In the case of such a power supply line, the closeness of the contact area between the brush 12 side of the trolley body 5 and the bus line 11 in the power supply ducts 1a to 1e is important, so in order to keep the contact area clean, dust etc. The power supply ducts 1a to 1a have the entire power supply section covered with a cover as shown in FIG. 1 or FIG.
A duct 7 such as 1e or a connecting duct 3 must be used, and such a duct 7 has a suspension shaft 9.
Except for the gap 60 in the travel direction of the trolley body 5 through which the trolley body 5 passes, it is covered with a cover having a substantially C-shaped cross section, so that it is difficult to maintain or inspect the trolley body 5 or to cause individual abnormalities in the work object. In such cases, remove the work object along with the trolley body 5 from the line (drop out).
Therefore, a special mechanism is required to take out the trolley body 5 from the connection duct 3 as necessary. It is desirable that such a mechanism can be automated in terms of work efficiency. In addition, since the trolley body 5 that runs inside the connecting duct 3 is itself quite heavy, when taking out the trolley body 5, it is possible to use both hands to take out the work without the need for troublesome work that requires force. It is desirable to have a structure that is

Also, a bracket 7 is attached to the upper plate 3i of the connection duct 3.
A position detector 78 made of a limit switch or the like is fixed via the connector 7, and the detection lever 78a of this position detector 78 swings when a contact element 79 attached to the connecting plate 69 comes into contact with it to detect the position. The device 78 is turned on. A compressor 80 is an example of a biasing means that constantly presses the connecting plate 69 downward and biases the lid member 73 to rotate in the closing direction via the rear connecting plate 69, the rod 70, the horizontal shaft 76, and the guide plate 75. A shaft 80a fixed perpendicularly to the connecting plate 69 with a spring prevents the shaft from buckling, and the shaft 80a is slidably fitted into a hole 80b drilled in the cylinder mounting plate 66. This serves as a guide when the 69 moves up and down.

Now, in the assembly line A2, if a malfunction that cannot be repaired on the line is discovered in a work object flowing on a conveyor, when the work object comes just before the dropout device DR2,
The operator supports the power supply trolley TR with both hands and operates, for example, a switch (not shown) placed at his feet with his feet to drive the air cylinder 67 and pull the piston rod 68 upward. Therefore, the connecting plate 69, the rod 70, and the horizontal shaft 76 connected to the piston rod 68 are lifted up as one, and the guide plate 75 is moved to the hinge shaft 72 by being biased by the horizontal shaft 76.
The notch 71 of the connecting duct 3 is opened downward and opened in both directions. Since the horizontal shaft 76 can slide along the long groove 74 of the guide plate 75, the rod 70 can be lifted upward while being maintained in a vertical position.

Therefore, the operator can easily take out the trolley body 5 to the outside from the notch 71 opened in this way, and after taking out the trolley body 5, operate another switch etc. to drive the air cylinder 67 and return to the original state. let As a result, the connecting plate 69 is pressed downward by the force of the compression spring 80 and the air cylinder 67, the connecting plate 69, the rod 70, and the horizontal shaft 76 are lowered together, and the lid member 73 is completely closed. Lid material 7
The running plate 8' of No. 3 and the running plate 8 of the connecting duct 3 reach a position where they are on the same plane, and then the compression spring 80
The position of the cover member 73 is maintained by the force of , and the following trolley main body 5 can run smoothly.
