Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve safety and work facilitation, by forming a hydrated layer, through a fireproof cover, on the internal surface of a floor-penetrating sub stance installed on a floor between stories. CONSTITUTION:To the internal surface of a Japanese-style closet bowl 5, a floor-penetrating substance installed on a floor 1 between stories of a multi- storied building, a hydrated layer 13 is formed through a fireproof cover 2. The hydrated layer 13 is formed of a water absorptive swelling material and water is supplied to the hydrated layer 13 through a water conveying pipe 14. The hydrated layer 13 is further formed to cover the internal surface of the fireproof cover 2, or on gutters formed along the side of the fireproof cover 2. When moisture in the hydrated layer 13 evaporates after being boiled by heating, it absorbs a great deal of heat. Therefore, fireproof capacity is improved with enhancement of cooling effect.

A Japanese-style toilet bowl is a typical object that is attached to a through hole bored in the floor between floors of a multi-story building such as a reinforced concrete building. This Japanese style toilet has a predetermined through hole in the concrete floor of the building, is fitted into the hole, and its lower surface is exposed to the ceiling below.

In the above-mentioned conditions, it cannot be said that the same safety measures are taken, and in the event of a fire, the toilet bowl will be easily destroyed as it will be directly heated by the heat and flames, and the fire brigade, etc. If the toilet bowl was rapidly cooled by water spraying, etc., the damage would be even more severe, causing the floor through hole to open wide, causing the flames to blow out and spread to the upper floors.

As a countermeasure to this problem, various fireproof covers have been devised to cover the lower part of the toilet bowl, but none of them have a structure that has the necessary heat insulation properties and is easy to install. For example, fireproof covers such as concrete, G, R, and C have excellent heat insulating properties, but are extremely heavy and have extremely poor workability during installation. In addition, although sheet metal products are light and easy to work with, they have poor insulation properties and conduct heat from the bottom surface to the top, making it difficult to maintain the temperature of the exposed top surface below 260°C, the legal safe temperature. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings. FIG. 1 is a sectional view of a toilet installation device showing an embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, a fireproof cover 2 is installed through the floor 1 of the building so that its upper end surface 3 is aligned with the floor surface 4, and a Japanese-style toilet bowl 5, which is a floor-penetrating object, is installed inside the fireproof cover 2. There is.

The outer surface of the fireproof cover 2 is covered with a heat insulating material 6, and the heat insulating material 6 is fixed to the fireproof cover 2 with mounting bolts 7. Note that the exposed head of the mounting bolt 7 is covered by a fireproof cap 16. A water supply spud part 8 is provided in the front part of the fireproof cover 2, and a cleaning tank 9 is provided.
A water conduit pipe 10 is connected to the water supply pipe 10 that leads the water to the spud part 8, so when the flush valve 11 is opened, the water in the flush tank 9 passes through the water supply pipe 1° and the water supply spud part 8, and enters the water supply port 1 of the toilet bowl 5.
S is formed so that water flows from the toilet bowl 5 into the toilet bowl 5.

Therefore, the inner surface of the fireproof cover 2 is highly water-absorbing, absorbs an extremely large amount of water compared to its own volume, and swells.
In addition, a water retaining layer 13 made of a swelling material having a property of retaining water is formed.

The swelling material of the water retention layer 13 is in the form of particles or a plate, and is stored singly or in a film bag, etc., and is attached to cover the inner surface of the fireproof cover 2, and the water supply layer is placed on the top or side of the fireproof cover 2. A water conduit 14 communicating with the spud portion 8 is open.

Since the swelling material of the water retaining layer 13 does not absorb water at the time of installation, it has a small volume and is lightweight, and the installation work is easily performed. When the installation is completed and use is started, the user opens the cleaning valve 11 and a portion of the cleaning water that has flowed into the water supply spud section 8 is supplied from the water conduit 14 to the swelling material of the water retaining layer 13.

The swelling material supplied with moisture increases its volume while incorporating the moisture into its own composition, so that a thick water-retaining layer 13 rich in moisture is formed on the inner surface of the fireproof cover 2. Since the water in this water retaining layer 13 is replenished each time it is used, the water does not decrease due to evaporation or the like.

In such a situation, a fire broke out and spread to the ceiling of the toilet, and the combustion continued for a long time, causing the insulation material to become damaged.
Even if insulation is not possible, an extremely large cooling effect can be obtained by boiling the water in the water retention layer 13, and the upper end 3 of the heat-resistant cover 2 will not be overheated.

In this embodiment, a groove 15 is provided on the inner surface of the heat-resistant cover 2, and the above-mentioned swelling material is housed in the groove 15 to form a water retaining layer 13, which is also supplied with water through a water conduit 14 each time it is used. Therefore, it has the same functions and effects as the previous embodiment.
