Configuration of conventional example and its problems For example, in the conventional example in Fig. 1, 1 is a heating chamber, 2 is
3 is a combustion chamber, 3 is a burner, 4 is a circulation fan, 5 is an outside of the main body, 6 is an exhaust pipe provided at the top of the combustion chamber, and 7 is a substantially sealed hole that covers the punched hole 1a provided on the top surface of the heating chamber 1. With the cover of this cover 7
A sensor 8 is attached to detect temperature or humidity. Combustion in the burner 3 is controlled by a sensor 8 that detects the temperature of the heating chamber 1 and the humidity of water vapor emitted from the object to be heated within the heating chamber 1.

The reason why the sensor 8 is attached to the cover 7 in this way is to prevent the sensor 8 from getting dirty or damaged.
This is because if it is placed directly into the heating chamber 1, the temperature will be too high, causing problems in terms of durability. However, with this conventional method, since hot air and moisture accumulate inside the cover 7, even if the atmosphere in the heating chamber 1 changes, the detection by the sensor 8 is delayed, making it difficult to control the heating state with higher precision. However, when heating the food, overheating or underheating occurred, resulting in unsatisfactory results.

Configuration of the Invention In order to achieve the above object, the heating device of the present invention includes:
A combustion chamber is provided at the rear of the heating chamber, an exhaust pipe is provided by joining the opening provided at the top of the combustion chamber, an exhaust opening is provided at the rear upper part of the outside of the main body, and an exhaust pipe is provided to guide the exhaust gas upward. A guide is joined to the exhaust opening, the exhaust pipe is passed through the exhaust opening, an opening is provided in the upper surface of the heating chamber and a part of the wall of the exhaust pipe, and the guide is inserted between the openings. They are joined in a sealed state, and the guide is equipped with a sensor for detecting temperature or humidity, which improves the sensor's sensitivity to the heating chamber atmosphere.
This has the effect of enabling more precise control of the heating state and preventing overheating or underheating of the object to be heated.

In FIGS. 2 to 4, 1 is a heating chamber that heats the object to be heated, 2 is a combustion chamber provided after the heating chamber 1, 3 is a burner, 4 is a circulation fan that sends hot air into the heating chamber 1, and 4a 4b is the motor for driving the circulation fan 4, 4b is the self-cooling fan of the motor 4a, which sucks cooling air as shown by the arrow from the intake hole 5a provided on the rear surface of the main body outer shell 5, and 5b is the rear upper part of the main body outer shell 5. An exhaust guide 6 for guiding exhaust gas to the top is connected to an exhaust opening provided at the top. An exhaust pipe 7 is connected to an opening 2a provided in the upper part of the combustion chamber 2, and passes through the exhaust opening 5b. Reference numeral 8 denotes a guide that connects the punched hole 1a provided in the upper surface of the heating chamber 1 and the opening 7a provided in a part of the wall surface of the exhaust pipe 7 in a substantially airtight state. A sensor 9 is embedded therein to control the combustion of the burner 3 by detecting temperature, humidity, or gas emitted from the heated object. 10 is a door body for opening and closing the heating chamber 1;
The figure is a top view of the movement of hot air between the heating chamber 1 and the combustion chamber 2 by the circulation fan 4, and FIG. 4 is an external perspective view showing the main body with the outer fan 5 removed.

The effects of the above configuration will be explained below.
A part of the atmosphere in the heating chamber 1 passes through the punched hole 1a as shown by the arrow, passes through the sensor 9, flows into the exhaust pipe 7, merges with the exhaust gas from the heating chamber 2, and flows out to the outside. In this way, a part of the atmosphere in the heating chamber 1 always passes through the sensor 9 without stagnation, so there is no delay in sensing by the sensor 9, and combustion control is optimal for the atmosphere in the heating chamber 1. I can do it. Furthermore, by joining the guide 8 to the exhaust pipe 7, the flow within the guide 8 becomes smoother due to the chimney effect, further increasing the above effect.
