain shape, fit the parts into the tray. The feeding container is assembled in a fixed position on the part, and the assembly is immovably attached to the formwork by feeding out the saucer from within the holding container and utilizing the movement of feeding out the saucer itself. Similarly, in order to remove the cosmetics assembled on the tray from the mold body, the tray is inserted into the container, which is immovably held in position with the upper end of the mold body. It is preferable to achieve this by operation.Furthermore, the means of the apparatus for forming and assembling according to the present invention has a form body made of a thin metal plate and having a bottomed cylindrical shape that forms the mold surface of the main body portion of the bar-shaped cosmetic product. , is detachably assembled into the upper opening of the mold body, and the mold surface of the main body part of the cosmetic formed by the mold body is extended upward as it is, and the assembly of the cosmetic is done by touching the mold surface of the part. After the molding holder has been removed, the cosmetics that protrude upward from the molding body can be attached to the upper end of the molding body in a removable manner. The method of assembling the dispensed container by immovably fitting it in the achieved state is to have a holder. To assemble a short cylindrical shape to the upper end via an outer flange piece, it is desirable to connect the cylindrical tube upright, and to construct this assembly by arranging an outer flange-like mounting flange from the upper end of the cylindrical tube. The molding holder is assembled into the upper end opening of the mold cylinder of the frame body, and the mold surface formed by the mold cylinder is extended upward as it is, and the assembly of the cosmetic is only partially carried out. An outer flange-like support flange is connected to the upper end of the short cylindrical mold piece that forms the mold surface of the mold, and the outer peripheral surface is attached to the inner periphery of the cylinder. It is preferable to have a configuration in which a presser body made of an elastic material in the shape of a short cylinder is fitted and assembled to make elastic contact with the surface.
Similarly, when assembling the holder, when assembling the formwork body, the holder is inserted into the cylinder without rattling, and the tip of the feeding container is positioned with respect to the mold face cylinder of the formwork body. At the lower end of the inner circumferential surface of the fitting tube to be assembled, an inner flange whose inner diameter is larger than the outer diameter of the saucer, but on which the distal end surface of the assembled feeding container locks, is provided, and at the outer circumferential surface of the fitting tube. When assembling the frame body of this fitting cylinder, it is preferable that an outer flange in the form of an outer flange is provided around the periphery to regulate and set the position of assembling into the cylinder. [Function] According to the method for molding and assembling the bar-shaped cosmetic product in the present invention, 1
In the assembly for assembling the bar-shaped cosmetic to the saucer, the part is molded integrally with the main body part, which is the main part of the cosmetic, and in this assembly, the part is positioned to protrude upward from the upper end opening of the mold body. Therefore, the assembly of the saucer to the part that protrudes upward from the formwork becomes easier to perform. The parts protruding upward from the formwork can be assembled into the tray by assembling the feeding container to the upper end of the formwork after the tray has been positioned relative to the part. Therefore, by assembling the dispensing container to the mold body, the positioning of the tray with respect to the part can be achieved accurately when assembling the cosmetic product, and the assembly of the cosmetic product involves fitting the part into the tray. This can be accomplished accurately and easily by assembling the feeding container onto the upper end of the formwork from above, or by feeding out the saucer from within the feeding container assembled to the upper end of the formwork. . In this case, in order to assemble the feeding container to the upper end of the formwork while the posture of the feeding container is regulated to a certain level, a dedicated posture regulating function part is required. Advantageously, the assembly is carried out by manipulating the dispensing container held in a fixed position to unwind the tray, and by means of this unrolling operation, the part of the cosmetic product is fitted into the receptacle. The cosmetic product that has been molded into a certain shape by the mold body is removed from the mold body by using the assembly of the cosmetic product into the feeding container. That is, in the assembly, the main body part of the cosmetic product is pulled out of the formwork using the force of fitting the part into the receiving tray, and the force of removing the container from the formwork or the force of drawing the container into the formwork. It is. In this case, pulling out the main body of the cosmetic product from the mold by using the operation of feeding the saucer into the feeding container is difficult because the vertical movement of the saucer is precisely regulated by the feeding container body. This can be achieved better and more easily. Furthermore, in the apparatus for molding and assembling bar-shaped cosmetics according to the present invention, a molding holder, which is a separate object from this molding body, is assembled to the upper end opening of the molding body for molding the main body of the cosmetic. Since the assembly part is molded integrally with the main body part,
By separating the molding holder from the mold body, the cosmetic can be assembled with the part protruding upward from the mold body. For assembly, the holder is separate from the molded holder.
In addition, since the molding holder is assembled to the upper end portion of the mold body from which it has been removed, the cosmetics that protrude upward from the mold body can be installed in a position opposite to the part, which allows for easy assembly. This assembly of cosmetics ensures that the receiving tray of the dispensing container to be dispensed is positioned in the part reliably and accurately. Since the formwork body has a structure in which an assembly cylinder is integrally provided at the upper end of the mold face cylinder, the molding holder and the assembly holder that can be detachably assembled to this formwork body are The cylinder is assembled as an assembly part and a positioning part. When assembling the forming holder with respect to the formwork body, the cylinder is used as a reference part for positioning, and when assembling the mold cylinder piece, the positioning is achieved, and the support flange is aligned with the formwork body. By placing the molding holder on the mounting flange of the mold body and making elastic contact with the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder during assembly, the assembled posture of the molding holder with respect to the mold body is maintained immovably. Similarly, assembly to the formwork body with the holder positioned is achieved by fitting the fitting cylinder into the cylinder without rattling; Since the inner diameter of the container is set in advance to match the diameter of the tip of the container, its assembly is done by fitting the container into the cylinder and adjusting the position of the tray of the container with respect to the formwork. The ejecting, ie the assembly of the cosmetics which protrude upwards from the formwork body, results in positioning of the parts. Further, since the mold body is entirely formed of a thin metal plate with excellent thermal conductivity, heat acting from the outside can be efficiently transferred to the cosmetic material filled in a molten state. In addition, regarding the external heat effect on this cosmetic material, a presser body made of an elastic material with poor thermal conductivity is attached to the molded holder, and the assembly part is less affected by the external heat effect than the main body part of the cosmetic product. Because the force is weak, the cooling and hardening of the parts during assembly will be delayed compared to the main body of the cosmetics. This means that it can be molded in an extremely good condition and form. [Example] An example of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The form body 1 has an outer flange piece 3 in the shape of a ring plate connected to the outer periphery of the upper end opening of the mold face cylinder 2, which has a cylindrical shape with a bottom that bulges out in the shape of a hemispherical shell. To assemble the cosmetic product A that is to be molded from the upper periphery of the piece 3, the cylinder 4 is installed in a short cylindrical shape with a height slightly larger than the part a. A mounting flange 5 having a planar shape of a regular square plate is arranged in series in a flange-like manner. At the upper end of the inner circumferential surface of the mold surface tube 2 of the mold body 1, that is, at the upper end opening, a stepped portion 2' for attaching the molding holder 6&ll is formed. This makes the posture more stable. The molding holder 6 has a support flange 8 having a disk-like planar shape connected to the upper end of a mold cylinder piece 7 having a cylindrical shape having the same inner diameter as the mold face cylinder 2. A locking cylindrical piece 7' that engages with the stepped portion 2' of the form body 1 is hung from the lower end of the inner circumferential surface of the mold body 1. The assembly of the molding holder 6 to the mold body l is achieved and maintained by placing the support flange 8 on the mounting flange 5, and the assembly of the presser body 9 is achieved and maintained by elastic contact with the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder 4. However, due to the engagement of the locking cylinder piece 7' with the stepped portion 2', assembly of the mold cylinder piece 7 to the mold face cylinder 2 in a more accurately positioned state is achieved and maintained. Note that the presser body 9 is assembled by elastic contact with the cylinder 4 when the combination of the mold body 1 and molding holder 6 is moving.
It acts to prevent the assembled posture of the molding holder 6 relative to the mold body l from shifting due to externally applied vibrations. The fitting tube 12 of the assembly holder 11 has a cylindrical shape with an outer diameter equal to the inner diameter of the tube 4 and an inner diameter equal to the outer diameter of the distal end of the dispensing container 16 to be assembled. At the upper end of the circumferential surface, there is a container 16 for feeding into the fitting cylinder 12.
A guide surface 15 is formed in the shape of a tapered surface that expands upward in order to achieve smooth insertion and assembly. Outer flange 1 provided in the middle of the outer periphery (17) of the fitting tube 12
3 has a disk-shaped planar shape, and its circumferential height position is such that the fitting tube 12 is fitted into the tube 4 at the end position, and the fitting tube 12 is at the limit position when the fitting tube 12 is assembled into the tube 4. Inner flange 14 provided around the lower end of the circumferential surface
is set at a position slightly above the upper surface of the outer flange piece 3. This is done by making the tray 17 sufficiently protrude from the main body of the dispensing container 16 assembled to the holder 11, so that the assembly of the cosmetic A to the tray 17 can be made stronger than the assembly of the part a''. Next, an example of the operation for molding the cosmetic A using the mold body 1, molding holder 6, and assembling the cosmetic product A using the holder 11 and assembling it into the feeding container 16 is shown in FIG. A large number of formwork bodies 1 are attached to an endless chain at regular intervals, and each formwork body 1 is moved by a distance equal to the mutual spacing, so that a predetermined cosmetic molding and assembly is carried out along the line. The molding holder 6 is disposed so as to be moved intermittently along the movement line of the molding body l. The device IO is positioned while moving each molding holder 6 intermittently by the same distance and tamping as the molding body l, and is assembled to this molding holder holding device 10 facing across the movement line of the molding body 1. The holder holding device 18 is used to assemble the holder 11 to the formwork body 1 and remove it from the formwork body 1, and each assembly is carried out by moving the holder 11 intermittently at the same distance and timing as the formwork body 1. When the empty mold body 1 stops at point P, the mold holder 6 is assembled to the empty mold body l from the mold holder holding device 10, and cosmetic molding and assembly are carried out intermittently along the line. move,
The cosmetic product A returns to point Q in a state where it has been molded into a certain shape (see FIG. 1(a)). When the mold body 1 holding the molded cosmetic A stops at point Q, the mold holder 6 is removed from the mold body I and stored in the mold holder holding device 10, and the mold body 1 is moved as shown in FIG. b)
The state is as shown. When the mold body 1 from which the molding holder 6 has been removed moves and stops at the next stop position, point R, the assembly holder 11 is supplied from the holder holding device 18 to the mold body 1. The holder 11 is assembled as shown in FIG. 1(c). As for the assembly, when the form body l with the holder 11 assembled stops at 8 points, the container 16 that has been assembled on the form body 1 is fed out to the holder 11, and the container 16 is moved as shown in FIG. 1(d). It is inserted and assembled into. When the formwork l with the feeding container 16 assembled stops at point T, which is the next stop position, the feeding container 16 is operated by an appropriate twisting means 19, and the saucer 17 is fed out from within the main body portion of the feeding container 16. 1st
As shown in Fig. (e), the cosmetic product A is assembled by fitting part a' into the tray 17, and then operating the feeding container 16 in the opposite direction to move the tray 17 into the container 16 body. By inserting the main body part a of the cosmetic A into the mold face tube 2 of the mold body 1 while still being assembled in the saucer 17.
Pull it out from within. Next, when the form body l stops at the U point, the assembly is carried out on the holder I.
The dispensing container 16, which is assembled and held at I, is pulled out from the assembly holder 11 and carried out to a set location by an appropriate carrying-out means (not shown) (as shown in FIG. 1(f)). When the form body 1 that has been removed from the holder 11 stops at point V, which is the next stop position, the holder 11 is removed from the form body 1, and the holder 11 is removed. Since the assembly is returned to the holder holding device 18, the mold body 1 becomes completely empty as shown in FIG. Assembly requires repeated operations. [Effects of the Invention] Since the present invention has the above-described configuration, it exhibits the following effects. Since the mold body for molding the main body of the cosmetic product is made of a thin metal plate with good thermal conductivity, it is possible to effectively apply heat from the outside to the cosmetic material filled in the mold body. It is possible to save the thermal energy required for molding cosmetics, shorten the working time until the completion of cosmetic molding, and furthermore, the mold body can be used repeatedly, making cosmetic molding possible. Because we don't use Ogebe as a consumable item,
Cosmetics can be manufactured at a lower cost, and equipment costs for molding and assembling cosmetics can be reduced. When assembling the molded cosmetic, the part protrudes upward from the upper end opening of the mold body, so the assembly of the part into the receiving tray of the dispensing container can be accomplished easily and effortlessly. . When assembling cosmetics, the parts are molded using a molding holder that is separate from the mold body, so when assembling the molded cosmetics, the parts can be placed in an unreasonable position (they can be placed in a position that protrudes from the mold body, and Since this molding holder can be molded from a material with lower thermal conductivity than the mold body, cosmetics can be molded in extremely good condition. Attachment is achieved by positioning the feeding container with respect to the part, and dedicated assembly is achieved by the holder, so that the assembly can achieve the positioning of the receiving tray with respect to the part accurately and simply. Fitting and assembly into the saucer can be achieved reliably and easily. 4.
