In order to increase the permissible load of the cargo by bringing it as close to the vehicle body as possible, it has been proposed that the stabilizer cylinder, which is the driving device, and the rail and its rail guide, which are the lifting guide members, are housed in the space between the masts. has been done. That is, FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 show a specific example, in which the stabilizer cylinder 22 is connected to the left and right masts 1.
The stabilizer rail (pillar) 20 is arranged upright in the center of the lift bracket 13 in parallel with the inside of the rail guide 21 of the lift bracket 13. Since both the rail 20 and its rail guide 21 are members that obstruct the view from the driver's seat, the forward field of view S is ultimately limited to a relatively narrow range between the side surface of the stabilizer cylinder 22 and the inner surface of the rail 20. There are drawbacks that impede the features of the improved forward vision type.

and an inner mast 3 that is moved up and down via lift rollers 4. Two lift cylinders 7 for raising and lowering the lift bracket are placed one behind each of the left and right masts 1, and are erected on a lower cross beam 5 that connects the lower ends of the outer masts 2. The upper end of the piston rod 8 is connected to an upper tie beam 6 that connects the upper ends of the inner masts 3, thereby forming a space 9 between the left and right masts 1. In addition, a chain wheel 10 is attached to a wheel bracket 1 on the lower surface of both ends of the atsupata tie beam 6.
1, each chain wheel 10
One end of the lift chain 12 hung on the lift cylinder 7 is fixed to the lift cylinder 7, and the other end is fixed to the lift bracket 13. The lift bracket 13, which constitutes a part of the elevating member, is attached to the inner mast 3 via a lift roller 14 so as to be movable up and down, and has a horizontal portion on its front end surface that supports the bottom surface of the cargo, and a horizontal portion that supports the back surface of the cargo. A finger bar 16, which is part of an elevating member, is fixed close to the front surface of the mast 1 to engage and support the upper end of the vertical portion of the fork 15, which is made up of a vertical portion.

A support arm 19 extends horizontally in front to swingably support the support arm 19 with a pin 18, and a support arm 19 extends vertically, the upper end of which is connected (or integrated) with the rear end of the support arm 19. It is comprised of a rail (post) 20, a rail guide 21 that guides the rail 20 in a vertically movable manner, and a stabilizer cylinder 22.

On the other hand, a rail guide 21 for guiding the rail 20 is formed into a groove-shaped cross section by the lift bracket 13 itself.
Moreover, the rail 20 is made of a plate with a cross-sectional shape that can be stored in the groove of the rail guide 21, and
It is formed in a stepped shape at approximately the middle part in the vertical direction so that almost the upper half is at the outer position,
The lower half of the rail 20 is provided with at least two upper and lower guide rollers 24 rolling within the rail guide 21 on its outer surface, and the upper half of the rail 20 is housed in a groove of the rail guide 21. That is, the lower part of the rail 20 located on the rear surface of the finger bar 16, which is the original dead space, is connected to the rail guide 21 via the rollers 24.
The portion of the finger bar 16 that extends upward from the upper end overlaps the rail guide 21 in the front-rear direction, so that the forward field of view from the driver's seat is limited to the rail guide 21. The inner end surface of the stabilizer cylinder 22
, which is larger than the conventional gap S described above by approximately the thickness of the rail 20 (in the vehicle width direction).

The upper end of the piston rod 22a is connected. Therefore, the load stabilizer device A configured as described above can move the presser plate 17 up and down via the rail 20 guided by the rail guide 21 by operating the stabilizer cylinder 22.

て有効である。 As detailed above, the present invention is to place the lower part of the road stabilizer rail located on the rear surface of the finger bar, which is originally a dead space, inward from the rail guide, and then install it on the outer surface of the rail. While the upper part above the finger bar is housed in the groove of the rail guide, the vertical movement of the load stabilizer is guided by a rolling method using rollers. According to the present invention, the space in the vehicle width direction occupied by the visibility blocking member can be reduced, and the front space between the visibility blocking members can be reduced without reducing the allowable load. The field of view can be enlarged compared to the previous model, which is extremely effective in improving work efficiency and safety.
