Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent any dislocation in all directions from occurring as well as to shorten a term of work and reduce the cost of production by connecting track frames themselves together via a dovetail-type joint member being engaged with a dovetail groove formed in the inner surface. CONSTITUTION:A track frame 7 is constituted of an extruded material, and at the time of extrusion molding, a dovetail groove 76 being continued in the longitudinal direction of the track frame 7 is formed in an inner surface of each side plate 7a of the track frame 7. Then, a dovetail-type joint member 18 being engaged with dovetail grooves 7b, 7b of both track frames 7, 7 is installed in a joint part between longitudinal track frames 7 and 7. A clamp bolt 18a contactible to a groove bottom of each dovetail groove 7b is screwed through in the joint member 18, and the joint member 18 is pressed to an inner surface of each dovetail groove 7b by dint of clamping reaction of the bolt 18a. With this constitution, these longitudinal track frames 7, 7 are accurately connectible together without entailing any dislocation in all directions. In addition, connection between these track frame themselves is simply releasable, so that removable work becomes so easy, thus shortening of a term of work and reduction in the cost of production are promotable.

(Prior Art) Conventionally, according to Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-19'642, a track frame having a guide rail is buried in the running path of a track vehicle, and the track vehicle is operated via a guide member guided by the guide rail. It is known that the vehicle is guided along the track while being guided in the opposite direction, and this technology is applied to a self-propelled bogie for transporting car bodies. (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) Conventionally, track frames have been connected to each other at their joints by welding or by bolting flanges fixed to the ends of each track frame. On a production line, it is necessary to connect the track frames in a separable manner in preparation for line modifications, so welding is not possible, and with the method of bolting flanges together, it is necessary to secure each flange to the track frame by welding, etc. Therefore, the construction period and cost increase, and it is desirable to be able to connect the track frames by a simpler method.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention embeds a track frame having a guide rail for guiding a self-propelled bogie in the running path of the self-propelled bogie, and the track frame is It is composed of an extruded material with a dovetail groove continuous in the longitudinal direction of the raceway frame formed on the inner surface, and one raceway frame and the other raceway frame are connected to the dovetail groove of both raceways at the joint part of the raceway frame. The connection is made through an engaging dovetail joint member. In this case, a channel groove capable of accommodating a nut for fastening the guide rail may be continuously formed in the track frame in the longitudinal direction of the track frame.

(Function) By engaging one end side of the dovetail-shaped joint member with the dovetail groove of one of the track frames to be connected to each other, the joint member is orthogonal to the track frame in the longitudinal direction of the track member. By positioning the joint member in two directions, that is, in the vertical direction and in the horizontal direction, by engaging the other end of the joint member with the dovetail groove of the other track frame, the other track frame is positioned in the vertical and horizontal directions with respect to the joint member. Thus, one joint member and the other joint member are accurately connected through the joint member without being displaced vertically or horizontally.

Also, when modifying a line, the track frame buried in the modified part is separated from the track frame buried in the unmodified part and removed, but in this case, conventional technology in which the track frames are bolted together at the flanges at their ends does not work. Since the flange is embedded in the concrete layer in which the track frame is buried, separating the track frame takes time and effort. In contrast, with the present invention, the track can be removed by simply disengaging the joint member from the dovetail groove inside the track frame. The frames can be easily uncoupled, making removal work easier.

In addition, it is desirable for the guide rail to be detachably attached to the track frame due to maintenance requirements, and in this case, it is possible to form a screw hole in the track frame and fasten the guide rail to this hole using bolts. However, this requires time and effort to process the screw holes, which increases costs. On the other hand, if a channel groove is formed in the track frame as described above and the guide rail is fastened to a nut housed in the channel groove, the machining of a screw hole is not required and the construction cost can be reduced.

(Effects of the Invention) As is clear from the above description, according to the invention of claim 1, the track frames can be moved vertically and horizontally through the dovetail joint member that engages with the dovetail groove formed on the inner surface of the track frames. They can be easily connected by aligning their positions, shortening the construction period and cost of line construction work, and facilitating the separation and removal work of the track frame when modifying the line.
There is no need to process screw holes for fastening the guide rail to the track frame, which has the effect of reducing the cost of the - layer.
