[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to an oil separation and removal tank that is buried underground and separates and removes floating substances such as garbage and oil that are discharged together with water.

Conventional oil separation and removal tanks have a problem in that it is difficult to clean the inside of the tank because the partition plate is fixed to the tank body. As a means to solve this problem,
For example, as shown in FIG.
4, 104, the opposing angle member 10
A plurality of sets of 0,100 are fixed to form a groove 101,
It is conceivable to have a structure in which the partition plate 102 is inserted into the groove 101 in a detachable manner, but in such a structure, the groove 101 should be made slightly larger in size to make it easier to insert the partition plate 102. This creates a new problem in that gaps are created and oil escapes downstream.

この新たな問題を解決する手段としては、例え

As a means to solve this new problem, for example, as shown in FIG. 7, elastic side pieces 103, 103 that expand outward are provided at both ends of the partition plate 102,
The elastic side pieces 103, 103 are attached to both side walls 10 of the tank body.
4, 104, but in that case, the conventional both side walls 10 of the tank body
4, 104 is inclined so that the opening area of the tank body becomes smaller as it approaches the bottom wall, so the partition plate 102 is also inclined accordingly.
It needs to be an inverted trapezoidal plate as shown in the figure. Therefore, this partition plate 102 is inserted into the groove 101, and the elastic side pieces 103, 103 are attached to the side walls 104, 10 of the tank body.
4, the reaction force F is decomposed into a vertical component f and a horizontal component g, as shown in FIG. 9, and this vertical component f makes it easier for the partition plate 102 to float upward. Therefore, even when subjected to slight vibration, the partition plate 10
2 may float up and create a gap between it and the bottom wall.

The present invention was developed in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to make it easy to remove and attach the partition plate, and to easily clean the inside of the tank body.
To provide an oil separation and removal tank which does not create a gap between the partition plate and the side wall of the tank main body for oil etc. to escape, and also eliminates the risk of the partition plate floating up.

That is, in order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes a plurality of partition plates inside a tank body whose side walls are inclined so that the opening area becomes smaller as it approaches the bottom wall, and at least one of the partition plates is The removable oil separation and removal tank is provided with elastic side pieces that expand outward on both ends of the removable partition plate, and the partition plate is attached to both side walls of the tank body. The gist of the present invention is that the partition plate mounting portion is formed on a substantially vertical wall portion, and the elastic side pieces of the partition plate are in elastic contact with the inner surface of the vertical wall portion.

Thus, the partition plate 2b is inserted from above along the left edges 142, 142 of the front and rear vertical wall parts 14, 14, and the elastic side pieces 24b, 24b of the partition plate 2b are inserted into the vertical wall parts 14, 14. 14, and the bottom piece 25b of the partition plate is in elastic contact with the inner surface of the bottom wall 1.
It is attached in a state where it is in contact with 1. A filtration contact material 4 having a handle 41 extending upward is inserted between the swash plate portion 22b of the partition plate 2b and the swash plate portion 22c of the partition plate 2c on the right side thereof.

In addition, in this embodiment, the left and right widths of the vertical walls 14, 14 are set considerably large, and the central partition plate 2
Not only the elastic side pieces 24b, 24b of b, but also both ends of the right partition plate 2c and both ends of the filtration contact material 4 are configured to be fixed to or in contact with the inner surfaces of the vertical walls 14, 14. , this vertical wall part 1
The left and right widths of 4 and 14 are at least as large as the center partition plate 2.
It is sufficient to have only the width of the elastic side pieces 24b, 24b of b. Further, in this embodiment, only the central partition plate 2b is made detachable, but depending on the case, the left and right partition plates 2a and 2c may be made detachable as well.

The oil separation and removal tank of the present invention as described above is buried in the soil with a lid (not shown), and a water conduit pipe and a drain pipe are connected to the connection ports 131 and 132 on the left and right side walls 13 and 13 of the tank body 1. and used. However, the third
As shown in the figure, solid matter is removed from the wastewater introduced from the connection port 131 of the left side wall 13 as it passes through the basket 3, and the gap between the left side partition plate 2a and the bottom wall 11 of the tank body is filled. pass through and surface. The floating wastewater passes through the water inlet 26b of the central partition plate 2b and descends again, but most of the oil contained in the wastewater does not descend and floats on the water surface. In this way, when the wastewater from which most of the oil content has been removed further passes through the filtration contact material 4, the remaining oil content mixed in is adsorbed and removed by the contact material 4 and becomes purified water, which is shown on the right side. The water floats up through the gap between the partition plate 2c and the bottom wall 11, passes through the elbow 133, and is drained from the connection port 132. In this case, each partition plate 2a, 2b, 2
c is about 60 degrees as in this embodiment, the swash plate portion 22a,
If the partition plate is formed into a bent partition plate having 22b and 22c, the oil removal efficiency will be extremely high.

Next, when cleaning the inside of the tank body 1,
Remove the lid (not shown), pull out the basket 3, remove the solid matter inside the basket, and then put it back on. At the same time, pull out the filtration contact material 4 by holding the handle 41 and move the central partition plate 2b to its L.
Holding the top edge of the shape, pull it out and remove the left and right partition plates 2a, 2.
Insert a ladle etc. between the tank c and scoop up and remove the oil floating on the water surface and the dirt accumulated at the bottom of the tank body.
When the cleaning is finished, the central partition plate 2b is replaced with the left edge 142 of the vertical wall portions 14, 14,
142, the elastic side pieces 24b, 24b of the partition plate 2b are brought into elastic contact with the inner surfaces of the vertical walls 14, 14, and the filtration contact material 4 is inserted into the swash plate of the partition plates 2b, 2c. It is inserted between the parts 22b and 22c.

In this way, when the elastic side pieces 24b, 24b are brought into elastic contact with the inner surfaces of the vertical wall portions 14, 14, the vertical wall portion 1
4, 14 and the elastic side pieces 24b, 24b. However, since the other party that comes into elastic contact is a vertical wall, the reaction force is not divided in the vertical direction as in the conventional example, and therefore the partition plate 2
Since b does not move upward even when subjected to vibration, no gap is created between it and the bottom wall 11 of the tank body 1. Therefore, the disadvantage that oil leaks downstream from the filter contact material 4 is satisfactorily eliminated.

As can be understood from the above explanation, in the oil separation and removal tank of the present invention, at least one of the plurality of partition plates is removable, so if this removable partition plate is removed, floating oil can be removed by inserting a ladle etc. The elastic side pieces of the partition plate are configured to come into elastic contact with the vertical walls on both sides of the tank body, so that the elastic side pieces and the vertical walls can be easily removed. There is no risk of creating a gap between the partition plate or the bottom wall due to the rise of the partition plate, and therefore the separated oil can be stored in the tank without escaping. It has a great effect.
