<Prior art> As is well known, printed plywood, veneer plywood, rock wool board, gypsum board, and other decorative decorative boards are used to decorate the interior walls of houses, and their construction is done by applying adhesives to the edges or edges. Adhesive fixation is the mainstream. Adhesives usually have low initial adhesive strength and must be kept in a pressed state for a certain period of time after being pasted. To do this, thin nails (needle nails) are driven into the adhesive to temporarily hold it in place, and then pulled out after the adhesive is completed to finish the adhesive. Construction method is common. The temporary fixing nail used in the conventional temporary fixing method used to be temporarily fixed by placing the cut end of the veneer on the decorative plywood and driving a thin nail from above, but recently it has been done by placing the cut end of the veneer on the decorative plywood and driving a thin nail from above. So-called temporary pegs, in which soft synthetic resin chips were held in place, became widely used, and the adhesive construction of decorative plywood was dramatically improved. This construction method was filed by the present inventor in 1972 and was patented as Patent No. 870627.

<Problems to be solved by the invention> Since then, the technology of temporary nailing has progressed from manual hammering to machine hammering, but since the elastic material is relatively large, the installation of consecutive nails is also special. Above all, there is the disadvantage that the temporary pegs must be removed after the adhesion is completed, and it seems that the rationalization of the construction method using temporary pegs has reached its limit.

<Means for Solving the Problems> In view of the above circumstances, the present inventors have discovered that complete initial adhesion can be quickly achieved by mechanical hammering without damaging the surface of decorative plywood, and that As a result of considering construction methods that require no post-processing or only a small amount of labor, we found that when adhesively fixing decorative plywood, etc. to a frame, etc., the surfaces coated with adhesive are applied to each other, and the decorative Thin head 1 that is embedded and locked into the decorative plywood when driving from above the plywood
They developed a method for temporarily fixing hidden needle nails by driving them with a gun tack car, and the connecting hidden needle nails used for this method.

When driving the needle nail with a gun tack car, the thin head is made by bending the upper part of the thin needle nail body with a rectangular cross section to the extent that it is buried in the decorative decorative board and does not cause noticeable damage to the surface of the decorative decorative board. 12, and this thin head 12 is formed by doubly bending the needle body, or by bending the upper part of the needle nail at an almost right angle by a length that is less than the diameter of the needle body. .

In addition, a large number of needle nails each having a thin head 12 formed by bending the upper part of the needle nail main body are formed into an angle shape with an angle piece 17 at the head 12 portion, and a cutting strip is formed between the head 12 and the angle piece 17. The structure provided with 16 is also useful for implementing the present invention and is included in the present invention because a stable connected body can be obtained.

<Function> The present invention adopts a connected hidden pin nail method that eliminates the need for individual temporary nails, and the thin head does not cause any trouble when driving, and does not cause noticeable scratches on the surface of the decorative decorative board. After driving the needle nails, they are buried in the decorative plywood without being removed, and become hidden needle nails that can be used for both temporary and permanent fixing.

In Fig. 1, a decorative plywood 1 is attached to a wall structure material 3 such as a rim using an adhesive layer 2. At this time, in order to prevent partial peeling and warping when the initial adhesive strength is low, , Conventional nail 4 as shown in C
This method is based on a method in which a temporary nail with an elastic material 5 such as a soft synthetic resin is driven into the adhesive layer 2 and then removed after the adhesive layer 2 has solidified. The present invention is a construction method that aims to simplify the structure of temporary nails, automate driving, and omit removal. The material also functions as a bonding structure, and we have added some innovation so that the scars after implantation are less noticeable. Figures 1A and 1B show examples of specific driving conditions.

FIG. 1E-1 shows a state in which the concealed staple nail shown in FIG. 2E-1 is used with a commercially available U-shaped staple tacker whose hammer shape has been changed. All of the connecting hidden needle nails 11 used in the present invention are flat or angular in shape and can be driven in sequence with a gun tatcher, and when driven, they can be embedded and locked into the decorative plywood and do not damage the surface of the decorative plywood. It has a narrow head with a rectangular cross-section, with the same front, rear, right and left diameters, and the upper part of the nail is bent to make it double. The thin head 12 shown in Fig. 2 E-1 is formed by slightly folding one side edge of a flat plate having a large number of broken lines 13 to form a folded part 14, which prevents the plywood from coming off and increases its strength when hammered. It's helpful. The driving force of the hammer is adjusted so that the thin head 12 is buried in the middle of the plywood as shown in Fig. 1 E-1.

Row 1 in Fig. 1 is driven from the connected hidden needle nail shown in Fig. 2 Row 1. The thin head 12 in this case is formed by a bent portion 15 by slightly bending one side edge of a flat plate having a large number of broken lines 13 into an angular shape.

E-2 or R-2 in Figures 1 and 2 is the E-2 above.
1 or low-1 connected concealed needle nail in an angled shape.A notch consisting of a cutting strip 16 is made at the base of the thin head 12 at right angles to the breaking strip 13, so that it can be used as a hammer to strike only the nail portion. If this is done, only the nail will come off the groove-shaped cutting strip 16 during driving and be buried in the decorative plywood 1, and the angle piece 17 will come off and fall, resulting in the same situation as E-1 and R-1. By using such an angled needle, the connected state of the concealed needle is stabilized, and handling such as loading the tacker is easier than with E-1 and Lo-1.

<Effects of the Invention> As described above, the method for adhering decorative decorative boards such as decorative plywood to walls, etc. according to the present invention is to drive needle nails connected in a flat or angular shape using a gun tatker to hide the In addition to requiring needle nails to be buried in the plywood for temporary fixing, they also proposed connecting hidden needle nails to be used in this construction method.

As a result, compared to the conventional construction method using temporary nails in which resilient material is set in place, the work can be significantly streamlined by reducing the unit price of nails, shortening the driving time, and omitting the extraction work. Furthermore, since the needle nails were left as they were after temporary fixing to form the joined structure, the effect was also helpful in stabilizing the reinforcement of the constructed structure.
