[Problems to be solved by the prior art and the invention] In general, architectural panels such as doors and partitions have vertical and horizontal frames that surround them on all sides, and vertically oriented frames that are interposed between the upper and lower frames. There are some that are framed by a backbone and have face plates on the front and back. By the way, today there are panels in which the inner space of the panel body is filled with a core material such as a honeycomb core between the double-sided panels, thereby reinforcing the face panels to prevent damage such as denting. This assembly structure is often used for products with relatively thin face plates. On the other hand, the face plate is relatively thick,
Filling the entire panel body with core material, which is less likely to cause dents, etc., results in excessive quality and increases cost. Therefore, it has been proposed to appropriately interpose independent cylindrical members in the internal space and fix them to the face plate, but in this case, the fixation (adhesion) between the face plate and the cylindrical member is insufficient and the parts move. If something is able to do so, it will fall off from its desired position. As a result, the part where the cylindrical member has fallen off becomes a large void, making it impossible to provide initial reinforcement.Furthermore, the poorly bonded cylindrical member can only be discovered after assembly is completed. This is common, and since it is virtually impossible to repair the product by gluing it afterwards, we had no choice but to dispose of it as a defective product.

Therefore, it is conceivable to fill the cylindrical members without any gaps, but in this case, a large amount of cylindrical members would be required and the filling work would be time-consuming, and the quality would be excessive and the cost would increase. Moreover, this also becomes a hindrance when filling with a filler such as a sound absorbing material, creating a new problem of lack of versatility.

[Means for solving the problem] In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the present invention was devised for the purpose of providing a reinforcing structure for a panel body that can eliminate these drawbacks. In a panel body formed by upper, lower, left and right frames, and a vertically oriented backbone frame interposed between the upper and lower frames, and face plates provided at the front and rear of the frame, the panel body is partitioned left and right by the backbone. When an independent cylindrical member is interposed in the internal space of the partitioned panel body and fixed to the face plate, the outer diameter of the cylindrical member is larger than half of the left and right inner width of the partitioned internal space, and The cylindrical members are arranged in such a manner that they are scattered in the interior space so that there is appropriate play between the cylindrical members or with the frame, and the strength of parts such as the corner parts of the panel body and the door scope part is increased. The device is characterized in that a small-diameter cylindrical member or a cut piece of the cylindrical member is placed at the part to be measured and fixed and reinforced.

[Example] Next, an example of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. In the drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes a door panel body, and the door panel body 1 is composed of a pair of face plates 1a, 1a facing each other, and its interior space includes upper, lower, left and right frames 2 surrounding it on all sides, and A framework is formed by a vertically oriented backbone 3 interposed between the upper and lower frames 2. The above configuration is used for general door panel bodies, but for heavy doors, the thickness of the face plate 1a is:
A material having a diameter of about 1.0 to 1.6 mm is used, and the face plate 1a, the frame 2, and the core frame 3 are welded together by means such as arc welding. In the embodiment, a cylindrical member 4 is loaded into the internal space and fixed to the double-sided plate 1a. This cylindrical member 4 is formed by cutting a cylindrical body made of cardboard with a thickness of, for example, about 2 mm in a direction perpendicular to the axis to correspond to the thickness of the panel body 1. The outer diameter dimension X is set as follows. In other words, the internal space of the panel body 1 is partitioned in the left-right direction by the backbone frame 3, and the left-right inner width Y of this partitioned internal space is
(that is, X>Y/
2). Of course, as long as this relationship is satisfied, the shape of the cylindrical member is not limited to a cylindrical shape.

The filling of this cylindrical member 4 is as shown in the drawing.
In the internal space, the cylindrical members 4 have gaps between them or between the frames 2 and 3, and are scattered with appropriate play, and sound absorption is carried out in the gaps or within the cylindrical members 4. The structure is such that it can be filled with fillers such as materials separately if necessary. Furthermore, for areas where it is desired to partially increase the strength, such as panel corners and door scopes, for example, a small diameter reinforcing member 4 is prepared instead of using a reinforcing liner as in the past, and this is then replaced with a large diameter reinforcing member 4. The core of the cylindrical member is interposed in a double structure, or a large diameter cylindrical member 4 cut and processed is arranged to be fixed and reinforced.

In the embodiment of the present invention constructed as described above, the panel body 1 has independent cylindrical members 4 interposed therein so as to have appropriate play in the internal space,
By fixing this to the face plate 1a, it is possible to provide the necessary strength without resulting in excessive quality. By filling these play areas or the cylindrical member 4 with a filler such as a sound absorbing material as necessary, a panel body with excellent sound absorption performance can be easily obtained, and a panel body with various functions can be obtained. This means that it can be used for general purposes.

In addition, the filling of the cylindrical member 4 is appropriately scattered to avoid excessive quality, but small diameter cylindrical members and large diameter cylindrical members are used in places where it is necessary to increase the strength of some parts. The necessary strength is ensured by filling the panel with cut-processed shaped members, which makes it possible to create a panel body that does not require a reinforcing liner like in the past, simplifying the assembly process. Moreover, in this case, the outer diameter dimension of the cylindrical member 4 is
However, the diameter is larger than half of the left and right inner width Y of the partitioned internal space. Therefore, if there is a cylindrical member 4 with poor adhesion, the cylindrical member 4 on the lower side of the cylindrical member 4 will shift in the left-right direction from the center of the partitioned internal space.
Even if the cylindrical member 4 is biased in contact with the frame 2 or the backbone 3, the gap will not exceed the outer diameter of the cylindrical member to the maximum extent possible, and the cylindrical member 4 with poor adhesion will exceed the deviated cylindrical member 4. It is reliably prevented from dropping downward, and even in the worst case, it is maintained in a state where it is supported by the lower cylindrical member 4. As a result, even if the cylindrical member 4 falls off due to poor adhesion, this can be minimized, and unlike in the past, when the cylindrical member 4 falls off and a large gap is created, the necessary strength cannot be maintained. This will prevent any problems that may occur. Furthermore, this means that the cylindrical member 4 is installed at the center of the partitioned internal space.
It is not necessary to reduce the gap between the cylindrical member 4 and the frame 2 or the backbone 3 and take measures to prevent them from falling off, and random interposition work becomes possible, which improves work efficiency.

[Operations and Effects] In summary, since the present invention is constructed as described above, an independent cylindrical member is inserted in the internal space of the panel body, and this is fixed to the face plate to reduce costs and improve productivity. Although the cylindrical member is designed to improve the performance, the outer diameter of the cylindrical member is larger than half of the left and right inner width of the partitioned internal space. As a result, even if there is a risk that the cylindrical member may fall off due to poor adhesion with the face plate, the gap between the cylindrical member and the left and right frames or backbone should be kept to the maximum possible. However, it does not exceed the outer diameter of the cylindrical member, and therefore, it is possible to prevent the cylindrical member from exceeding the lower one and falling off, creating a large gap and not being able to maintain the necessary strength.

Moreover, since the cylindrical members are filled in a scattered manner so as to have appropriate play between the cylindrical members and the frame, it is not necessary to fill the cylindrical members with sound absorbing material or the like in the play areas and inside the cylindrical members. It can be filled arbitrarily, and therefore can be used for general purpose panel bodies with various functions. Furthermore, when it is desired to partially reinforce a panel corner, etc., the panel assembly can be reinforced by cutting a cylindrical member or using a small-diameter cylindrical part instead of using a reinforcing liner as in the past. This simplifies the attachment process and significantly improves work efficiency.
