Particularly when the frame is temporarily attached to the upper mold, the weight increases and the mold clamping process takes time.

Foaming failures such as pooling and underfilling were likely to occur at the farthest point from the injection position on the periphery.

。As a countermeasure for this, it has been considered to receive the resin injection head at multiple locations, but in this case, the configuration would be complicated, and furthermore, it would be necessary to mix the foamable resin stock solution and then branch it and supply it to the injection head. was difficult due to factors such as viscosity.

In a method for molding a frame-integrated foam pad, in which a foamed synthetic resin stock solution is injected through a resin injection head provided in an upper mold and the foam is foam-molded integrally with the frame, the surface of the frame facing the resin injection head; A diffusion plate was previously provided in the mold, and the resin stock solution injected into the interior through the injection head hit the diffusion plate and was dispersed and injected into each part of the mold from the periphery of the diffusion plate.

Further, since the diffusion plate is embedded inside the foamed resin, it is possible to strengthen the integral bond with the foamed resin.

When the stock solution is injected into the mold, the stock solution discharged from the injection head 4 falls onto the diffusion plate 6 as shown in FIG. 3, and a part of it is supplied to the lower part of the diffusion plate 6 through the through hole 6a. At the same time, the others are dropped from the periphery of the diffusion plate 6 in a dispersed state.

The problem is that the impregnation is concentrated in one place, and impregnation is particularly easy to proceed in the concentrated area. This problem is fully solved by the present invention, and it is possible to sufficiently prevent the degree of impregnation from increasing locally.
