置のポーリングコードの送出時間が異なることに
より生ずるずれを見込んだ待時間(100ms程度))
他系の親局のポーリングが行なわれるかを分岐装
置で待ち、前記他系の親局がポーリングをしない

No.のポーリングを優先すれば同一の効果が生じ
る。本発明は親局システムが独立し互いに影響し
ないため、システムを拡張し二重化する場合など
に利用できる。
