The voltage of the capacitor 8 is supplied to the base of the transistor 10, and the reference voltage is supplied to the other input terminal (the base of the transistor 10). A resistor 7 connected between the emitter of the transistor 6 and ground
The emitter potential is held at the peak value of the signal by a parallel circuit consisting of the capacitor 8 and the capacitor 8. Therefore, a voltage corresponding to the magnitude of the signal can be obtained at the emitter of the transistor 6. This voltage is applied to a voltage comparison circuit (transistors 9 and 10) to detect the presence or absence of a signal.

FIG. 2 is a waveform diagram for explaining the above, in which time is plotted on the horizontal axis and voltage [V] is plotted on the vertical axis. In this figure, the collector voltage of transistor 3 (waveform A) and the emitter voltage of transistor 6 (waveform B) are placed at predetermined positions.

いという不都合があつた。 For this reason, if the collector potential of transistor 3 is lower than the emitter potential of transistor 6, there is a risk that the emitter follower transistor will be destroyed, and the differential amplifier circuit composed of transistors 2 and 3 may be damaged. There was a disadvantage that it was necessary to keep the gain small, and it was not possible to achieve a very high detection ability.

If the collector potential of is higher than the emitter potential of transistor 6 or is not lower by the voltage V F ,
Transistor 15 is in an off state, and a signal amplified by the differential amplifier (transistors 2 and 3) appears at the collector of transistor 3.
