[Problems to be solved by the prior art and the invention] Conventionally, in this type of panel body, in order to connect and support a pair of surface plates by a connecting member, it is necessary to There was one in which a suitable number of holes were drilled at corresponding positions, a welding rod was inserted into each of these holes, and the connecting member and the surface plate were welded together by so-called punch welding. This method often relies on work such as drilling holes in the surface plate, sanding the beats created by welding, and finishing with putty, which requires skill and is inefficient, and is not suitable for welding. Since the face plate will be partially heated, distortion will occur at the welding area,
It was not possible to provide high quality products.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention was devised in view of the above-mentioned circumstances in order to eliminate the drawbacks thereof, and its purpose is to The panel body is composed of a pair of face plates spaced apart from each other, and between the face plates, there is a reinforcing frame disposed on the inner peripheral edge to support the face plate, and a peripheral edge member constituting a prospective face part of the panel body. A foamed material is interposed between the peripheral edge member and the reinforcing frame, and the peripheral edge member is configured to be movable following the foaming displacement of the foamed material, and the peripheral edge of the face plate and the side edge of the peripheral member are connected and supported by a foam material via a locking means. With this configuration, the present invention eliminates the need for punch welding at all, eliminates the distortion caused by local heating that occurs in conventional welding, and provides reliable and uniform connection support. The aim is to provide panels as standardized, high-quality products.

Reference numeral 3b denotes a peripheral edge member for configuring the projected surface portion of the panel body 1, and the peripheral edge member 3b is made of a thermally foamed foam material 3c attached to the projected surface of the reinforcing frames 3a, 3a, . It is supported as such. Engagement portions 3b', 3b' are bent on both side edges of the peripheral edge members 3b, 3b, . . . , and engagement grooves 5 are formed on the four peripheral edges of the surface plates 2, 2. , 5 are bent, and both are configured as locking means to be engaged and locked. By means of the locking means 3b', 3b' and 5, 5, when the foamed materials 3c, 3c, ... are foamed, the peripheral member moves relative to the peripheral edge of the surface plates 2, 2, A connected and supported state is ensured by the pressing force of the foamed materials 3c, 3c, . . . , and a so-called no-edge type prospective surface is formed.

Next, in manufacturing the panel main body 1 of the present invention constructed as described above, first, one leg portion 3a of the reinforcing frame 3a disposed at the peripheral edge of one of the surface plates 2 is manufactured. ' and one leg of the reinforcing frame 4 placed in the center are fixed with double-sided adhesive tape or projection welding, and a core material is placed in the space formed by these and the surface plate 2. A roll core 6 is enclosed. Next, the foam material 3c and the peripheral member 3b are attached to the outer circumferential surface of the reinforcing frame 4 in the central part, either in this order or as assembled in advance, and then the other surface plate 2 is attached as shown in FIG. superimpose on

After that, both surface plates 2, 2 are inserted into an appropriate heating device and heated as a whole, and the peripheral members 3b, 3b attached to the reinforcing frames 3a, 3a, .
... moves in the direction of the engagement grooves 5, 5 with the foaming of the foamed materials 3c, 3c, ... interposed therein, and the engagement pieces 3
b', 3b' are engaged with the engagement grooves 5, 5, and both surface plates 2, 2 are connected and supported. Therefore,
Both surface plates 2, 2 are simultaneously and integrally connected and supported over the entire peripheral edge portion. However, the above-mentioned engagement is not limited to engagement between grooves, but may be at least a collision engagement between the engagement means formed on both parts. For this reason, unlike the case of connecting and supporting by conventional punch welding, it is only necessary to heat the entire surface plate 2, 2, so there is no distortion in the surface plates 2, 2, and the connection and support is reliable. Since the strength is constant over the entire peripheral edge of the panel body, a product of uniform quality can be provided. Moreover, since connection and support can be achieved with an extremely simple operation, it is possible to improve the efficiency of the manufacturing process.
In addition, in the case of a panel body using a galvanized steel plate on the surface, the foam material 3c can be made to foam during heating during the baking process after the painting process.
In this case, it is possible to further improve the efficiency of the manufacturing process. Furthermore, unlike the case of forming a conventional no-edge type prospective surface, a no-edge type prospective surface can be formed with an extremely simple operation.

[Effects of the invention] In short, the present invention is a panel body composed of a pair of face plates facing each other with a predetermined interval, and between the face plates, there is a face plate disposed on the inner peripheral edge. A reinforcing frame that supports the panel body, a peripheral member that constitutes a prospective surface portion of the panel body, and a foam material interposed between the peripheral member and the reinforcing frame are provided, and the peripheral member is made of a foam material. The foam material is configured to be movable following the foaming displacement, and the peripheral edge of the face plate and the side edge of the peripheral edge member are connected and supported by the foam material via a locking means.
By simply blowing the foam material by heating, both surface plates can be connected and supported simultaneously and integrally, and therefore, there is no distortion in the surface plates.
Furthermore, since the connection support is reliable and its strength is constant over the entire peripheral edge of the panel body, it is possible to provide a product of uniform quality. moreover,
Since the entire structure can be connected and supported with an extremely simple operation, it can be used for many purposes and can produce useful practical effects, such as improving the efficiency of the manufacturing process.
