Today, polishers are used exclusively for polishing floors in building corridors, halls, and station premises.
The polisher is as shown in FIG.
Motor 2 is integrally placed on the top surface,
The motor 2 rotates the parts table 3 attached to the bottom of the main body.
A magic pad 4 is integrally attached to the lower surface of the holder, and a polishing pad 5 is detachably attached to the lower surface via the magic pad 4.

By the way, the movement of the polishing machine is carried out by slightly lifting or pushing down the rotating part surface in the front and back direction from the handle side, but this operation requires considerable skill. Moreover, the polisher itself is heavy and requires hard labor. Also, the outer periphery of the polishing pad wears out faster, and when such uneven wear occurs, even if there is sufficient polished surface in the center and other areas, a new polishing pad must be replaced midway through. to change it,
This is not only uneconomical but also causes high costs for polishing work.

In addition, a protective cushion is attached to the lower surface of a rotary disk having a rotating shaft as seen in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 43-13438, and a recess is formed in the center of the protective cushion, and a recess is formed between the recess and the lower buffing cloth. A device with a spring interposed therein has also been proposed, but this method does not allow stable and reliable polishing work because the polishing center is not determined when polishing a floor surface.

This invention solves these problems and is easy to operate.
It does not cause physical fatigue even when used for a long time, and since the polishing pad is not unevenly polished, it can be used for a long time and has a great economical effect.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the pats table according to the present invention. In the present invention, as seen in this drawing, the pats table 3 consists of a pair of upper and lower discs 3a and 3b, and the lower plate 3a has a circular shape. In the circumferential direction, bolts 6 are set up at multiple locations symmetrical about the center of the disc, and through holes 7 with a diameter slightly larger than the bolt diameter are bored in the upper plate 3b corresponding to each bolt position, In addition, a spring 8 is interposed between the two plates so as to surround the bolt, so that an elastic force is imparted to the bolt and the tip of the bolt is fixed with a nut 9. For this fastening, a lubricating bush 10 made of nylon or the like is inserted into the through hole 7 from above to ensure smooth sliding movement with the bolt 6. (4th

is a magic patch which is integrally attached to the lower surface of the lower plate 3a.

FIG. 3 is an explanatory view of the operation, and in use, the polishing pad 5 is attached to the magic pad 12 on the lower surface of the lower plate 3a. In the present invention, the polishing pad 5 has a plurality of bolts erected in the circumferential direction of the lower plate 3a, symmetrical about the center of the plate, and is elastically attached to the floor via a spring 8 surrounding the outer periphery of the bolts. This means that the lower plate 3
Since the structure is such that a and the upper plate 3b are mechanically connected, there is no problem that the polishing center cannot be determined, and even if there is an inclination or partial unevenness on the floor surface, it can be easily followed. Since the impact from the floor surface is not directly transmitted to the handle, there is less stress on the arms and shoulders that are gripping the handle. be. On the other hand, driving operations are carried out by lifting the handle upwards or pushing it downwards as usual, but the force of lifting or pushing it down is elastically dispersed, making it easier to operate. It can be done easily and quickly even by an amateur.

On the other hand, since the polishing pad follows the floor surface very well, uneven polishing is unlikely to occur.
According to the inventor's experiments, the durability of the polishing pad was 3.
We were able to increase this by 5 to 5 times.

In implementing the present invention, if the distance between the upper plate 3b and the lower plate 3a is too small, the above-mentioned effects cannot be obtained sufficiently, so the design is usually made within a range of about 1 to 3 cm. The spring pressure can be adjusted by turning the nut as appropriate.
