本発明は、ハム、ソーセージ等の原料に使用さ
れる豚等の動物小腸を、自動的に連続して切開・

(従来技術)
従来、この種の動物小腸切開処理装置として

の案内杆を設け、その上部に切開刃挟持台を連接
固着して、挟持台にはカミソリ状の切開刃を挟持
し、前記案内杆の両側方に動物小腸を挟持して後

しかし、従来技術に示されるような切開処理装
置においては、本来、動物小腸が渦巻状に形成さ
れた腸管部分と各腸管の間を連結している薄膜状
の油脂部分とからなつているにもかかわらず、腸
管部分の切開しか行うことができないという欠点
がある。このため、従来の小腸切開作業において
は、一旦小腸を切開した後、この腸管部分を連結
している薄膜状の油脂部分については、あらため
て手作業によりナイフ等で一つ一つ切り離してい

(発明の構成)

と同時に自動的に油脂の切取りもできるようにし

第1図、第2図、第3図に示すように、装置本
体1の下部には水槽2が設けられ、この水槽2に
臨んで切開処理部3が設けられている。この切開
処理部3は、切開する動物小腸の腸管に挿入され
る案内杆4と、該案内杆4の上部に位置し腸管を
切開する切開刃5と、案内杆4の両側方に設けら
れ、動物小腸を挟持して後方へ移送する回転移送
体であるエンドレスのベルト12,12と、腸管
に付着する薄膜状の油脂を切除する回転刃9とか
らなつている。案内杆4は先端部4aが鉤子状に
形成され、本体1の後部まで本体1を貫いて設け
られると共に、その内部は鉤子状の先端部4aか
ら水が流出できるようパイプ状になつている。該
案内杆4の上部には、駆動装置であるモーター1
5により駆動軸10を介して垂直方向に回転する
円盤状の切開刃5が設けられている。この切開刃
5の直下に位置する案内杆4の部分には第5図に
示すように切欠溝11が設けられている。また、
この案内杆4の両側方にはこの案内杆4に沿つて
移送用のエンドレスのベルト12,12が配置さ
れ、該ベルト12は案内杆4の先端部4aと後端
部4b付近に各々設けられた円筒回転体8a,8
bによつて回転するようにされている。尚、この
回転体8a,8bは本体1の上部に設けられたモ
ーター15から駆動軸8c,8cを介して回転す
るようにされている。案内杆4の下方には、腸管
に付着する油脂を案内するガイド板13が設けら
れ、鉤子状に形成された案内杆4の先端部4aの
直下の部分は切欠溝13aとされている。このガ
イド板13と前記エンドレスベルト12,12と
の間には、ガイド板13と平行に水平方向に回転
する回転刃9が設けられ、本体上部のモーター1
5から回転軸9aを介して水平方向に回転可能に

ていたものを均一することができ、高品質の製品
を生産することができるというすぐれた効果を有
