Many electronic components have leads (wire-like conductive paths), and for these, the leads are inserted into insertion holes prepared in advance on the circuit board, flow soldered, and mounted on the circuit board. There is. Various attempts have been made to mechanize and automate the insertion of electronic components having leads into circuit boards depending on the type and shape of the electronic component. The main points to be promoted in mechanical insertion are (1) increasing the insertion success rate, (2) increasing the mounting density, and (3) increasing the types of electronic components that can be targeted. It will be done. The present invention is related to (1) increasing the success rate of insertion.

In order to do this, we have devised the shape of the blade used to cut the leads of each electronic component and separate it from the tape, such as when electronic components are adhered side by side to the tape. FIG. 5 shows an embodiment of the "electronic component lead wire cutting device" disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 61-216400.

Similar V-shaped grooves 30, 32, 34, 3G may be provided. By providing such a 7-shaped groove, the second main surface 13
The edge on the second side surface formed by the three figure 7 grooves provided on the side and the four figure 7 grooves provided on the third main surface 29 side meeting on the second side surface is sharp. The sharpness of the reed is the same as above. In addition, the first cutter and the second cutter are not basically butted against each other on a plane perpendicular to the direction of movement, so when they are butted together, the first cutter is There is a possibility that the second cuff shifts in the direction of arrow C shown in FIG. 2(d). To prevent this, the first cutter has protruding first shoulders 38 on both sides of the first side surface 14.
