In detail, in a manufacturing device that joins the dough in a circular shape, a belt-shaped dough supply section is configured in a position perpendicular to the joint surface of the dough joining table of the dough joining device, and the belt-shaped dough supplied to this supply section is It is equipped with clamping claws that can freely clamp and release the clamping of both ends of the fabric, and by swinging the fabric joining table close to the joining surface side, both ends of the strip-shaped fabric that are respectively clamped by the clamping claws are held on the fabric joining table. The present invention relates to an annular fabric manufacturing device that is provided with a pair of arms that overlap on a joint surface.

In other words, the length of the arm is governed by the distance between the supply section and the joining surface of the dough joining table.
A long arm is also required, and as a result, the movement trajectory of the tip of the arm becomes large, which not only restricts the arrangement of other components, but also limits the diameter of the annular fabric. It was hot.

A pair of fixed guide members 20 and 21 are provided at the lower side of the dough pull-out path and are spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance in the dough pull-out direction. At the bottom of the machine frame 2 facing the pair of fixed guide members 20 and 21, there are racks 2 that are vertically parallel to each other.

The movable frame 24 moves downward along. Along with this, the dough feeding member 28 presses the upper surface of the dough a while lowering through between the fixed guide members 20 and 21,
The dough a is fed out by a predetermined size. At this time, since the dough feeding member 28 and the fixed guide member 20 on the side of the cutting device E are each composed of rollers, the frictional force between them and the dough a is reduced, and moreover, the dough feeding member 28 is driven by a pulse motor. Coupled with the drive rotation in the dough feeding direction in synchronization with the dough feeding direction 26, it is possible to suppress variations in the dough delivery dimension caused by the elongation of the dough a during dough delivery.

至第29図参照)(b) Immediately before turning on the start switch, the starting edge of the fabric a is connected to the double blade 3 of the cutting device E.
5 and 36 to the cutting operation position. (See FIG. 11) (b) Turn on the start switch to extend the hydraulic cylinder 15 of the fabric drawing device C, and clamp the starting end of the fabric a with its clamping claws 11 and 12. (See FIG. 12) (c) The fluid pressure cylinder 15 of the fabric drawing device C is contracted. (See FIG. 13) (d) Lower the dough feeding member 28 of the dough feeding device D to feed out the fabric a by a predetermined cutting dimension.
At this time, the clamping claws 60 and 61 of the polymerization device F are waiting at a position away from the dough pull-out path.
(Refer to Figures 14 and 23) (e) Move the polymerization device F horizontally to the dough pull-out path side, clamp the dough a with the clamping claws 60 and 61 of the polymerization device F, and move the dough pull-out device C The clamping claws 11 and 12 are opened. Further, the cloth a is cut with the double blades 35 and 36 of the cutting device E.
(Refer to FIGS. 15 and 24) (F) The fluid pressure cylinder 32 of the fabric feeding device D is contracted to retract the fabric feeding member 28 from the fabric drawing path. (See Figure 25) (G) After raising one arm 59 of the polymerization device F, turn it approximately half a turn, and place one end of the fabric a held by the gripping claws 60 and 61 of this arm 59 on the sewing table 1. At the same time, one end of the fabric a is pressed onto the sewing table 1 using one of the auxiliary pressers 74. (See Figures 16 and 17) (H) Raise the other arm 59 of the polymerization device F, then rotate it approximately half a turn, and remove the other end of the dough a held by the gripping claws 60, 61 of this arm 59. is superimposed on one end of the fabric a already located on the sewing table 1, and the other end of the fabric a is pressed against the sewing table 1 by the other auxiliary presser 74.
At this time, the pressing action by one of the auxiliary pressing tools 74 has already been released. (Fig. 18, 19
(See diagram) (Li) Lower the presser foot 73 of sewing machine B, and
The overlapping end of the sewing table 1 is pressed and fixed between it and the sewing table 1, and the pressing action by the other auxiliary presser 74 is also released. (See Fig. 20) (J) After releasing the clamping by the clamping claws 60, 61 of the polymerization device F, sewing by the sewing machine B is started. At the same time, the fluid pressure cylinder 70 is extended and the fabric held between the presser foot 73 of the sewing machine B and the sewing table 1 by the fabric presser rod 71 attached to the tip of the fluid pressure cylinder 70. After moving the lower part of fabric a away from the fabric drawing path, the hydraulic cylinder 15 of the fabric drawing device C is operated to extend, and the starting end of the next fabric a is clamped by its clamping claws 11 and 12. . (Refer to Figures 21 and 26) (R) After raising the presser foot 73 of the sewing machine B and clamping the sewn annular fabric a with the clamping claws 60 and 61 of the polymerization device F, the polymerization device F The entire fabric is moved away from the fabric drawing path and the annular fabric a is taken out from the sewing table 1. During this removal, the micro switch 75 detects whether or not a sewing error has occurred, and if a sewing error has occurred, a sewing stop mechanism is activated based on the output signal. Then, when the detection of the sewing error is completed, the clamping claw 6 of the polymerization device F
0 and 61 are released, and the annular dough a is taken out to the holding rod 76. (See Figures 22, 27 to 29)
