[Problems to be solved by conventional techniques and inventions] Conventionally,
Methods of imparting anti-slip properties to sheet-like articles such as covers, sheets, mats, etc. and preventing the sheets from shifting or disarranging include printing or applying an anti-slip agent such as latex to the sheets, or using a soft binder and silica powder. A method of applying and drying a dispersion of colloidal silica
107597), when applying a soft binder,
Alternatively, a method of forming irregularities or protrusions by physical manipulation after coating is known. Although the products obtained by these methods have some degree of anti-slip properties, they have the drawbacks of being sticky, blocking, and the anti-slip layer easily coming off, so they are not practical anti-slip sheets depending on the application. It was hard to say.

On the other hand, by providing a foam coating material containing microspheres that expand with heat on the base material, cushioning properties, sound insulation,
Proposals have been made to add functions such as heat insulation and anti-slip properties (
For example, JP-A-49-32966, JP-A-62-

It was difficult to say that the sheet was a good anti-slip sheet.

[Means for Solving the Problems] Under the above circumstances, the present inventors have conducted intensive studies on sheet-like articles with excellent slip resistance and improved durability. A polymer binder with a crosslinked structure and specific physical properties and heat-foamable polymer beads are applied to a part of the part in the form of a continuous film or a discontinuous pattern, and then the polymer beads are heated and foamed. By forming one coating layer and then recoating a polymer with specific physical properties on the first coating layer to form a second coating layer, the anti-slip property is dramatically improved, and it is suitable for continued practical use. The inventors have also discovered that a suitable sheet can be obtained in which the microspheres expanded by heat do not break or come off, the anti-slip properties are maintained, and the durability is extremely improved, and the present invention has been achieved.

The polymer binder used in the first coating layer must have a crosslinked structure, but the polymer used in the second coating layer may or may not have a crosslinked structure. The heat-expandable polymer beads used in the present invention are bead-like objects whose shell walls are made of thermoplastic resin and which contain low-boiling compounds such as butane and isopentane inside. The resin softens when heated, It also refers to a compound that foams because the low-boiling point compound is gasified and converted into pig intestines. Any form may be used, and for example, those commercially available in the form of an aqueous dispersion, such as the product name Matsumoto Microspheres (manufactured by Matsumoto Yushi Pharma Co., Ltd.), can be used. The particle size of these heat-expandable polymer beads can be freely controlled by the manufacturing method, but for the purpose of the present invention,
A thickness of 300μ is preferred, and a diameter of 5 to 200μ is particularly preferably used.

Small beads with a particle size of less than 3 μm make little contribution to improving the anti-slip properties even when heated and foamed, and beads with a particle size of more than 300 μm are undesirable because they tend to fall off due to friction after being heated and foamed.

Subsequently, a polymer having a glass transition temperature of 30° C. or less is applied onto the sheet surface on which the first coating layer has been formed. It is also possible to add thickeners, preservatives, etc. to improve the stability, printability, coating suitability, etc. of this polymer. Thereafter, a drying process is performed to form a first covering layer, which is a foamed covering layer, and a second covering layer, which is a protective covering layer, on the sheet surface.

One of the features of the present invention is that the polymer binder used in the first coating layer has physical properties such as a glass transition temperature of 30°C or less, a breaking strength of 7 to 200 kg/co+", and an elongation of 200% or more. A more preferable range is that the glass transition temperature is 0°C or less and the breaking strength is 10 to 150 kg/

When the glass transition temperature exceeds 30° C., it is necessary to increase the pre-drying temperature considerably, which may cause cracks in the polymer binder film or foaming of the heat-expandable polymer beads during the pre-drying. The desired anti-slip properties cannot be obtained.

Furthermore, if the breaking strength is less than 7 kg/cm2, the polymer binder coating is likely to be destroyed by frictional force, making it difficult to immobilize the polymer beads. On the other hand, if the breaking strength exceeds 200 kg/cm'' or the elongation rate is less than 200%, the polymer binder film is high strength or rigid, making it difficult to moderate the frictional force suitably and causing the polymer beads to break. Or, it may become slippery, both of which are undesirable.

The glass transition temperature of the polymer used for the second coating layer is 3.
If the temperature exceeds 0°C, it is necessary to increase the drying temperature considerably, which may cause cracks in the polymer coating or damage to the already foamed thermal foam contained in the first coating layer previously applied during drying. This results in re-foaming of the plastic polymer beads, making it impossible to obtain the desired anti-slip properties.

Further, in the present invention, the weight ratio (in terms of solid content) of the polymer binder and the heat-expandable polymer beads used in the first coating layer is preferably 95:5 to 40:60, particularly 95:5 to 40:60.
0:10 to 50:50 is preferred. If the amount of polymer binder is greater than the above range, the coating will have less unevenness due to foaming of the polymer beads, resulting in poor anti-slip performance. On the other hand, if the amount of the polymer binder is less than the above range, it becomes difficult to fix the heat-foamable polymer beads and form a film, which is not preferable.

Through these pre-drying and heat-foaming treatments, the polymer binder and heat-foamable polymer beads applied on the sheet surface volatilize water or organic solvents and form a resin film.
The heat-expandable polymer beads are then expanded to form a foamed coating. This state is maintained even after cooling, and a first coating layer is formed in which the foamed polymer beads are fixed on the resheeted surface by the polymer binder.

The thus obtained sheet of the present invention has a much greater frictional force with the contact body than a sheet without the second coating layer, and is not only a sheet with extremely excellent slip resistance, but also has a second coating layer, that is, a protective coating. As a result of this formation, the sheet maintained its anti-slip properties even during continued practical use, and its durability was greatly improved. When a covering layer was formed and finally foamed, the effectiveness of forming the second covering layer according to the present invention was not observed.
