次のような種々な問題があつた。

具を用いることによりこれらの問題点を克服し得
ることを見出しこの発明を完成するに到つたもの

即ちこの発明は、マンホール壁部等に設けた貫
通孔に対し、該壁部の外側から前記貫通孔に緩挿
される螺旋波付管にねじ嵌合する螺合部を内面に
有し前記貫通孔内に嵌入される嵌入部及びそれに
延設された貫通孔の閉塞壁からなるソケツト状部
材をその嵌入部側を管端側として、予め螺着させ
た螺旋波付管を緩挿し、次に前記壁部貫通孔の他
側に突出した管端に前記と同一構造のソケツト状
部材をその閉塞壁部を管端側にして螺合したの
ち、緩挿した上記螺旋波付管と貫通孔間々隙中に
水密充填材を充満した後、螺旋状波付管に螺合さ
せた一方のソケツト状部材の閉塞壁にて貫通孔の
一側を閉塞下となしたのち、他方のソケツト状部
材のねじ回し推進させて貫通孔内に充満させた上
記水密充填材に押圧を加えて貫通孔内に緊密に充
填させることを特徴とするマンホール壁部等への
管路取付方法である。

内容に応じて上記ソケツト状部材4,4′の両方
を交互にねじ回し、挿入された充填材を最適に空
隙内に充満させること等が望まれる場合もある。

の作業が終了し、しかもかかる作業に経験、熟練
を余り要しないなど作業能率的に非常に有利であ
り、しかも該ソケツト状部材のねじ回しにより水
密充填材の間隙内への充填が確実に行われ水密性
が確実に保証されると共にモルタルの養生期間を
待たず即座に次の作業ができる等々上記の諸問題
を略一掃し得る効果がある。

壁部の外側から前記貫通孔に緩挿される螺旋波付
管にねじ嵌合する螺合部を内面に有し前記貫通孔
内に嵌入される嵌入部及びそれに延設された貫通
孔の閉塞壁からなるソケツト状部材を、その嵌入
部側を管端側として予め螺着させた螺旋状波付管
を緩挿し、次に前記壁部貫通孔の他側に突出した
管端に前記と同一構造のソケツト状部材をその閉
塞壁部を管端側にして螺合したのち、緩挿した上
記螺旋波付管と貫通孔間々隙中に水密充填材を充
填した後、螺旋状波付管に螺合させた一方のソケ
ツト状部材の閉塞壁にて貫通孔の一側を閉塞下と
なしたのち、他方のソケツト状部材をねじ回し推
進させて、貫通孔内に充満させた上記水密充填材
に押圧を加えて貫通孔内に緊密に充填させること
を特徴とするマンホール壁部等への管路取付方
法。
