Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance the heating efficiency and improve easy-to-handle property at putting in and taking out the food by furnishing a means to light up a lamp with low illuminance at the time of heating, and providing a means to light up the same with high illuminance while the door to the heating chamber is opened. CONSTITUTION:When the door to a heating chamber is opened, a control part 30 senses the door opening through deactuation of a monitoring door switch 22c and actuates relays 33, 34. Actuation of these relays 33, 34 turns on contacts 33a, 34a to light up lamps 11, 12, and inside the heating chamber is illuminated with high illuminance. When food is placed and the door shut, the control part 30 deactuates the relays 33, 34 to put off the lamps 11, 12, and when heating is commenced from an operational part 35, the relay 33 is actuated to light up only the lamp 11 to illuminate inside the chamber with low illuminance. Thus easy-to-handle property at putting in and taking out the food is enhanced while high heating efficiency is kept.
