【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、自動車用または室内用等として使用

近年、軽量化または経済性の観点から、自動車
の天井に段ボールを基材とした天井板が使用され
るようになつている。しかし、このような段ボー
ル製の天井板を形成するには、段ボール基材を自
動車の屋根フレームの形状等に合わせて所望の形
状に屈曲形成しなければならず、たとえば熱プレ
ス成形型、トリムピアス型のプレス機などのかな
り大規模な設備を必要とし、コスト的に問題とな
るもので、何らかの対策を講じることが望まれて

形加工が簡単かつ確実に行なえ、製造コストを大
幅に低減でき、更に強度的にも十分で、しかも被
取付部側への装着も簡単かつ確実に行なえる段ボ
ール製内装材を提供するもので、以下図面を参照
して詳述するところにより明らかとなるであろ

記段ボール基材1内に適宜挿通されたワイヤ、鉄
線、あるいはパイプ材からなる心材で、ライナ紙
3,4間で中心紙5の波の長さ方向、あるいは波
を横切るようにして挿通されている。そして複数
本の心材6のうち段ボール基材1の前端部及び後
端部に挿通される心材6が段ボール基材の屈曲縁
部にて幅方向に延びる部分と、屈曲縁部より中央
部方向への前後方向に延びる部分とに屈折形成さ
れている。この場合、心材6を中心紙5の波を横
切つて挿通させる際には、第4図に示すように、
中心紙5の一部を予め切欠しておくとよい。ま
た、図中7は上部ライナ紙3の所定個所に穿設さ
れた取付孔で、この取付孔7を横切る方向に前記
心材6が挿通される。そして、この取付孔7を介
して心材6に設けられた取付具(図示せず)によ
りこの成形天井を自動車の屋根側に固定するよう

この場合その側縁部4個所に設けられる屈曲縁部
8の両側にそれぞれ切り込み部9を形成してい

曲縁部8を簡単に屈曲させることができ、しかも
その両側に合わされる隣りの屈曲縁部8との接合

とにより段ボール基材1内に挿通された心材6も
共に屈曲縁部8で屈曲されることになり、これに
より成形天井全体が所望の形状にてその状態を保

るようにしたので、その成形加工が簡単かつ確実
に行なえ、従来のように大規模な設備を用いて段
ボール基材を強制的に屈曲させるといつたことが
不要となり、しかもその成形サイクルが大幅に省
略化され、また被取付部側への装着も簡単かつ確
実に行なえ、製造コストが大幅に低減される等、

される段ボール製内装材において前記内装材の
屈曲縁部の両側に切り込みを入れた状態で段ボ
ール原反を裁断するとともに、この裁断された
段ボール基材内に複数本の心材が適宜挿通さ
れ、該心材のうち段ボール基材の前端部または
後端部に挿通される心材が段ボール基材の屈曲
縁部にて幅方向に延びる部分と、屈曲縁部より
中央部方向への前後方向に延びる部分とに屈折
形成され、かつこれら段ボール基材および心材
が屈曲縁部にて押圧されて屈曲形成されている
ことを特徴とする段ボール製内装材。 (2) 前記段ボール基材は上下部ライナ紙と該上下
部ライナ紙間に設けられた波形中心紙とからな
り、前記上部ライナ紙に取付孔が形成され、該
取付孔を横切つて心材が挿通されていることを
