制動力の減少、ベーパーロツクの発生、ロータの
変形等の不具合を生ずる。

能を向上させて、前記不具合を除去し得るデイス
クブレーキ用バツフルプレートの提供を目的とし

し、ロータ10と両パツド22,23との摺動摩
擦部への通風を図るようにするとよい。かくし
て、バツフルプレート16自体では、ルーバ部材
17からのみ通風が図られ、他には通風口(開
口、ダクト等)を有しない。

ヤに巻き込まれて後方より飛散するので、これ等
の飛散物の侵入を防止する上で、ルーバ部材17
の各通孔17bを車幅方向内側に突出させかつ前
進方向に向けるのが効果的である。又ルーバ部材
17の各通孔17bの幅は、異物の侵入防止の観
点からは通風性を損なわない範囲で適当に狭い方
がよく、又第4図に示すように各仕切板17a間
に異物の侵入防止材17dを補強を兼ねて格子状
に付設することができる。

ツフルプレート自体では、該ルーバ部材の通孔か
らのみ通風するようにしたので、下記の効果が得
られる。
