気的に書込みされた駐車券が発行されるが、受付
で発行された駐車券を発行機から抜取つた後、車
輌を入庫させずに逆戻りしてこの駐車券を不正に
持ち去り、その駐車券で既に駐車していた駐車場
内の他の車を出場させ、実際の駐車時間より短い
駐車時間の駐車料金で出庫するという駐車券の不
正使用が行なわれる場合があつた。

け取つた場合にのみ行なわれ、車輌を正式に入庫
させた場合にはその登録を順次抹消してしまうの
で、従つて、秘密番号用のレジスタを小型化して
回路構成を簡略化することが可能であるから、装
置全体を簡単に且つ安価に製造できる利点があ
る。

【特許請求の範囲】 1 駐車場の入庫口の外側に設けた車輌検知器か
らの検知信号に応じて入庫時刻を記録した駐車券
を自動発行する駐車券発行機と、発行された駐車
券を発行口から抜き取ると開放されて車輌の入庫
を可能にする入口ゲートと、駐車場の出庫口に設
けられ、且つ、上記の駐車券を差込むと記録され
ている入庫時刻に基づいて駐車料金を自動的に算
出する自動料金精算機と、この算出された駐車料
金を支払うと開放されて車輌の出庫を可能にする
出口ゲートとを備えた駐車場管理装置に於いて、 上記の駐車券発行機に、発行する駐車券に対し
て入庫時刻と一緒に秘密番号を記録する記録手段
を設け、 上記の自動料金精算機には、駐車券の発行時に
上記の秘密番号を入庫時刻と一緒に登録する一
方、入庫口の内側に設けた車輌検知器が入庫車輌
の通過を検知すると、上記秘密番号の記録を抹消
する出庫条件登録手段と、自動料金精算機に差込
まれた駐車券の記録内容と上記出庫条件登録手段
の登録内容とを比較して、出庫条件登録手段の登
録内容に秘密番号が残つている場合に、自動料金
精算機による駐車料金の精算を停止するチエツク
手段とを設けたことを特徴とする駐車場管理装
置。 2 前記出庫条件登録手段は、前記自動料金精算
機に設けられた演算処理部のレジスタであること
を特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項記載の駐車場
管理装置。 3 前記チエツク手段によるチエツクは、前記自
動料金精算機に設けられた演算処理部のROMに
格納されているチエツクプログラムの実行によつ
て行なわれることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第
1項もしくは第2項記載の駐車場管理装置。
